I always request Miles. Always on time. And I never have a recall with him. Pleasant to project with also. But most of all capable of taking care of any air conditioning problems. And knowledgeable of the different thermostats, and explains how to use them. Which is helpful.

Cousins installed my HVAC system when the home was being built. Have used them for periodic work for more than a dozen years. All satisfactory. Our current tech, Owen is professional and thorough. We have a work contract that provides periodic maintenance. Cousins meets their appointment times consistently. Management has been responsive. All in all, would recommend.

Called Trusted Plumbing & Heating after trying two other companies for a sewer line plugged with tree roots. Was not glad with either of them! I called a number of water heater companies and the quotes from other companies were astronomical/laughable. This company fixed my faith as their price was fair. I enjoyed the interface with this company and they did a fantastic job.

I don’t know why I haven’t used these guys sooner?! Josh was so and incredibly competent. Worked and and got my dishwasher working good again - without it costing me a fortune. Very knowledgeable, priced just right, and I’ll definitely call them again in the future!
