Rick installed our HVAC system 6 years ago, including a 10 year parts warranty. We recently had a problem with the outside AC unit, and after calling him a tech was available to us the next morning, even though it was a holiday. Parts were not available until following day and then the repair turned out to be more complicated than expected. The technician stayed late and finished the job so we could have air conditioning that night! This was all done at an exceptionally fair price, we greatly appreciate the excellent customer service!

The rates that they quoted me and the rates that they wanted to charge me were of thousands of dollars more. That is very unfair. Stay away from them.

I have called twice over the past month to schedule service and have yet to receive a return phone call. My neighbor highly recommended this company and said most of our neighbors use them. I am new to the area and simply wanted to get preventative maintenance done to my AC before summer. The phone number on the website and given to me by my neighbor goes straight to Ricks cell phone. I am not sure why they wont return my call but good thing its not an emergency!!!

We had a problem with our heat not coming on. Rick quickly diagnosed that it wasn’t the heater, but a setting on the thermostat that had been accidentally changed by us. He fixed it and did not charge us. We had used the previously when our ac was out due to a rusted out part on the compressor. They were quick and very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I called Allen AC to check out my heater a day before a major front was going to hit. Thomas was at my house 30 minutes later and was able to find the issue and fix it. Super happy with their quick response and good workmanship. Will definitely be calling them 1st for any future AC/ Heating work.

They came out to service my air conditioner and their service is horrible do not use them.

Started off Carlos who provided excellent advice on which A/C Units were suitable for us. He was very knowledgeable and was at our house within minutes after contacting the company. Then there was Thomas and David who were the experience installation team who did an excellent job in installing. Fantastic service all around. Followed by Victor and John who were also super friendly. The team made sure everything was clean, and left no mess at all. I have found them reliable, friendly, and efficient. It takes a good team to make a business great and i totally recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their AC no matter how big or small it will be taken care of. Always call them first. I bought a house in Corpus 12 years ago, and was referred to them early on and they are outstanding. They have replaced an unit for me (at a great value) and theyve helped me a couple of times since with minor warranty repairs. Very impressive. Easy to deal with and they never sell me anything I dont need. Sean and Rick are super cool people too.

Rick James and his team did a great job installing a new HVAC system and replacing some of our duct work. They were courteous and professional. We were away during the installation of the new system and Rick sent us photos and status reports through out the day. They sell one of the best systems in the market at a great price.

David was right on time and addressed all of our concerns. They’re friendly and very efficient, taking care of all our HV/AC needs. Rockport is lucky to have a service company like Allen HV/AC.

We own a home in Rockport and visited yesterday. On arrival we found our AC unit leaking because it was clogged. We called Allen Air Conditioning and they came over within an hour. Rick, the service tech, was very professional and did the repair very quickly. He was thorough and checked the freon levels just to make sure. Overall I was EXTREMELY happy with the service, the time frame and the professionalism. To top it off the repair cost much less than I anticipated. I would HIGHLY recommend Allen Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.

Rick and his crew are professional, friendly, and great communicators. Rick James and Thomas Kennedy came out to the house after our AC took a dive. They can out that day and fixed the problem and came out the next day and put in a new system. They were done in 2 hours and the work was great. They also cleaned up as if they were not here. These guys where GREAT. Thank you.

Called allen hvac about fan on my ac running all the time. They showed up to diagnose the problem within an hour of my call. They diagnosed the problem ordered parts and were back later the same day to fix the problem. They found another issue after the initial fix and stayed well into the evening to get the job done. Last call we made was to Rick for an estimate on a remodel and much needed laundry vending equipment for our newly purchased rv park and outdated laundromat. Allen Air Conditioning had the best rate and was eager to do the project. The project entailed new coin operated laundry equipment, air conditioning and remodel of our old laundry facility. They completed the project on time and on budget. We had no issues with rate or crew productivity. The crew was on time, professional and the work quality and detail were outstanding. After a miserable night in the heat, because by the time I got off work and realized there was a problem with our air conditioner it was too late to get anybody over to look at it...I called Allen air conditioning. I was told on the phone that they could have someone over in about 30 minutes, but it was only about 15! Thomas and his trainee asked me a few questions, and seemed to know right away what the trouble was. A capacitor was replaced, and they checked the pressure and freon in my system. Then they checked the filters, drain... pretty much a full system check and my A/C was up and running again. All of this cost me $127 which I consider very reasonable for the wonderful service and getting my A/C back so quickly.

Allen a/c has very professional employs and very curtious and helpfull. If they dont answer on first call they will call you back promptly and make you there top priority.. Thanks for all yalls help
