Hello I have been a shade tree mechanic for 25 years and I have never had to leave a bad review for a parts store. These people are rude, snippy, and were of no help. Go anywhere else because they will sell you the wrong part and then the old man will complain that its your fault. I had this issue with this 65 year old drug addict burnout and tried talking to the manager but she was set on condoning his actions. Also the regional manager wont answer the phone. So I would highly suggest going anywhere else.

I was broke down with a bad wheel bearing 60 miles north of Rock Springs . Called and they had the bearing and seal in stock. So I stuck out my thumb and in a couple hours I was headed back with the parts and all the tools I needed to get me back on the road. Along with the help of a very good person Brett. We where back on the road. Returned all the tools I did not use and thanked the staff for all their help ...

I was very satisfied with the service at this location. I had a very small concern but they were very professional, helpful and they even gave me 10% off my bill. I walked out feeling 100% satisfied. Fyi: Ive never given a 5 star review before and Ive been in Customer Satisfaction Mgmt for 40 years.

I was extremely disappointed . I called and got a price and availability on a turn signal switch for a 1999 toyota camry and they told me the price is over 80 dollars when. The exact same one is on amazon for 40 dollars . I believe in using our local stores rather then go online but this is exactly the reason why people do.

Young lady was fast friendly and at least partially knew what she was doing. I ordered multiple parts for a pick up i had just bought. As she should she put every part in the system. 1 didnt look right to her so instead of blindly trusting the computer she called a coworker to double check. Saved me from an annoying second visit to correct a mistakeThis was a good thing because I had an 8 hour drive the next morning to get myself amd y new truck back home to Nevada

Pretty standard AutoZone. Helpful staff. Nowhere near as busy as AutoZones in Salt lake or Ogden, so it is easier to get parts. No issues. Prompt service.

They went way above expectations, broke down on the weekend, they had the parts and tools I needed to fix myself and they let me do it in the parking lot.

3 weeks of trying to get parts and batteries ordered. Without even touching a computer I was told my multiple people that parts and batteries I needed were ordered and on the way and would be there the next day. I came in multiple times after speaking to someone that my batteries were there. When I would arrive Id be told oh looks like they arent actually in the store l and theyd be here the next day. Again without even looking at a computer or actually checking. Still havent gotten them and was told that theyll be here the next day again. Id normally walk away from this joke of a store and not return but I need the 200 dollar discontinued battery they sold me to be refunded because they dont even carry them now and I needed 2. Again was told the other one would be in the next day and has never arrived and 2 weeks after dealing with that in was told they no longer even carry them.

You can always get what you need, and if needs to be ordered just call before 4pm and they will do their best to get your parts the next day

The group that worked here are amazing... had everything we needed to get back on the road. Very nice and accommodating to allow us to fix the truck in their lot and get on our way. Thank you!

Very nice people, however, they did not have the parts that I needed and convinced me (against my better judgement, (my fault) to buy parts they said would work. It didnt work but there was no problem returning them. Price was a bit higher than the store down the street.

Very helpful employees. Nice and clean and had what I needed. Price on receiver parts was a third higher than the exact same parts at Walmart though.

If I could give no stars as a rating I would... Attempted to purchase windshield washer fluid today. Was myself and one other customer (who was being helped). Four employees. NONE of which even bothered to acknowledge my presence at the checkout counter. Waited for 5 minutes before leaving. Made my purchase at OReilly in under 5 minutes with GREAT customer service. Will NEVER go back to auto zone again!

Oh my gosh, where do I begin. This auto zone is the best around. My husband and I were driving through from Utah, and my husbands truck broke down. The only place open by the time the tow truck got us was this auto zone, which was 36 minutes out of our way. Nick went above and beyond to help us, spending three hours out in 18 degree weather helping us change our pulleys, our belt, and our coolant line. If you do stop here, I highly recommend it. I can honestly say Ive never been to an autozone where the employee went out of their way to help someone. Not only did he help, he also made sure the truck was in good working order before we left. If we ever break down again, I hope we are close to this auto zone again.
