Absolutely horrible experience. From beginning to end, high priced, no sense of customer care or satisfaction and most importantly rude behavior. I have paid them 300 dollars and got harassment and poor service. From beginning till end, they screwed up my order and didnt want to follow any instruction. When I went to pick up my order and told her my concerns and poor experience, she either blamed it on me or said It is not in my control, this happens. After I left, I got an email from her showing concern and offering free cards. Well thank you, I appreciate but no more business with you and I will not recommend anyone else also. 1 star for that.

Look no further, Gem graphics is awesome! I recently called what felt like all of the printing places in the DMV for a print job for an upcoming gender reveal. I called Gem with a short turn around and it was done by the next day. If you live in DC, it’s a little bit of a hike to get there in rush hour traffic. I felt so bad because I was running late and was held up in traffic but they were so accommodating and waited for me to come and pick up my order - talk about customer service! The final product is clean and absolutely beautiful. No issues with the resolution or clarity and the colors are perfect. I will definitely call on Gem for my next print job.

If there was a possibility to give less then a star, I absolutely would. After searching for a year for a company to do my very odd request for work, a coworker found this one. We finally contacted them and gave them our countertop to wrap with a custom image. The emails I received were not very professional although for some reason a lot of places I have dealt with recently dont email too professionally anyway. We gave them the countertop 6/29/17 and was told it would be done 7/5 or 7/6. We expected calls the 4th, 5th, and 6th and never received any, not even an email. I had reached out, tried to call and email to ask about the update on the countertop since they were past the date they said and didnt contact us but my emails were ignored and the phone calls were going straight to voicemail. When they finally called back they told my coworker to come pick it up by 7/12 and 7/13 (a week after they originally said). After hearing this, I was furious and decided to write my first review. Uncalled for on how I reacted to the situation, yes, but what they did about it added onto the lack of professionalism. Still without answers to my questions about my countertop, Monica emailed me asking about why I gave a two star review. Knowing she was now waiting for my email, I asked my questions again. Instead of answering my questions she called our office and asked to speak with me. I had left for the day so the person to answer the phone told her to email me. The email I received was her telling me they were denying our job now because of the review. She said that her reasoning was that if we gave a two star review before they even started then she believes we will not be satisfied. So on top of denying the job and ignoring emails and being unprofessional, they havent even started. When I asked why they hadnt started when they have had the countertop for over a week when telling us it would be a total of 4 days. Her response to that was that they needed to get materials and it took 5 days to get there and she explained that to my coworker over the phone when they finally called us back, I then apologized that he didnt tell me and I wasnt aware although we shouldve been notified when they had to order it. Upon discussing the situation with my coworkers, the one that was on the phone with her earlier said that she never said that. When he picked up the countertop the next day, the end pieces look to be torn off. Id like to think that it just happened but after the way I have been treated and my coworker had been treated I doubt that it was an accident. Sure, they have the right to deny us that but it isnt professional to take a review personal and to deny business instead of taking care of the issue. In any other interaction like this, a company would apologize and see what they could do to fix the situation. I am beyond disappointed in the way that me and the rest of my company was treated. My coworker that was taking care of the actual countertop had a huge deal they were going to use them for as well so on top of losing our $160 they also lost out on possibly $10,000.
