The salesman at the store was very polite and had a great attitude. My husband and myself got to the store maybe 15 minutes before closing and the salesman attitude was very appreciated. I even purchase an extra accessory for my new phone. I was very pleased at how nice he was and it was time for him to go home. We need more customers service like that.

I went in to exchange my samsung note for a iPhone 12 Pro Max (1st time user) and Chris made this transition easy. I think I’m in love!!

There is never a good response from this place the customer service is very poor. The sales representative is very very rude. Never get the help that I need. I don’t recommend anyone going to this store in Rocky Mount horrriiible.Davita is rude and always have been. I don’t understand why they continue to have her there. I have complained about her before and nothing. This store will nevvver get my service again. Called the 1800 number and got better support. If you want great customer service go to Wilson store or call 1800, avoid this store at all cost.

Would not recommend to any family or friends. Store “manager” Yasmin treated me & my mother with horrible customer service after our phones were sent out the store NOT working! Refused a return or exchange and was told “ it’s not their issue “ . 10/10 would recommend WILSON at&t! Helped us with issue and we were in and out DO NOT waste your money here ever!!

Absolutely love coming to this store to work with Davida. She is straight to the point and doesn’t waste my time and she always gets me in and out. I watched this woman clear a store full of folk by herself with the upmost patience and calmness. No, she doesn’t act like Flo from Progressive, but who would when you’re always working by yourself? I’ll keep coming to this store as long as she’s working. She’s kind, she solves my problems, and I’ll keep telling her to tell her manager she deserves a raise.

Spent more than any hour in the store. The tech that was helping me was keying in the wrong info. And the other tech ended up finishing. I want to say he even left the store before my stuff!

I absolutely love my visits to the store. Yazmin and Indy always go above and beyond to make sure they can help you in every way possible, even if it takes all day. I know I can rely on them two to get the job done. The staff actually gets to know their customers which makes going to the store that much more comfortable and welcoming. If anyone is thinking of switching over, I highly suggest to visit the Benvenue branch! Such an amazing staff.

Awesome accurate customer service. Everything I ordered on the pizza was up there! No just picking. Seriously everything I needed for my phone service was explained and set up. A one stop shop. I highly recommend this store.

I went in with issues on my lg g5, and Yasmin helped me out a lot. She got me into a new lg v40 and it was an amazing experience! She actually was able to Inform me of a promotion going on that literally had me walking out of the store with bags full of accessories just for trading in my old phone!

The lady Yasmin was very helpful while I was there. She made sure I was getting what I needed and had a really good attitude which is rare at other stores. Def will be coming back.

This is the worst AT&T Ive ever been in. On May 1, 2019 around 10:15am there was only one employee working, the manager. Not only was she slow, she was also rude and unprofessional. When I asked her why there was only one employee working on the 1st of the month, when that is the day many people usually come in to pay their DirectTV bills she disparagingly said, Well, there are other ways to pay your bill and My employees need days off too. That was the most unprofessional response I have ever received from a manager. There was a line of people waiting to be serviced and only one staff member. Then she had the nerve to say AT&T cant afford to hire more people. We all know that is a blatant lie since AT&T is a billion dollar telecommunications company. I understand under-staffing once or twice but every single time I enter this store they are understaffed. DirectTV being acquired by AT&T came with horrible customer service.

This is the WORST AT&T I have ever set foot in. There were no phones on display. There was one apathetic employee working when we got there. They didnt even acknowledge any costumers as they entered. We walked around for 5 minutes as the employee worked with a costumer, before we just decided to leave and go to best buy.

Wont answer the phone ever, and someone apparently stole my fiances ss # etc. went into this store and purchased $5,000 worth of stuff in March 2017 and it is just now showing up on his credit and dropped it almost 60 points. Which is horrible seeing that he had perfect credit. With that being said getting online, calling this store, and and customer service. We have got no answers or information. We have done nothing but sit on hold for 3 hours.

The most helpful experience I have received at an AT&T store! Yasmin was so willing to go out of her way for me to make sure I receive all of my pictures from my old phone.

Lemme just start off by saying these people need to mop their dirty floors. & their customer service was terrible. They act like they were raised in a zoo. Jesus help them. Anyway..they kept rejecting my services telling me they wont help me get my tax refund. But I hope the white guys butt feels better.

I came to AT&T to see about adding a few lines to my account. I walked up to the door and I noticed one of the employees looked at me from the back table on her phone and then continued to look at her phone. Really weird considering when Ive visited this store in the past, they always opened the door for me? I walked in and the girl got up, but as she did a young man approached me. The girl told the young man, ugh, you should have told me you were getting up because I didnt want to get up. She then began to chuckle like she was joking but I still found that to be rude to say in front of a customer. I am a firm believer in good customer service, so I am really appalled at the way she said that and didnt even acknowledge me. I learned from the young man Indy, that was so kind in assisting me that the girls name was Oksana. I have never in my life seen anybody who didnt want to help a customer. She was rude and just played on her phone the entire time. She then went into what looked like the back room and another customer walked in. Indy had to go back there and get her so the customer could be helped because her and Indy were the only two associates there.If it wasnt for Indy, I would have left that store and I was really considering leaving AT&T as a whole. The only reason I am giving this rating 5 stars is because Indy was very well mannered, did not hesitate to help me, very kind and always had a smile on his face. Thank you, Indy!!!!!
