Excellent service. I went here because the other place I was told to go to in Rock Hill was booked up. I drove in and told them my problem and they had my car on the lift 15 minutes later. VERY reasonable prices and friendly dudes. Thank you and Ill definitely be back when I need any exhaust work on my vehicles.

If I could give a 0 I would. If you are in Rock Hill and in need of a muffler STAY AWAY FROM APS MUFFLER 3033 Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. They dont stand by their work. Their work caused the trunk of my car to burn. I went and told them I needed a new Muffler on last Wednesday. (they were recommended ) I got a call the next day that it was ready to be picked up. I was on my way to Columbia on Sunday and was smelling something and looked in the trunk to find my Eagles blanket smoking. Had the car towed back to them to have it fixed. Picked up the car today. I asked them to pay to fix the trunk and we would pay for the muffler since that was what we asked for in the first place. I was told that bc they didn’t know the muffler was bad it was not their fault for the carpet burns and they would not pay to have rhe carpet fix we just didnt have to pay for the new muffler. The customer service sucks amd theybdont stay by their work STAY AWAY I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM APS MUFFLERS 3033 Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730.

Use to be a good place to go, been going here for years. But wont ever go back again. Poorly organized and bad communication.I was never given an exact time to be there. It was stated be here Thursday morning, we will fit you in some part of the day. I stated that I would like to sit and wait, and you said no it had to be dropped off in the morning and would be done sometime during the day.Obviously poor communication, I am only writing this review so other people dont lose a day of work and show up to get turned around again when youre not giving an exact a time or as you said appointment to come. Morning is before 12:00 pmNo hard feelings, I just dont want anybody else to end up in the same situation as I was. 👌

APS is a great muffler shop. They did awesome work on my 1992 Ford Ranger. I don’t just let anyone work on this truck but they definitely have my trust with it. Also with the good quality work they did the price was very affordable. My first time experience with APS was great and I will definitely be returning to them

I have had the pleasure to use APS since I can remember. Anything from the front head lights to tail lights they have helped with. They always seem to fit me into the schedule anyway they can to meet my vehicles needs. The men at APS are always efficient, skilled and get the job done in a timely manner. If you are ever in Rock Hill and something is wrong with your vehicle APS is where you should go.

Highly recommend! These guys are honest, trustworthy, communicative and do great work. I was ripped off majorly by NTB who didnt even fix my original issue - these guys not only fixed the issue but charged me 1/4 of the price and walked me through the entire process. They care about their customers and the quality of work, and it shows. Very thankful for my experience here and will be going back for sure!

Had a hole in the sound resonator. APS was decent enough to let me know that the resonator wasnt necessary. They could have charged me for a new one, but they simply cut out the bad one, fixed the system and charged very little to do it. Exhaust system sounds great. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by, but they thats what they practice there.

I wanted to get a straight pipe custom built on my car, I got several quotes from different mechanics, there quote was about 50% cheaper then most. There work was done fast, the welds look perfect. I highly recommend APS, I will be returning for any future work needed.

Very happy and well satisfied with my dual exhaust added. The price Tim gave me was a very good price compared to other shops. Plus they even fixed the bad exhaust leak I had between catalytic converter and manifold. Thanks APS Muffler shop for hooking my ride up. I even got more horsepower.

I had a custom catback exhaust built for my subaru at APS. These guys did a phenomenal job fabbing the parts and installing the system. They were able to get the car to sound exactly like I wanted it. They will do a great job and their prices are considerably cheaper than ordering a complete kit online. Excellent fast service at a great price! The folks at APS Muffler and brake welded a new pipe between the catalytic converter and muffler of my 2005 Toyota Rav4 and it works perfectly! Had no appointment and was in and out in a little over an hour. Highly recommended!

This was my first time there at this business Tim was very professional and did not try to make a female fill stupid like most men in the automotive industry....the price of the exhaust work was very much fair.....very satisfied customer will return if any future work is needed done.... I was quoted a price over the phone and thats the price I paid. They do great work. I have only used them one time, but Ill tell everyone I know about the job they did. I needed exhaust routed from my headers all the way out.The pipe routing is exceptional. They take the time to talk with you about what you want and how you want it. The work was promised to be completed the same day and it was!I wont go to another shop!!!!

I called earlier that morning about installing a dual-inlet Magnaflow single-outlet SS muffler. I was able to come in, 2 hours later & wait on it to be finished about 45 minutes later. They eliminated my cumbersome Y-pipe on my Nissan Pro-4X by doing dual-inlet and all the joints were welded not clamped, then they tested... 2 Thumbs UP !

Gosh!I was treated with utter sheer disrespect!Downright worst experience at any shop!!When I told him you’ll be reading about my very bad experience online, the man goes “I don’t care I have thousands of reviews” with an irksome smirk on his face, not caring that I came twice to their place first day spent 30$ to Uber home then he couldn’t finish the Job as promised because he didn’t know what needed to be done in he first place being quite non chalant and asked me to come next day after leaving the car with them for 6 hours which I did next day after telling them I would be coming back 11ish am and found them closed for lunch 12:03pm was high is obviously my mistake but I said the day prior I be coming 11ish and I wasn’t even told about lunch closing so I roamed about their place for 1 whole hour because I live 3 miles away and when they finally opened he said too late man I told you come early and I promise he didn’t!!Last time at this shop,Very bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am so sad because I actually had work done on a car before and didn’t know that their customer service can be that bad!!

The area may seem a little shday for a lady thats looking for a manicure while she gets her car work done. Dont judge a book by its cover is all I can say! I was quoted a price and thats what I got, some really nice mechanics that helped me get in and out of the shop with no complaints. I would recommend this place and for me it was worth the drive from Charlotte to come see these guys!
