This Walgreens pharmacy is so poorly run that a few months ago we had a drug dispensed withe the label for a different drug. If a pharmacy cant accurately dispense the correct medication what purpose does it serve? Weve now transferred our business to the loca CVS.

Horrible management! My works for this location and it has honestly destroyed our marriage.There is zero organization by the management.They get last minute schedulesForced to work 8-10 hour shifts with no breaks or lunchI have personally left my job to pick up their staff members and provide transportationI have had to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate their staff not showing up so that my wife can stay and our children still get picked up or dropped off from school when we already had a system in place that works for our familyConstant phone calls and text messages from other employees late at night to complain about their job like teenagersThe young staff with no family’s are given day time shifts while those with family’s are working eveningsMy wife had been there at 11pm by her self to lock the store and I would have to wake our children up after being put to bed to drive there so she’s not alone and is safe from harmThe Walgreens upper management is garbage and has no concern or care about the rockport location

Suffering from a horrible bout with Gout. Called the Pharmacy and they were friendly and filled my prescription in the time it took me to get there. Thanks to Team Pharmacy at Walgreens!!

1st and last time using this Walgreens pharmacy. They gave me attitude the whole time. Cut me off mid sentence several times and even hung up on me. These are the rudest pharmacy folks Ive ever dealt with. They told me my dr hadnt called them. Come to find out hed had to leave a voice mail. So yes he did call. They gave me attitude because I wanted to check our prescriptions before paying. Yep, they messed up. They fill one prescription twice and another not at all. After they fixed it I checked again, found another mistake in quantity on a different prescription. I think they finally have it all right. Will never come back. I feel sorry for folks who cant stand up for themselves using this pharmacy. These people dont have it together at all! Scary dont ya think?!?

I spent like 5 thousand a month on meds for a long time and for some reason the little spanish manager just had to follow me around the store watching me. .he gaslighted me for kix i guess. every time i got my meds he was always hiding somewheres and he would pop up from hiding just as i reached the front area heading for the front door. 15 time in a row. i can tell you hed make a great security person. but i switched off from that store and started giving another store my money.

Drive thru told me to come back at 5 pm and prescription would be ready.....I was back at 505 PM not ready!!Waited 12 minutes

THE LADIES AT WALGREENS IN ROCKPORT TEXAS ARE FIRST CLASS. THEY WILL LEARN YOUR NAME, GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GIVE GREAT SERVICE. However, if you are unlucky enough to get the small Asian guy, he can be rude, not interested in helping you, he will just smirk at you and say theres nothing he can do. If one of the women wait on you they will go out of their way to take care of your needs and I feel they deserve a big Christmas bonus.

Rudest pharmacy employees i have ever experienced at a walgreens. Will never ever return to this location. 2 issues. 1) The pharmacists kept stating they never recieved my prescription. Come to find out the doctor had left multiple messages each time they called. According to pharmacist they can not receive calls. 2) the pharmacist theb suggested an over the counter medications instead of what I was looking for. I told her this is a fertility medication and it would not be a good idea to do a different medication. I took my prescription over to walmart told the pharmacist the story there and he said there is no over the counter option for my prescription and they must have been thinking of a different prescription. (This mistake would have caused me months and lots of money in fertility treatment) 3) 2 days later i get a text message my prescription is ready for pick up. I called to let them know i have already had it filled somewhere else and the pharmacist on the phone was so rude i didnt even have a momemt to tell them why I called. Just hung up and decided its their problem now. There needs to be an internal audit done on this pharmacy badly. Watch your medications!

New laws in TX with narcotics. Could have explained in a nicer way for a first timer. Bordered on rude!!

I just came up here to get my daughters flu prescription. I went to the counter inside and she asked for the name. I told her and she asked if I had my daughters insurance card on me. I told her it should be in the system. She said if I didnt have it, it would be $600. I said, yeah no. I lost my insurance card with my wallet. She said, we lost it too after the hurricane. Then she says, okay than. She walked off. I walked off and than came back because I wanted to know what the prescription was.She told me it was tamiflu. So, I asked an employee who was putting things away if there was another substitute otc for tamiflu? He said yes, and walked me to the kids flu medicine. So, she sees him helping me and walks over and says I found the insurance. In a very rude way. She was just rude from the beginning.

Horrible customer service. The store accidentally charged 3 times for 2 items, then refused to refund the extra 2 charges saying it was an issue to take up with the bank. We were also told it happens all the time here Seems like a scam and a way to be sure they get extra money off customers.

Friendly, fast service. Order refills on line, receive email notifications when RXs are ready for pickup. Excellent app listing my RXs status including year end summary of all RXs purchased during the year.

The automated phone system was very helpful!

I always stop by this walgreens to pick up a Rockport pirates shirt when Im in town. The parking is fine.

Not the first time a prescription. Wasnt ready when promised what is the worst part is the rude sarcastic, argumentive girl who told us the we were lying when we said that it was sup posed to be ready a couple hours earlierShe then proceeded to slam the receiver down while we were sitting in the drivery thru lane

Horrible service! Will not call the pharmacy help desk when claims are rejected and after being told that they walgreens need to call them, but the would not!
