You should take into consideration that people look forward to shopping at your store. Having the wrong opening date is not a good way to start. When do you intend on opening??

Today is Sept 26 (Thursday) and it’s still not open!! We were told on the 20th that they would be open on Monday the 23rd. We have now driven up here 3 times! You may as well not even open the store now. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Not a good way to start this business at all!!

If I could give it a zero I would.... google has said it would open on September 10th, 15th and now the 20th. Was it open?? No it was not.... so disappointed. Then it says it will open again at 11am on Monday. How can it open at 11am on Monday when the store itself isn’t even open?? Very disappointed.

Well theyre finally open and for such a wait its pretty bad. For one everything cluttered yet spread out and they dont have much to offer. And theres a thick layer of dust on alot of their products.

Today is Sept 21st and I was looking forward to shopping here but still closed . When will the store be opening ?!Update: I finally got a chance to go to the store today I was so DISSAPOINTED! The do have some cool decor but where are the costumes? I asked an associate where I could find the baby costumes and her response was we only have a little out, and most people arent satisfied with those so I wouldnt waste my time looking at them Then I asked for a particular costume for a child and she said I dont know whats back there. What kind of customer service is that?! Halloween is right around the corner....they better get it together!

Waited a whole month and got my hopes up. It finally opens and half of the store is empty, and what they do have is poor quality. Very disappointing!
