Got two new steer tires put on and a alignment done steering wheel came out crooked like Hillary. Took it back for them to fix put it back in on the lift 15 minutes later came back out and said it was fixed left again and went towards dunhams. And the wheel is still crooked. The alignment guy has no clue of what hes doing. Calling Firestone corporate now. To address this problem and grease all over my headliner. Totally uncalled for they said they pay for the clean up. But now I got to take it to Edwin Nichols to get my alignment right. May 4 had my alignment done at Maness Tire. I want you to see how far off Firestone had my Toe off on my front axle. It was so obvious that the right tire was way off just looking at it. But now my tires are all feathered for having to drive on it for a week until I could get in for a alignment. But now at least its right. Waiting now to get all the grease and off my headliner. Heading to the car detailing shop this weekend. And wasting more of my time. @ $200 a hour I lost 8 hours. $1,600 +

They were personable, skilled and detailed in explaining to me the problem with my car, even walking me to the garage and showing me so I could take photos if I wanted. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly service. We had to stop in on the way to the beach. They took us right in with only being open 30 more minutes. Id go back.

The customer service and workmanship at this Firestone store are second to none. And Jerry who works at the front desk goes above and beyond to make you feel like your the most important person in the store. They did a great job on my truck and this will be the only place i carry my vehicles from here on out.

I was on the way home from an all night fishing trip at the lake and had a tire failure on my boat trailer. I had forgotten my jack so I had no choice but to seek assistance. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly lady who was ready to help me. I explained my situation asked if they could put my spare on for me. She said of course and told me where to park it. The gentleman who did is was polite and courteous. They had great attitudes and made me feel good about stopping by. I did not catch their names but this was Saturday June 1st, 2019.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for 10 am and dropped it off. I called at 1245 to see when it would be ready. I had asked for a balance and alignment check. I was told it should be ready in an hour or so. When I arrived at 130. It wasnt even started yet. Then I watched it take 20 minutes to balance one tire. So I told them to cancel the alignment because they were taking too long. I was met with attitude like how dare i!. I dont think its a Firestone issue as much as piss poor management

Very nice and helpful staff. We had a blowout and no spare and an odd size tire. They did all they could calling around and digging through their stock room to find me a tire that would work so I could continue home to Philadelphia.

Came to the shop Christmas Eve to get my starter replaced, definitely was done in a timely manner but a few parts on my vehicle were not put back on correctly and that caused my car to spew oil EVERYWHERE, smoke coming from my tail pipes and engine. I was there visiting from Raleigh and end up having to get my car repaired by a local store. Jeri is AMAZING in all the nonsense and was able to help me get my car fixed in my local area!

Everyone was nice and helpful in getting me back on the road with unexpected new tires. Riding smoothly again.

My camper I just bought was being transported to Lumber River and I did not know all the tires had dry rotted ~ well it made it to Rockingham and blew 2 tires ~ Transporter left it abandoned and a dear river friend stepped in to help me and when he went to pick it up realized the problem so he went to Firestone and Jerri the young lady was so awesome and worked with him to get my camper back on the road.I am now a true loyal Firestone Customer and I will highly recommend this store for their honesty and great serviceThanks Jerri for all you did and your help

Its December 28th 2019. I needed a tire fixed. Vaul steam. I had everything needed just couldnt get vaul steam in. Called these guys. I brought stuff in and guy fixed it. No charge. Ty. You guys are awsome. Happy holidays. Becker Ty again.

I have been getting my oil changed here for over 10 years. I had a flat tire right in of Freedom Fitness and went in and asked if they could fix my tire because my spare was flat. The gentleman basically told me they were too busy to help me. I told him my spare was flat and I didn’t have any help. Still didn’t even “try” to assist me. Ended up going to Walmart express tire and they not only plugged my tire, they also made sure my spare had enough air. I will never come back to Firestone again

My appt was for 1130. They did not start working on my truck until 1213. It was a simple oil change. The manager was nice and fixed the mishap. I left satisfied.

Bought tires here with free rotations. Went in for my first rotation and was told I was missing a lug nut. My car had center caps that only they had removed. So either they didnt put my lug nut back on when they installed my new tires or they were lying about one missing. They then tried to charge me 20 dollars for a single lug nut. Funny part is I worked at a car parts store and know they cost less than $2 each. What a scam. Never trusted them again.

I got here a lot to have my car worked on on an average day its very nice they was one gentleman by the name of John that was extremely rude but I understand that he no longer works there and I am glad people should not be rude to people I worked in the public all my life thats no way to be

I called to see if I could get my transmission fluid changed and the receptionist asked me questions and when I jokingly told her that she was not winning my confidence in their ability she freaks out and starts screaming at me on the phone. what a nut LOL

Went in at 10:30am for coolant flush, oil change And spark plug change. Was told it will take 4-5 hours for everything, no problem, figured its a lot so its ok. Get a call at 1:30 that they cant do spark plugs because the main tech is busy still, I said ok I can wait for it. I get a ride there around 2:30 and my car hadnt been touched and was going to take 2 more hours. Extremely dissatisfied and will not come here again.

06/25/2018 - I wrote to the corporate office receiving a response within twenty-four hours. This morning the local Firestone manager phoned. When I informed her that an appointment was made with my regular tire repair shop, she agreed to reimburse the cost. I note here that I was provided a refund on 06/23/2018. I was reimbursed for the alignment correction this morning. I consider the reimbursement compensation for my time and gas. I was not after free services or a refund. Foolishly, I was willing to give Firestone a second chance. I call my SUV a truck. It just so happens to be a 2000 Ford Explorer that was a part of the Firestone tire recall. l do not recommended Firestone Rockingham or any Firestone (Bridgestone) products.06/23/2018 - I reiterate another reviewers comments. The staff has no clue how to do an alignment. My truck was only slightly out. Nothing drastic. I stated this when making the appointment. After the Firestones alignment, the truck pulled all the way to the right. It was so bad that I never left Belk Plaza. I had to loop the parking lot and take the truck back. I traveled less than a yard and knew it was off. I asked the desk clerk if the mechanic had even driven the truck. She stated, no because they were too busy. I showed her the schematic printout she gave me at checkout of the alignment. I said maam, can you explain this. The math on the numbers seem off. She then tried to explain it but could not. She left with the paper and returned, then told me I needed to purchase an adjustment bar. I said, no maam. Absolutely not.You checked me out and did not state that anything was wrong or a part was needed. You didnt state a part was needed to repair the truck. Now that I return, you look at the paper and say the truck needs a part. No, I dont accept that. The alignment has been done wrong. The numbers are off. The mechanic then pulled the truck back for the second time. In less than ten minutes my truck was back out of the bay. She gave me a new schematic. I said maam, this looks as if is still off. I said maam, when I made this appointment, I told the staff member then that the vehicle was not pulling. It didnt have severe pull until now. She then said, our master mechanic had an emergency in Myrtle Beach. He will be back on Monday. He can adjust both sides by two or three more degrees. I was livid as I thought to myself, Im to show your company empathy when you wronged me. I cant get passed the clerks actual attempt to convince me that it was my truck. Even worse, she tried to sale me a part to fix their mistake. Two attempts by the mechanic and my truck remains worse than it was before I took it for the repair. All readers of this post, please know that If I could mark a negative star rating instead of just leaving the stars empty, then I would have. An awful and dangerous experience. Dangerous because if you are a responsible driver and dont want to damage your vehicle, then you will not be able to drive it any further than to the next repair shop. I wish I would have read the other reviewers commentsbefore taking my truck. We share very similar experiences. No one else should.

I think their new employee need to know how to treat their customers. family and I had been using their service for past 10 years with no real problems. But this year, when I called them for oil change appointment. the guy who answered my call was like no cant do today, and then how about tomorrow? no cant do tomorrow.. no cant do next week... then why dont he just tell me next available time slot for oil change instead of keep saying no.. no..no..?. by the way, the next day when my sister brought another vehicle for new tires and alignment, and they had no problem with same day appointment. I was not surprised at all because obviously selling tires will make much bigger profit margin than changing oil. We did change ther tires there (althought it was expensive than walmart or online with lots of surcharges than other tire shops we did not have time). but whoever the guy answered my phone call was very unprofessional and annoying guy to deal with
