Love friends books, they always have a large selection of books to pick from, and different types of sales at different times!! You should sign up for there emails at the store, and then you would get the information. Good prices and great people!!

The staff is very friendly and all proceeds go to local libraries (double check with them but I believe that is what i heard :) ). Great prices on all the books we ended up with.

Lovely little book shop with a great selection every time I come in!

Nice selection, parking is sort of difficult. Prices range from $3 for hardcovers and large paperback, $2 for kids books, and $1 for mass market paperbacks.

Love! Very clean, organized and comfortable space. We found lots of our favorite books, especially the kids books, for a great price!! You won’t be disappointed, so stop in!!

Small but fun to peruse all kinds of titles and media. I love this little spot. I recommend spending a couple bucks and helping the local library in the process. :)

My children and I like this place. The people who work there are friendly and the books are reasonably priced. I am looking forward to the store opening again.

Incredible spot to find gently used books of all kinds. Prices are VERY reasonable. Proceeds go to help the York County Library, so how can you go wrong? A fun place for all ages.

Wonderful place to shop in Rock Hill. All books are donated and store proceeds benefit York County Libraries. Books are only 50 cents to $2.00. Staffed by pleasant and helpful volunteers. A must visit when in Rock Hill.

A good non-profit bookstore. Ive been in stores with similar concepts, but this store and its contents gets lots of love from the staff that operates it. In addition to a large collection of very inexpensive books, this store is in a great location just a few steps from a popular bakery and coffee shop. The store is well-maintained. They have a comfortable couch for resting for a few minutes and/or reading a book or two. Not a huge deal these days, but they do have a $5 minimum for debit and credit card processing. Its all in the details and in addition to everything above, they have super clean bathrooms. The bathroom cleanliness would be worthy of restaurant.

No customer service. Rude people working,. offered no assistance even when ask,was toobusy visiting w/friends it appeared. Selection was horrible. I Had went For the special sale they were having but the sale items were difficult to find. I WILL NOT be back

Came in today, and was not greeted as other customers were ( not told of specials, layout, where proceeds go, etc). We heard her sharing the information with others as we were leaving, and they were entering. We were shocked and disappointed at the customer service at this establishment.

My favorite book store in Rock Hill! Books and cd’s for $2.00. Always new books to choose from. Money supports the public library. What’s not to love? And an added bonus... stop by Amelie’s across the street and get coffee first.😊
