Excellent customer service from scheduling to job completion. The plumber was fantastic. He even cleaned up after himself! He doubled checked his work to make sure the drain was totally cleared! I liked what they did and it was cheaper than I thought it would cost me. I liked them so much I scheduled them to do another job for me. Professional company with fantastic installers. Installed a new Bryant HVAC system in my house and from start to finish the job was completed flawlessly. From the project planning, the professional installers and the follow up everything was planned and completed as promised. I was particularly pleased with the installers who were clean and considerate since I have to work from home during Covid. I would recommend Crawford and would use them in the future if I have another project.

Crawford works diligently to make sure we keep all of our residents with heat in winter and air conditioning in the summer. Crawford has been a great asset and resource to our daily operations.

I would with out any reservation recommend Crawford Plumbing for all plumbing issues. Crawford replaced a broken waterline on a rental property without digging up the yard.The sewer line in my residence was clogged up and I used another local plumbing company and within 3 months the sewer line in the house was clogged again. I called Crawford, they came out used a camera to view the line and cleaned out the blockage. It has been a year since they preformed the service and no problem.I have also used them to complete a maintenance check on the air conditioner.They are responsive and I will call Crawford for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

Ive had some really poor customer service from several local plumbing companies just getting a quote for the work to be done where the estimator arrived hours late, provided little, if any description on the scope of work to be done. A couple of them never even followed up with a written quote and another took several weeks after reminding them every week - they kept telling me Id have it in a day or two.All the Crawford crew and estimator arrived when they said they would, was quick to get a quote, provided professional, quality work from start to finish and at a competitive price. They replaced my water supply line from my house to the street and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I needed multiple plumbing problems fixed. I had an old pipe leading out to my hose faucet that needed replaced, I had a leak from my shower into my basement, and I needed my ancient clothes washing faucets replaced. Crawfords Plumbers showed up when I expected them and did my work professionally and at a good price.

They do great work at a reasonable rate. The tech that came out was friendly and professional. He was very sensitive to COVID-19 and took all precautions possible.

We called for service because our system was not cooling. It took 2.5 hours to determine that it was a bad thermostat. Then we were charged $120 an hour to drive to pick up a thermostat. By the time we were all done our bill was just shy of $700. The Thermostat was less than $200. This is just a warning when you call for service..... get an estimate. After asking for explanations for charges the bill was reduced by 1.5 hours.

Our water heater went out yesterday. Crawford was the only company in the area that could give us an appointment right away. They came out this morning, assessed that our water heater had a hole in it. The service man called in and asked to have a new one delivered to our house. He waited till it arrived, which wasn’t too horribly long. He got the new one installed and took our old one too. My husband said the service man was nice and knowledgeable. The Crawford Co installed our furnace and AC in 2007. They have serviced these units many times since then. Their repair techs are knowledgeable, punctual and always polite!! I would highly recommend them for HVAC services.

Had a leak in my basement and Crawford Company gave me an evening appointment, but was then able to come mid-day (3 hours after my call) due to an opening.Mike was very helpful, not only fixing the leak, but showing me the source and demonstrating how to potentially take care of it in the future.He was also great with my 5 year old, who was right in there checking out his work.

Sales associate took time to explain how new system would work and all parts that would be replaced when replacing 60 year old boiler. Other companies where trying to sell fancy bells and whistles that would double cost and Crawford said where not necessary. The installation took place as scheduled and all parts replaced per estimate. Jeremy’s workmanship is second to none and even cleaned floor before leaving. My wife was so pleased she took pictures of our new system and shared with friends and relatives. I would highly recommend Crawford to anyone replacing a boiler system.

Had a furnace go out. They were up-front, fast, and had a new furnace installed and working within 4 hours of arriving at the house. No temporary heat needed - even on a cold day! Have also had plumbing work done by Crawford. They got it done when others tried and couldnt. Would definitely recommend!

I have an older home (built in 1905) and Adam came out immediately to evaluate my situation with an old cast iron pipe, we figured it was installed in the 1920s. He had one of his employees, Chris, out the next business day and removed the monstrosity, replaced the pipes, added a faucet & sink for me. Very personable people and cared about resolving the issue. What thought could be an all day job only took a 1/2 day. It is so nice being able to do laundry and not having to worry about another back up! Thank you for friendly, caring and quick service! After 19 years of service to our home, our furnace finally gave up its ghost. So, here we are, no heat at all in the house. I called Crawford Company and explained that I was out of town but my wife was at home with no heat . They had someone out within a few hours. I had an estimate very quickly and even though they were swamped with work, Scott made arrangements to have it installed faster than normal. They said they would be there between 8-8:30, he got there at 7:45. He did his work, left no mess at all, even left extra filters for us. He was professional and polite the entire time. I was in constant communication with someone from the company at all times and Scott even worked on it through the weekend, including Sunday.I HIGHLY recommend this company. They had our back in a time of desperation they can do the same for you as well, give them a call.

Our A/C started acting up during those 90 degree days; I called Crawford first just hoping to get someone out that week, I had a serviceman at my house that day! He was professional, polite, clean and explained the issue in terms I could understand!Crawford has a customer for life in me!

Worst experience ever on having a water softener replaced and a floor drain cleaned out. Id give them negative stars. The tech couldnt follow directions on the height of where I wanted the shut off valves installed. He said he understood what I wanted done and where to locate the valves. I went back to check if he needed any thing and found the valves located over 2 feet lower. Then he created a fuss when I told him that I wanted the valves moved to where I had originally requested and I was not going to pay for his mistake. I came back later and the valves were still a foot lower than I had requested.He then cleaned out a floor drain.He said that he was done and went out to his truck to get the bill. I then went to check on the work and found that there was water spraying out of an union. He then had to run back out to his truck to tighten the union. Pretty sloppy work that you dont check for leaks before leaving.After he left I noticed other things that the tech messed up on.While he was soldering he removed the battery from the smoke detector and I discovered that he had not re-installed it after he had left. This could have been a tragedy had there been a fire.When he cleaned the floor drain he splattered the crude in the drain all over my plaster wall and dehumidifier. He didnt bother cleaning up his mess.He didnt take the old water softener with him like I was told he would do.The manager didnt seem to care and dismissed this as mistakes happen. He said he has forgotten to put the battery back in smoke detectors before.I wouldnt recommend this company. Especially with what they charged for this poor workmanship and the tech claimed to be a professional plumber. From my experience, anytime a tech has to emphasize their years of experience and that they are a professional, I am dealing with someone that knows less than me and the work will be subpar.

Crawford Company installed a Bryant ductless system in our second floor dormer, in November 2019. It was installed promptly and efficiently. We are thrilled with the comfort it has brought our dormer, with the bonus of being so quiet, you can’t tell it is on. We would highly recommend the Bryant ductless system and Crawford Company!!

I highly rate service tech Zack -- very friendly and nicely explained preventative maintenance agreement to keep VERY IMPORTANT annual maintenance up to date and to prevent problems from occuring! He reassured me that my 20 year old furnace is living on borrowed time, but it responds quickly with no sign of problems at this time. When I need a new one, CRAWFORD is who I will call! Ive used Crawford twice in the past six months. Once for plumbing and once for heating/air. Both times I was very impressed with their ability to get to me fast. Plumbing the day I called and heating the morning after I called. Work was done professionally, the personnel were friendly and helpful and I thought the prices were very reasonable. We replaced our furnace. The Crawford salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He understood our needs and budget and was helpful and friendly. The installers did a super job. Left everything cleaner than they found it and took time to explain what they were doing and how the new equipment operated. Id definitely recommend Crawford and will call them again if the need arises.

The Crawford Company recently installed a gas line for my new stove. Their proposal employee was extremely knowledgeable & quick in turning around their quote. It was a difficult job and a couple area companies would not give me a quote. Crawford was in and out in 3 hours and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend them & will be hiring them in the future for my new laundry room.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism, responsiveness, quality, and value of the work Crawford Company did for my family. We had a sewer line fail suddenly in the middle of the summer floods, and my friends said good luck getting anyone to answer a plumbing or sewer call in less than a week. One call to Crawford and they were at house within hours to accurately diagnose the problem. Once friends heard that we had an outside sewer line fail, they gave me a price that included five figures--not what any home owner wants to hear. Crawford brought in an entire team that worked around the clock to remedy the problem. The work to trench, remove old pipe, and lay new pipe was dirty and time consuming, but it also would have been stressful without the care the Crawford team spent to convey to me what was going on every step of the way. My husband, who understands sewer lines while I do not, was out of town, so the pressure was on me to make the hard decisions. I very much appreciated the time Crawford took to answer all my questions and explain my options. (And Ill add that the final price was half of what my friends had warned me it would be.) I highly recommend this company!

Employees are reckless and tried to run us off the road with a big flatbed trailer and then commenced to fly next to us and start cussing at us and our 4 and 5 year old. After which they started rising our bumper about 3” inches away, has to call the police because of their employees wrecklessness

Great experience consistently. Several years ago we tried to maintain the original HVAC system and extend its life. But ended up with some late night or weekends calls for help to Crawford. They always responded quickly. Eventually we decided on a total HVAC replacement and had Bryant installed. All worked out and the ongoing semi-annual maintenance program brings peace of mind. We then engaged Crawford Plumbing for a large bathroom renovation/replacement project and everything went according to plan with quality work and no billing surprises. They mean what they say and always deliver quality.

Had a pipe burst last night and they came out and fixed it for way less than I expected. Now onto the clear up and repair of the walls and ceiling.The tech who came over was really great and I appreciated everything he did.

My elderly father got a brand new a/c unit last July and it isnt working. He called a few days ago and spoke to lady and also left messages to a number on the sticker of his unit. Nobody has attempted to get back to him. Its 85° degrees in his house. Unacceptable. Poor customer care. I warned him.

Its been over a month they came out next day. Said they can do the job i needed done, its been over a month now, i havent heard from 5hem. I calked and told there receptionist. She says was so and so, i said i didnt remember and she said she would have someone call me back. Twoo weeks now since i talked to her. No ones calked me back... i never received an estimate for what the job would cost, and evidently, their receptionist dies log any appointments who was sent to your home.very disappointed at their service.

Joe the installer made the project a success. However, Thomas Reed the manager lied consistently, took a preexisting plan and screwed it up. The company and Thomas Reed just send a invoice with an amount with incorrect information, even thought it was a time and material project that was agreed to be itemized. when you ask about the itemized billing, they are lost in the sauce. Worst managed company. I recommend if you find another company, go with them.
