Sunday morning and the check ✔ engine light pops on so down to Rocky River Auto Zone I go. I tell him the problem he grabs his computer hooked it up to the truck gets the code, tells me what I need to fix it gets parts from shelf rings it up, 5 minutes 45.00 dollars and Im on my way home. 15 minutes new parts on the truck no more yellow light on the dash. Well guys as always you had the parts in stock at a fair price, in addition I automatically to saving at least $ 90.00 for the diagnostic code check ✔ and probably $300.00 for the repair itself. I am over the moon with these people. The employee helped me pick out floor mats for my new car. I didnt want to spend a ton of money and he went through all of them finding the most reasonable. He then came out and installed them for me cutting out unnecessary Parts with his exacto knife. Save me an hour of fumbling around with scissors. Super friendly, super quick.

Stopped in on a snowy night in need of a replacement windshield wiper, and I had the best service I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, helpful, and even came out an installed it for me. Didn’t even have to ask. For that reason alone, I will be good f back there for future visits.I hope the manager sees this and rewards his employees accordingly.

Workers dont know what they are doing. They couldnt install the windshield wipers on my car. It kept on falling off. After the 100th time trying different once they are finally installed, but still they look different from each other.

Quiet place, with a few good men. Entered to find one employee helping an elderly man throughout the shopping experience. Another kind gentleman helped me find, purchase, and install the wipers on my car. Great experience. Would love to visit again.

Eric did it again... Charged my girlfriends dead battery and tested it, (was good), then tested her starter for her, (it was bad). Eric saved the day again. I would drive 10 miles out of my way just to work with Eric on all my autopart needs.

Thank you Eric for your outstanding Customer Service in helping me find a winter wiper and putting the new wipers on my car. Dealerships put on very cheap wipers that have not lasted in our short winter thus far. I have replaced them twice and said NO MORE!!! So I went to a place I know I would get a better deal and better wipers for my car!! 5 Stars to you all day!!!

Went to AutoZone today in Rocky River, my community, to get a new battery installed after getting my car jumpstarted by AAA. The guy in the store came out, looked at my car and told me it was company policy he couldn’t remove a piece to get to the battery. I told him I was very surprised, even AAA was willing to do it except they had to do it tomorrow since they didn’t have a battery with them. He said no it was company policy he’s not allowed to remove anything. So I promptly got in the car and drove to the Lakewood AutoZone and without a problem the guy there changed my battery in 20 minutes without a hassle. Too bad I can’t go to the AutoZone in my community, guess they are too lazy!

The staff was very professional and extremely helpful in resolving my automobile problems. I would definitely recommend this place of business.

I needed power steering fluid i stopped and asked for help. Dillon was awesome! A couple of the other workers seemed to busy but Dillion saved the day for me!

This place is great. The gentleman with the English accent was awesome. I bought a battery, alternator and R134. Incredibly helpful. I was away from my garage and they let me borrow tools to replace an alternator and battery there. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT guys yesterday (5/29/17). In a time when customer service is getting pretty bad in general, these fellows were great!!!!

Best AutoZone I have been to yet. I can tell the manager and employees care about their work. That will go a long way and I will be a repeat customer.

So, I went there with a print out from a competitor price for the struts on my 04 accord. I was told to bring it in to match it. I needed 4 struts. They didnt have ANY in stock. They also said their computer only allows them to match one of the struts at the reduced price. In other words, Mr. karl, expected me to wait f a few day for him to stock the store and then, charge me regular price for 3 out of the 4 struts. I walked away. I am done. No wonder I was the only one in that store.
