Good place to park for truckers.. not many parking spaces… but the showers are always clean

A smaller and older Pilot, but still in good shape and well maintained. The one reviewer had a bad experience, but I did not. The men’s restroom was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The auto gas pumps were numerous and relatively new. The gas prices at Pilot are always good and even better with the app.

Bad facilities dont waste your time

Air machine is broken.$1.75 for use of air. The nozzle is broken but still accepts credit cards. After paying for the use of a broken machine I went inside to tell Robert the machine is broken. He said he knows but its not their machine. I asked since thats the case could I be refunded $1.75 I spent to not receive air. He told me that Ill need to call the number on the machine. I asked Robert if he would consider putting a sign on it alerting people it doesnt work. Robert was kind enough to remind me that its not their machine and that I should try the place next door.This is a great gas station to go to if you want to be freed of the burden of carrying around seven quarters in your pocket.

Shower was clean and hot, and staff was all great. Manager gal was awesome and the guy cleaning the showers did a great job

Small, not alot of spots. Staff is very friendly. Shower was clean and decent. No laundry facility.

If you want to print something, don’t even waste your time. They don’t know how to use a computer. 👎

Make sure you eat already before you stop here to take your 8-10 hours break all they have is junk food...small parking and the only good is bobtail park in the car parking lot 🥴

Better prices down the street at the QT gas station plus they have truck diesel station

Parking will be almost full day and night, but I happened to have the weirdest and coziest parking spot ever, so that was kinda interesting. that one parking spot, on the north end of the west row, has a tail end that is LESS wide than an 8-foot 6-inch wide trailer, so that is weird, and you gotta stick your truck out several extra feet so you dont encroach into the next parking spot too much, but when you do that, its also a cozy spot, in the shade from the sun, surprisingly private, and parked there only in that one spot, you see less trucks, and more woods, only trees and more trees by your driver door window, so that was pretty nice and relaxing. I shared some chips with an awesome possum that came out of the woodwork... do possums eat corn chips? I dont know, but that one did.

The other day was my first time at this one. The first thing I noticed upon entry was everyone walking in had a smile and said hello to the girls behind the counter like theyve known them for years. 2 days later Im still here and I definitely see why. They are the friendliest group of people Ive seen in a while. Always smiling and laughing and always super polite. I also loved my showers. They were VERY clean. The parking lot is pretty small. So get here early if you want to park for the night. I just wanna say, Ladies, please dont lose those smiles! The world needs a million more of you right now!

This review is for RVrs. Really tight for RVs. Pump was quite slow. Didnt go in the store.

Small Pilot with no restaurant. Just Hot Dogs and month old pre-packaged sandwiches. Fuel prices are great here because they have to compete with the cheap QT Diesel .

Awful customer service!!!!!!! I stop at this Pilot for the gas rewards. Bobbi the attendant/cashier is one of the most unpleasant people I have encountered. I avoid her checking me out. She will scowl and roll her eyes. Have heard her say rude comments to another employee. I may just start going somewhere else and pay more for gas.

One of my favorite pilots!! Its a smaller one, but its always clean. The people are always super friendly! The only thing is its not an easy off easy on the interstate. But other than that great place to stop

Very helpful staff. Arrived at 2am to find my reserved space was taken by someone else. Night mgr went out and had them move on. Seriously, if you havent paid for reserved parking...... dont take other drivers time and spot! Showers are clean and hot!

Unlike other Pilot travel center we had used on our way back home from Ohio; this center did not have a restaurant. I can only think that the competition is strong for fast food. Otherwise a nice business.

Small truck stop with about 20 spots and no food other than microwave stuff. Pathetic. After a 14 hour plus shift I was upset to say the least. Even the QT next door has a Grill/Cafe with half the spots for parking. Place was clean, so I gave it two stars but this is definitely one of the pilots with the bare essentials. Truck on unless you need to fuel or parking around Noon. This is a high flow area.

Very friendly staff; older gentleman cleaning front parking lot was nice. Nice selection of food. Only issue I had was when trying to fix a cup of ‘hot’ tea. There is not room to place a cup under the hot water spigot. Only two inches of space between it and the counter. ???? I removed the grating on the counter and could then put a cup under it. It worked. : ). Other than that...happy camper.

Freindly staff with a sense of humor. Clean store and restroom. Hot food selections. Love the soda fountain. You can fill a 100 oz. Cup non stop. Unlike most other pilot and flying j travel centers. Wish all pilot stories were more like this one.

I go by this place 3/5 times a week. Gary is by far the kindest and most informative employee Ive seen at any truck stop. He has a joke or two for you every time. He also helps the other employees when they encounter errors. Ive seen him doing it all in that place. I go by 2/3 am. I look forward to engaging in passing conversations. Hope this reaches the right person. Just let him know he is appreciated by the ones that matter (the returning costumers). Thank you

Pilot Travel Centers hit the mark with me. They have what I want and need.Since I am a truck driver and have been one for 33 years. Pilot is a logical choice for me.

Best place to stop get gas etc also in my opinion the people working there where. Nice and respect ful treated me. Good also you. Can pay to take a shower

It was not the best, but I dont like their political stance. They used to fly the American flag proudly. I used to go to piolet and flying Js multiple times a week. Used to!!

Best coffee on the interstate.. small but well-maintained and for the most part clean little pilot.. more of a car stop than a truck stop.. although they do have a diesel Island for the big trucks.. not many parking spots though

They have the most cleanest bathrooms. I been there twice. I enjoy going into the place they always greet with a good morning or a Hello as I come in.

Ok price, parking and service is bad. Also lots of the pilot and flying j stores are getting to the lower standards, when services get more worse business is going to drop rapid, another truck stop comes up with good services clean store good price more important services First thing look at the towels drivers have to use it looks like stuff I dont wants to used but have no other choice for now, some new truck stops are coming up, I try to use their shower sometimes when Im in the area

This one had the coffee grinder and Brewer together of which I like I dont like them big industrial tanks of coffee and who knows how long its been sitting there so yeah love it

Good clean restrooms and great friendly staff. A welcome site after a long road trip. Coffee wasnt that good but thats just my preference. I like a good cup of joe!!!

I stop here every morning for gas the staff are friendly and swift you are in and out in a flash also great coffee

One of the things I do like about going to Pilot the people are very friendly it is a truck stop very clean and neat store and they are open 24 hours so thumbs up

Wasnt fond of pilot in the beginning but the more I travel the more I find myself stopping more and more at pilot. Gas is usually reasonable. As of for this store the one lady who was stocking was extremely helpful when I asked her where something was she stopped what she was doing and walked me into the direction I needed. When I first walked in I said hi and she smiled and was friendly. As of the male cashier he hardly spoke 2 words and seemed preoccupied by everything else going on.

Staff was helpful and clean restrooms. Not much truck parking, no restaurants, and a few showers. Still more of a Wilco/Hess on the inside.

Great place to stop to get gas and supplies on the highway. They also have Dennys connected to it.

Decent clean gas stop. lots of snacks and little suvinears. Not the friendliest bunch but not rude. Easy in and out even with a small trailer hitched up.

Figure out a better way to determine if a reserved park spot has already been taken .driver should not have to park in one go pay and find out its reserved already.better yet get rid of them,think the driver has paid enough for stuff.put a driver or two on annual meetings.i feel sometimes the drivers interest is overlooked for bigger earnings

Love stopping at Pilot Travel Centers. Good price on gas and clean location

If youre a truck driver, be aware that this Pilot does not have laundry. No 1 Laundromat in Rock Hill is about a mile away. Its open until 10 pm. Its about a 7 dollar Lyft ride to get there, or there is some truck parking in back. There is a little bar, a Chinese food place, and a dollar store nearby too.

This review is only for the fact that this pilot lists a CAT scale as one of its amenities on the website, it does not have a CAT scale.EDIT NOTE: I will follow up with the owners response below and check the website from time to time. I will change my rating when I see it has been fixed.

Literally one of the best gas stations due to having such a big selection in everything. Only thing is having 1 employee at the register with a long line? No one came up to help the employee when she paged like 3 times.

This is the cheapest gas around it was12 cents cheaper that any gas station .. its on ex. 77 on hwy.77.. also they serve great coffee .. theres lots of parking room even for tractors .. bathrooms were clean and the people nice .. a good stop before you get to N.C.and higher gas prices ..

This particular pilot is hard to get in and out of and has very little parking now if you go to the QT across the street you will have a lot better experience.

Great place to get in and out of. Even with no RV lane, it was an easy place to access with an RV pulling a car.

Went there during my travels out of state. Very clean, staff there were very friendly. Not to bad a price on gas either.

Nice folks inside. QT next door has good fuel prices so Wilco is practically forced to match it since theyre next to each other. Looks like you can turn between the two, go left into Wilco, or to the curve and turn right to get to QT. Can also get to the light that way since its difficult getting out of that side street when its busy. *Note, Pilot has taken over this location since my original review.

One of the cleanest pilots I’ve been to inside and out and most importantly the shower area! Staff there is nice and friendly and considering some of the awful pilots I’ve been to during my career the staff here needs a raise!!
