Thank you thank you thank you to Bennett’s Paint and Glass. We had our windows installed with them. Had 3 quotes they were the most cost effective and all windows were custom ordered for our home. Professional, polite, courteous, and most importantly trustworthy. I had NO problem leaving the installer in my home alone. Can’t say enough for how happy I am with their service! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Would not recommend. We had a lot of work for this company, which they said they would be happy to help us with. We agreed on all charges, however once we agreed to pay everything and went to schedule for these jobs to be complete, they stopped answering emails and phone calls.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY WINDOWS!!! Communication is HORRIBLE and customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I ordered a window from them they took the money quickly then didnt hear anything from them for over two weeks. We had to call multiple times for them to find out the status of the window. Then we were given a day and time they could come with zero flexibility concerning our schedules. When we expressed concerns about the timeline and lack of communication we were told there was nothing they could do. It is a shame it was a good business.

Bennet changed ownership and their work ethic. A few years ago they did an awesome job on a window project for me under the old ownership. Recently I asked for them to come to my house and give me an estimate on 6 windows, after a few weeks I called one of the owners to check status on estimate and order but he was out on an emergency for a week which I totally understand. So, I asked if anyone could help and they directed me to the other owner (Dallas), and asked him if he could tell me status on the estimate, well, he blew up on me telling me that if I couldn’t wait another week to get me a quote I could go else where because they were really busy with bigger jobs and that there was plenty of people buying from them and then hanged up on me. 1st of all, Yes, I know There’s plenty of places to Purchase windows. 2 Nd, I’m going to assume that with your attitude mr Dallas, soon you won’t have people buying from you after getting to know you. 3rd, I did purchase my windows elsewhere and very, very satisfy.
