I was very pleased with my experience at my hearing center. The staff was both very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with hearing centers. I need my Hearing Checked they got me in fast. Paperwork was easy to fill out when I got there. BiG plus is that the hearing test was absolutely FREE. The doctor was so pleasant to be around and friendly she explained the whole process when I got there. I Highly recommend hearing centers.

I took my dad here, he received new hearing aids that another local hearing center would not adjust properly. We went to My Hearing Center and met with Ashton Crain, Au.D and she worked with my dad for a very long time, even testing his hearing again and made proper adjustments to his hearing aids. He is able to wear them now and his hearing is amazing. She also referred him to an ENT for further medical evaluation. Ashton was so pleasant to work with, very friendly with genuine care!

I have been very happy so far with my hearing aides one reason is the people there, are extremely helpful they make you feel comfortable about your hearing problems and even some of the personal problems caused by hearing loss. Like helping me and my spouse understand why we react the way we do. Hearing aides do not cure everything.The people at the center don’t make you feel like you are not on their level of comprehension. They have made this hearing aide thing extremely comfortable and not a drama or uncomfortable experience. They all have been very very nice. They have made this experience feel like they care not just another patient. I am extremely happy with them and the transition hearing aides have affected me in my everyday life. GREAT JOB. I hope everyone has this same feeling of success as I have!

Ive had my hearing aids for almost two years now. They were exactly what I needed. But the thing I appreciate most is the service I have received at My Hearing Centers in Rock Springs. Mark McOmie has been extremely helpful from the first exam, through the fittings, and now the post-checks. Marks help in my choosing the correct hearing aids for me was invaluable. He is knowledgeable and up-to-date about every aspect of Audiology. I couldnt be happier with the treatment I have received from Mark and his care coordinator Korri.

I have worn hearing aids for approximately 15yrs. Dr. McOmie is the third audiologist that I have worked with to provide me with the hearing devices. Of the three, Dr. McOmies professionalism and dedication to the industry rises to the top. He has truly demonstrated that meeting the clients need is top priority. I personally, have been a challenge to find a good fit for the devices but through patience and dedication to the client, Dr. McOmie went above and beyond expectation to provide me with high quality service and product.

I have had good experience with the doctor. The scheduling on the other hand is terrible. It is impossible to call the center. They will not return, schedule you when they are not ready. I drove 100 miles only to find out the aids were not there.
