HORRIBLE dishonest service technicians .This business establishment should be shut down.On 2-3-2019 I brought my 2005 Honda accord in for a front end alignment. I had purchased a lifetime alignment previously. I knew I had a power steering leak and where it was originating from. I asked to have the leak checked out. The technician(Scott #13)Quoted me a price on a remanufactured steering rack. Needless to say I did not have the steering rack replaced, and went to a reputable business to have the line replaced My high pressure power steering line was the source of the leak!, not the rack On 9-14-2021 I returned for a front end alignment and tire rotation. Same vehicle 2005 Honda accord. Worth noting, my vehicle had been parked in my driveway the night before my scheduled 11:00a.m. appointment. They brought the car into the bay, and shortly thereafter, the technician(14 ASHRAF)informed me I had a piece of steel stuck in thesidewall and had punctured the sidewall. The tire was not repairable. So in the 2.5 mile drive from my house to the firestone store I must have hit something, and punctured my sidewall, and continued driving not noticing my tire hissing while loosing air. HIGHLY UNLIKLEY!I I asked the technician to over fill the damaged tire in question, so I could drive back 2.5 miles home, and change the tire. I had a road hazard warranty on the tire, so after my $20.00 prorating fee the tire was replaced at a reputable business. Lesson learned.Fool me once shame on you,fool me twice, shame on me.NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.I suggest everyone do the same! Tim Hackman

My parents always come here and when my car suddenly broke down with multiple issues at once, they recommended I take it here. I dont live up here anymore so Im glad I had some reference. They got MAJOR repair work done in the same day and kept it simple. I shopped them and they were competitive. I work for a dealership down where I live and I know how the pricing works with hold back and charging tiers (even though I do get discounts at my place of work). Point being, they charged me at the lowest tier. They were friendly, efficient, straight to the point and my car has fully been fixed. Richard was my advisor-super friendly and patient with my questions. Scott was the technician- top of the line work. If you go there, these are the names of some reliable employees. I know that its not always the brand or company you go to, but the people that make it what it is. This location does a great job!

Took my truck there to get an oil change and an inspection completed. They do a “complimentary” tire rotation for the inspection. The next day my steering wheel is shaking bad so I call and they ask me to bring it in immediately. Once I bring it in, another hour goes by for them to tell me when they rotated the tires- it now needs a wheel balance and it’s another $30 on top of the $60 I paid yesterday.The employee, Mark, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I advised my truck was fine the day before when all I came in was for an oil change. He said there was nothing he could do.It was an extreme inconvenience and also a scam that I paid so much the day before for an oil change to HAVE to come back not even 24 hours later to pay additional money for something they did wrong! All I wanted was a simple oil change and ended up spending almost $100.** Add on- The manager did credit me after the review. I appreciate the call back and assistance. He was better at explaining the situation and was genuine.

Great experience today. Purchased a used Odyssey with many miles. On start-up, car was making a squealing sound. Above 65, vibration occurred. The guys at Firestone figured out the issues and repaired. Had my car back in two hours. Went out to test on freeway and works like a charm. The squealing on start-up is also gone. Thank you!

A suspension component broke on my way into work. I hobbled into this store and asked if they could fix it. They tried to charge me $670. It seemed about 4 times as much as I thought so I googled up the problem. As soon as I typed in the first few letters, a recall warning popped up.Turns out, it is a recall part from the manufacturer and was 100% covered. These guys still tried to charge me and astronomical amount. Take caution with this place.

Went to three different shops JUST to get an estimate on how much it would cost to repair a certain problem and nobody would look at our car in the spot, even wanted us to pay over $100 for an estimate (Conrads across the street). Finally we went to this Firestone and they were very friendly and helpful. Explained everything so that we understood what was going on. Definitely going back if i have any more car trouble.

This Firestone always has the best customer service. One guy in particular, Mike Zamrzla. This guy needs to wear a cape. He treats you like family and has true passion for the job. I always leave with a smile on my face. Thanks, Mike!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that didnt demean or sound condescending to me, which is something that, as a female, I experience quite often. He did not talk down to me, he was very friendly and helpful, helping me make the decisions that were in the best interest of myself and the life of my vehicle, while still giving me a great deal on tires and service.

To confront the other review: It is common knowledge that you shouldnt just change one tire on a car to one of a different brand and tread wear. Its not safe. Thats not a valid complaint about this place.I was weary to this shop because of the reviews, but Im glad I did. The shop people are extremely friendly and did a good job patching my tire for less than $22 after tax. The waiting room is nice, and the location is fantastic for walking around while youre waiting. The workers were very polite and actually taught me a few things and adjusted all the pressure of the tires on my car for me. They were fast and professional. Even though they measured my tread depth at 5/32, they didnt try to convince me to buy new tires. They just did the repair asked in 20 minutes and I was out the door. Thank you.

Went in needing a wheel alignment, came out needing a wheel aligntmen. Just to verify, 2 or 3 days later I raised my car up and noticed that all 4 alignment nuts/sleeves werent even touched. They said that the other suspension work I needed could also affect the alignment so to just be aware that if its still pulling, it could be due to that. They could be right to some extent but I know my car, suspension is not horrible, its not clucking, and later on I come to find out that the work it needed doesnt affect the alignment. I had a feeling they said that just to push the sales and/or to cover for the alignment still being bad and I was right. Either way they received payment with no work in return, thats theft. Thats the only service Ive had there so at least I can say do not trust their wheel alignment services.

I started going here about 4 years ago. Sonny is the manager and is great! He and the others have always given me the correct information about my car. I did try to catch them in telling me incorrect information which was given to me by the mentor Firestone. However, they came back with a different estimate and nothing like what mentor said. I even told them what mentor advised and they were shocked. From there on out I have trusted them to care for my car and to give me the highest quality of work. I even drive from the east side to see them.

Oil change time. PLUS my tire pressure monitor illuminated. Brakes just began to scrape too. ..getting it all done!

Im not sure how a Firestone store sells the same Firestone tires for more than their competitors? We purchased Firestone tires from Conrads for $100+ dollars less then Firestone stores price. How does that work when youre the manufacturer of the tires?

I scheduled an appointment online for multiple services, and got an email back confirming it. Went to the appointment and was told they wouldnt be able to do everything I had requested. Nobody had attempted to tell me this prior to the appointment, despite having my contact information, and despite having done the service for the same car in the past. I wouldnt have scheduled at all if I knew they werent capable of doing everything I needed done. Now Ill have to find another place to waste another 2 hours of my day to get everything taken care of. I used to have a higher opinion of this place.

I work here and everyone that works here takes pride in what they do.If I wasnt working here I would definitely get my car serviced here.

Customer Beware: when they give you a quote, any coupons or deals available at the time will be included in the estimate, but they will not tell you this fact. I was unaware of this and thought that when I used a coupon I would get $70 off of a brake pad and rotor replacement to bring the price down to $270. When I got the bill it was the $340 they quoted me and when I tried to give them the coupon, they said it was already applied. Another auto repair place quoted me $300 for the same service, so I unfortunately paid an extra $80 because of some information they left out. All in all, though, the service they provided was okay, so I cant complain too much.Update: went back for another repair and the service couldnt have been better. They were extremely helpful, informative, and transparent the second time around. Very impressed with this later experience and felt like they deserved 5 stars for it.

Two hour wait for an estimate? Estimate was clear as mud. NOT going back. Honesty is not their best policy as I was told my back brakes were fine.

I went here for an oil change. That was all good. Then they proved their shadiness by saying I needed new windshield wiper blades and a few other things. I had just cleaned the windshield at a gas station. It was 100% clean. My blades are some of the best Ive ever owned on a car. So when I came in to pay I told the guy that. He requested the guy that recommended me to do this change to tell me why. It was very awkward. Also, he said he saw streaks. Which clearly wasnt true. Again, I went for an oil change and that went well. Id just ignore their opinions about other work.

Be careful going here! Went here for safety inspection... First off they tell me that I need 2 new ball joints. The upper & lower left ball joints they give me their $900.00 estimate. Ok I guess Ill do them myself... But wait a van/truck like this doesnt even have ball joints. It has king pins! shows how much they know or care about what was really wrong... Oh yea and the king pins are in good shape, dont even need replaced

They almost killed me! I went in for a vehicle inspection on 6/10/2018 at the Rocky River Firestone, came out with a $4525.99 estimate and three pages of work, service advisor was James according to their paperwork. A few days later, I felt someone wrong with the front end of my car. I drove it to a local Marathon where the owner looked in horror and said someone didnt tighten the lug nuts up and I could have been killed. I wrote to Firestone and they completely ignored me. The owner of the Marathon looked at all the paperwork Firestone presented me with and said; theyre crazy, they spend so much time looking for repairs instead of spending time making sure your wheel was on properly. I would NEVER trust another Firestone again.

Beware! Ordered four new Continental tires and had them installed here. They used a faulty tire kit which caused one of the tires to go flat overnight in my driveway. Offered 0 compensation and the manager I spoke with did not seem to care that I was upset.

Be cautious of the full Synthetic oil change bull/lies advertised as $49 on special. Most full synthetic oils should take you 10,000 miles on a oil change they tell you after that yours will only get you until 5,000 and they placed a 3,000 mile sticker on your windshield. So what type of crappy synthetic are they putting in your car. Conrad car care and many others play the same game. So basically they are telling you its a full synthetic but its just another blend. Why does everyone feel the need to be dishonest. Just tell it like it is and people will be happier in the end.

Spent over $130 for them to look at a steering issue (lots of grinding and wheel locking up) for an hour and tell me the wrong part ( U Joint piece $135 new from Honda) had it replaced AND that wasnt even the problem. Now the problems so bad I cant drive it because its dangerous. I will never go there again.
