Always good very helpful my work truck is a magnet for screws and nails and they are always willing to help repair it free of charge.

Purchased a used car and didnt realize how badly the sidewalls were cracked. As I approached Rock Springs I called ahead and asked if they had any reasonable used tires in the appropriate size. They did and it was agreed upon that the price would be $200 out the door. I arrived at the shop and made the mistake of not inspecting the tires before they were installed. Two of the tires had reasonable tread and the other two were barely above the wear bars. Instead of putting the two good tires on the front of my front wheel drive car they instead put them on the drivers side so thats what I saw when I left the facility. The owner arrived just in time to prepare the bill. it was for $200 plus tax. That was not was agreed upon. Two hundred dollars out the door is two hundred dollars TOTAL. He supposedly honored the deal and I made the mistake of not looking at the receipt before i left. Looked at the bill later and he hadnt charged the tax but instead charged a credit card fee. The situation with the bill was unscrupulous but putting a substandard tire on the front of a car in 95 degree heat was flat unsafe. Beware

It was amazing the men in there that worked there amazing nice very well mannered and made it very comfortable for me to sit there for all the two and a half hours that I was there. I will go back I will be a steady customer

My Daughter was driving from Colorado to California when she broke down outside of Rock Springs. We towed the car to Rock Springs Tire & Service after hours. Tom and James were awesome. They fixed the car first thing in the morning in under 2 hours. They were very clear with their communication and fair with the pricing for the parts and the labor. Had transmission problems no one could figure out. Aron asked for a chance to work on it. He and the mechanics figured it out and I didnt have to get a new transmission. Truck runs great now! Thanks Aron!

I called on a Friday around 12 and asked about getting back brakes done on my car- the guy I spoke with was sooo sweet and professional. I had such an awesome feeling. I have had so many bad experiences with car shops and I was so excited this felt different. My husband dropped off our car at about 1:30 And decided to have both the front and back brakes done-and at 4 we got a call back to go get the car! Super fast service! When we got there to pick it up the total was almost 900$. We were baffled as just brakes shouldn’t be the much. We were then informed that they put new tire kits on both Front and back. We didn’t ask for that. We never received a call from a mechanic asking us if we would like the roters and everything else changed. They just did it. Then they tried to have us finance the purchase- which we also could not afford. After heckling with my husband back and forth they decided to take all the things we NEVER asked for off and charge us for the stuff we did ask for which is fair! But either way it was an awful experience and now I’m left wondering if the mechanics that had to redo the work did it the right way and didn’t do something bad to our car because on a Friday they had to do it over again at the last minute 45 min before closing. My tires are now making a strange noise That was not happening before hand so now I have to find a new shop to take it too. When leaving a place that is suppose to make your car safe you should never have to feel the way I do. I have an infant and 6 year old child I take to and from in this car.Bottom line if someone asks for just brakes and nothing else it isn’t right to just assume and put things on a car that wasn’t asked for. They didn’t even call and ask.Either way if you bring your car here make sure you explain EXACTLY what you want and if you arent knowledgeable about what needs done bring someone with you that is that will thoroughly explain what needs done cause the manager “Aaron” will just assume and put the parts on and expect you to pay for it :)

These guys are the best! I was broke down and 1000 miles from home, I called EVERY shop in Rock Springs and was told I would have to wait 1 to 3 days! But then a locale told me he always goes to Rock Springs Tire, so I drove there and they immediately started fixing my problem! Fast, Professional, and most of all Considerate, they took into consideration that I was stranded and fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes! Highly recommend this shop of professionals.

Great an awesome costumer care I was in Wyoming work and was heading home and my tire went flat and got ruined, they where the only tire shop in the area that had a used tired my size for a good deal so me and my company didnt have to pay out the butt for a tire to get back to utah.

We are from Utah driving through with our RV. Weve stopped in two or three towns looking for a garage to tighten our sway bars. The other two towns had mechanics that just couldnt get the job done. Wayne and Tyler at Rock Springs Tire and Service truly made our trip amazing. They rocked the house. Fixed the sways bars in under 15 minutes and had us on our way. My daughters even used the clean, newly renovated bathrooms. We couldnt ask for any better. They didnt even want to charge us for the service. We insisted because we want them to be around when ever we come back through town.Bottom line, if you are looking for service in Rock Springs this is the place to stop by a country mile.

Pretty friendly people Veyron price and I give you a good service they wont rip you off or steal things from your truck like some of the other stores around town well and the man that manages the place I hate been around town for a long time and hes dealt with just kind of service for a very long time hes kind of man you can put your trust into his name is Wayne usually sits at front desk sometimes hes in the shop its a good home Town Place you wont be disappointed when you go here
