I’m a regular patron at this local shop. I usually order my large latte to go. On this occasion, I decided to dine-in, ordering two large hot drinks. Imagine my surprise when I received our order and got 10 oz in each cup. Say what, a large to go is 16 oz. I approach the barista to point out I paid for two large hot drinks, which equals 32 oz, but we only received 20 oz. I asked very politely if she could rectify by giving the me the missing 12 oz in another latte. She get the manager who proceeded to tell me she would need to charge me for another shot of espresso because they already had given me two shots in my 10 oz drink. What!?!?! You are telling me that even though you failed to be transparent and frankly, ripped me off by an entire 12 oz regular drink, that I’m going to pay for YOUR mistake?! You gotta be kidding me. Your inability to correct a mistake will now cost you over $5k yearly in income because we will never return to support your business. It was an easy fix but you chose to make the customer wrong. I’d would suggest you train your staff to share when a customer orders in-house that there is only one option which is a regular size drink. Your current pricing is deceptive and lacks transparency. Heck, if the manager had even offered up the extra cost covers the extra time to bus and wash the dishes, it would have landed better. Instead, she choose to make me wrong for questioning why I did not receive what I expected. It is truly a shame that the customer service is lacking as the food and coffee is excellent.

We order Portobello Grilled cheese and Avocado toast. Its delicious! The coffee is good too.

Best coffee place Ive visited in the last two years! The food is delicious and varied, decent variety of coffee (variety of brewing methods too!) and other drinks. Pressed juices and alcohol arent my speed but they may be yours. Bakery options are cheaper than main food items if you just want a small treat. Outdoor seating under a canopy but its in a strip mall kind of parking so eh. Only mens and womens restrooms - no gender neutral is the only real con I see here. Im definitely coming back even though its over a two hour drive from home.

Really great coffee, really great food, wonderful indoor and outdoor seating...whats not to like? Try it! They have gluten free options clearly marked on the menu on the wall inside, too.

It was just not worth my money, I had the huevos rancheros and OH Boy! what a disappointment, its just messy and a total disaster, hardly any beans and for an additional $2 you get two tiny avocado strips. No good pastries either. The only positive note is the coffee. You can do better at the McDonalds. Believe me!

Today we had Cold Brew Iced Coffee, a Hot Horchata, and Morning Sandwiches and everything was absolutely delicious. You can say stop as they pour cream/sugar to your coffees if need be. Sizes of iced drinks run smaller than chain coffee places (dunkin, starbucks, etc) but theyre worth it.Overall very friendly employees, comfortable atmosphere and outdoor seating available. Definitely will be back!

Definitely my go to place for a great meal at a good price. Recommend their turkey sandwich and French toast! Their lattes always keep me awake and energized

Had the portabello grilled cheese. Amazingly good sandwich! Previously tried the breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon - WOW. Also amazing coffee! So nice to have a local coffee shop with friendly faces and room to sit, inside or out. Well be back!

They have chicken tacos that are filled with meat, taste good. You get 3for $9-10. I only wish they were served with sour cream. I also tried the turkey BLT, again plenty of meat, great grain bread. Good little spot for decent bite to eat.

There is a 7-11 around the corner where the coffee is much cheaper and better. Please consider the 7-11 where you can also doctor your own coffee! I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I feel like the employees are out of it and dont care. I ordered coffee with sugar and when they gave it to me it was really bitter so I said are you sure you put sugar in it they said yes so I said can you please put more. They added more sugar and stirred it and then it was too sweet! They clearly didnt stir it the first time they put the sugar in so now my coffee is ruined. This is completely ridiculous when Im paying $3 for a damn cup of coffee. I was in a hurry so I just left.

Nicely set up, good coffee, nice smoothies and great food but, man, is the staff unfriendly. They act like they hate customers! Would love to be able to support a local business but to be treated unpleasantly every visit just makes it not worth it.

If there were more then 5 starts Id give it to Java. I have tried all types of food here and coffee. The food is so unique and delicious! One of my top 3 local coffees as well. Just go get anything here and youll see what I mean.

First time here and a wonderful experience! I had a hot chai tea latte, lemon coconut scone (not pictured because it was yummy), and a order of pupusas (2 spinach, 1 chicken). Significant other ordered pupusas as well (one of each) and a golden latte.Both drinks were delicious. The chai latte had earthy tones, fluffy foam, and a sprinkling of nutmeg on top. The golden latte best shows the baristas craftmanship with the lovely topping.I love pupusas and JNs are hearty and satisfying. Served with a side of special slaw and their own sauce.Check out this local favorite whenever you can!

Love this place! The chicken pupusa is amazing. Really a must try if your in the area. Be warned they can get pretty busy and they have limited seating.

Love this local coffee shop! I have dined-in and carried-out from here several times each and always pleased with the service, plus the food and drink items are good! Ive had tacos, tomato pesto chicken sandwich, cappuccinos and vanilla lattes and loved all! Additionally, Ive ordered lunch several times over the phone to pick up and its usually ready in about 10 minutes. Definitely recommend if you need a quick bite to eat or snack.

Ive only gone to this establishment 3 times so far, but I will surely be returning frequently. The juevos rancheros is delicious. The bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are absolute bangers. I cannot recommend them enough. I go bacon, scrambled egg, and cheddar on them but they also have sausage or turkey as well as other cheese options. I might go wild and get turkey and provolone next time. Well see.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The food is amazing, the people are friendly, the facility is always very clean, and the service is top notch. Plus they make great coffee too. My favorites are the tacos, pupusas, the sandwiches, and the spinach watermelon salad. The lentil soup is very good too. If your looking for a quick bite to eat at good prices but is extremely DELICIOUS then you found the right place.

Amazing staff and service. Its hard to find a good cafe where you could sit down and work for a couple hours. On top of that, they serve a full menu which are always filling and tastes delicious. My favorite food items are the Turkey Pesto Sandwich and Blueberry muffins! I cant wait to come back again!

This site is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. when I want to go to a good lunchon, this restaurant comes straightaway to my mind. very good and food and a large list of dishes.great staff members, and great ambience. Also important, the cost is decent. I praise this restaurant with no hesitation.

Love this place, They make the food in house, and its super yummy! Pretty big menu with lots of options for a nice brunch. Perfect spot for dates or getting work done. (Also love how they use cardboard straws.)

Today my boss again said go to Java Nation. Well today I said okay. I looked at the menu . I thought I had picked the easiest thing on the menu. BLT . The only thing I had to choose was the Mayo. It said all the other things how it came. Well the main thing was it was to be toasted, it was not. I wanted to just call and tell them this, but no one answered. So it is okay no one can please all of the people all of the time. However today was my first and last visit to Java Nation. Still I was you company the best .

What an underwhelming experience. It took 15 minutes to get an Americano made. It was weak. The coffee bar was in complete disarray. There was also a server coming in and out of the kitchen as if it were a fashion show... what was he doing? Only once did he bring something out for a patron. There were two bartenders/ servers at another bar in the restaurant who were enjoying the conversation with each other while on the clock. The restaurant’s interior is beautiful.

Stopped in for brunch on a Sunday. It was busy, but we found seats without issue. The food is delicious and fresh. We had and would recommend the breakfast sandwich with sweet potatoes and a banana Nutella crepe. The coffee drinks are excellent.

I stopped by to buy a few sandwiches today— they were out of sandwich rolls.I arrived hungry, in a hurry- typical busy day scenario.It seemed odd to me that someone wouldn’t have walked to the nearby Whole Foods to buy Sandwich rolls.Honestly- I’ve worked as a cook in a restaurant and there were many times that we had to send a member of the kitchen staff to the nearby supermarket to buy a needed item.Today I needed to buy six sandwiches...... a package of rolls costs less than five dollars...... I had to admit that I was surprised..... and I left hungry..... after calling everyone at home to say that we were now having pizza. Very disappointed with today’s visit.

ONE STAR because they wouldn’t change my drink and suggested I throw it away and get what I wanted again full price when I didn’t even touch the drink yet. Also, it was my first time there, I’m super upset.

Love this place! Seems to get busier every time were here. Yummy foods, Great drinks, cool small bar setup, though havent taken advantage yet.We come to this shopping center a lot for the hardware store and consignment shop, so out makes for a great pit stop on the weekend.

When they opened they were spot on. Drinks and food are starting to slip. Its always packed but never a long wait for a seat or items ordered. They will remake anything they actually get wrong. Still the better of the mom and pop options in this town / area. And they take CASH!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden jem! I was given excellent service and my ticket time couldnt have been more than 10mins. The decor is warm and inviting. I will absolutely be back and suggest you visit this place yourself.

Always irritating when I order delivery and don’t receive all the items. Sure not ideal if it happens when I’m dining in but can’t change it after my order has been delivered. I wouldn’t have purchased from here if I didn’t think I’d get what was advertised. At least I know for next time.

When i first visited this place a few years ago, their coffee needed improvement, thankfully someone working there also had the same idea and they started using a new supplier for beans, and now they are one of a trio of coffee shops in Ktown that have the BEST coffee you can buy.

Great simple hot coffee. If youre here to sit a while, the chairs are comfortable enough but not cushioned. Mocha was poured nicely but a bit on the milky side despite smallest menu size.

Ive been here about a dozen times in the past few months. I think its rather overrated. The food is good and coffee is above average, though both are overpriced. Service is efficient but cold. Music could be quieter for those working (though, thats a small thing). Overall, its the only option around other than Starbucks, and methinks thats the only reason to stop by this place. In a word, unimpressed.

We ordered chicken pupusa, bean pupusa, and spinach pupusa, they were excellent! Kind of like a mix between a healthier stromboli and a empanada. A fried thick corn tortilla around a warm soft cheesy center. This is the pinical of health conscious comfort food, Id highly reccomend this place to those in the area looking to try something a little different.

I ordered the French toast and coffee for breakfast today based on the good reviews. However the coffee was only half filled and the French toast had hardly any coconut flakes and was missing the strawberry crean cheese. Very disappointed.

Even tho it was sooo busy on Saturday morning they were quick, the sandwich was very tasty and the caramel latte was delish. I take one star away only because the space is so small only a few people took all the tables i had to take my food to go,so i don’t recommend for groups or family to come because people once the finish eating they stay seating talking and don’t care to see all those people crowed there no where to walk and you will end up waiting for too long to sit. But for take out is good and the sandwiches are good.

Looked like a nice place. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes where the clerk just kept cleaning the machine/counter, without nodding or even acknowledging my presence. I used the restroom to give her time. Came back after 5 minutes. The clerk had disappeared into the back room. Waited for 5 more minutes and gave up.Wasted 15 minutes unnecessarily.Just head over to nearby Starbucks (save time and money).

I ordered a golden latte to go using my own travel mug and barista puts it in a for here cup. When I point to my to go mug and tell him that was to go he curses then pours it into my to go mugand spills have of it on the floor. Very disappointing no apologies made no offer to make or add to the one he spilled. I shallntbe back.

Friendly staff and the food is great! The coffee is well prepared and the servings for both beverages and food are generous without breaking the bank. Its a bit on the small side for a coffee shop, but if you can snag a table, its a great place to work.

Dont let the strip mall exterior fool you! The inside is beautiful brick walls, and the cappuccinos are delicious, as is the food. The pastries are fresh and taste homemade, and the sandwiches are made to order and really good (definitely ask for the chipotle mayo). Great place to work.

Great coffee shop with amazing quality espresso and macchiato, and a great choice of pastries. Try a croissant with Brie, walnuts and fig jam - you wont be disappointed. They also have an outdoor seating under an awning - its good even in winter. Baristas are top notch - pulling perfect espresso with a great attention to detail.
