I had the best experience hands down at Radiant Bride! I went to just look and fell in love with a dress! As a matter of fact the first one I tried on! I had Maria help me and she was the sweetest and amazing to work with! The whole staff there was wonderful to myself and my group! The first time I saw The dress was in March. I had been scrolling through dresses on my phone. 100s of dresses and The dress never left my mind. I found Radiant Bride through the website of the designer. Scheduling with Radiant Bride was quick and easy. I loved that I could talk about the specific dress I wanted and the plans for our special day. In the midst of waiting for my appointment I did try on some beautiful dresses but I knew if I didnt try on The dress Id always wonder. The waiting would prove to be the right choice. Ellen at Radiant Bride had the dress brought in specifically for me to try on. It made me feel, even for a moment like I was a celebrity. I mattered to them. My special day mattered to them. When I arrived I was very nervous to see The dress. I finally got to meet Ellen in person and her daughter who also works with Radiant Bride and I felt like I was with family. They both were so upbeat, polite and excited for mine and the other brides journeys. I picked out a few other dresses just encase. Ellen had me try on The dress first. After all thats why I came. When you know you know. I put what was The dress on and it became my dress. That was it. That was MY dress. I ended up not trying on another dress. We had questions about the length, which Ellen swiftly took care of. I am beyond happy. I keep saying to everyone how grateful I am for Ellen and Radiant Bride for bringing in a dress that they did not have for me to try. The whole experience will be one I wont forget and one I always repeat so other brides know where they need to go and thats Radiant Bride.

The staff at Radiant Bride was so kind, patient, and understanding of my needs as a bride and customer. They took the time to educate us on different styles and selections they had available at their store. They listened to details I liked in dresses and were able to pull more dresses that were of my interest. Maria was a fantastic consultant and made me feel at ease with the process!

Radiant bride was the first stop out of my three appointments that I made and honestly was the best experience out of all three! Everyone there was so nice and helpful without being overly pushy. The very first dress I tried on ended up being the one that I purchased in the end. But it felt too good to be true, so I told them I was still going to go to my other appointments, which they were completely understanding of. Sure enough, I came back to get my dress a week later!

I went to a few other Bridal boutiques prior to going to Radiant Bride and I can honestly say this was the best store I went to! The consultant that helped me really listened to what I liked and didnt like and was very honest with what she thought of the gown, veil, etc. She suggested items to enhance the dress I purchased that I would have never thought of. At the start of the appointment I was given time to really look at all of the dresses they had, this is something other boutiques did not allow me to do. I am so happy with the experience I had and would highly recommend this boutique to brides everywhere!

I was just in last weekend for my first ever bridal appointment. We worked with Maria and she was absolutely wonderful. I drove all the way from Lake Orion, MI to order my dress with Radiant Bride! I was in search of a particular dress and was in a bit of a time crunch. After my first appointment I was deciding between several dresses and the staff was very supportive in making me feel like I didn’t need to make a decision on the spot (I’m not someone who can rush into a big decision like this). I emailed a few questions I had later and received a response right away and they even took the time to take additional pictures of the dress’ train to send me to help answer my question. When I returned to the store, I worked with Hope who was also incredibly helpful and patient as I was making my decision. They are taking every precaution right now to keep guests and their staff safe during COVID, while still making the bride feel special. The policy is bride + 2 guests, but my grandma was able to sit on their beautiful porch and peek in through the window where she had a great view of me in the dress, which made me feel a lot better knowing she could see me in person too . Radiant Bridal has a last minute weekend opening and I am so happy I was able to book it! The shop is very clean and they have plenty of dress styles to shoes from. They had a range of styles from modest to more sexy and modern. The woman helping me choose was so patient and gave me great feedback about the dresses. After I said yes to the dress, I was sent home with a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Everything was fun and bride centered and I loved it!!

I loved every single moment. My stylist was AMAZING and simply so patient with me and my insecurities. I went in just trying to figure out what my style is and walked out knowing what dress I would be purchasing from them. Thank you so much for making me feel like a queen for my day. 20/10 recommend.

What a perfect experience! My consultant, Ellen, was amazing. She was so helpful and made me feel like a princess! She also picked up on what I liked of each dress I tried on, and found the perfect one for me! I love it, and this process was so much easier than I was expecting! Highly recommend.

Radiant Bride was the first and last store I searched for my dress. My consultant was extremely accommodating and allowed me to pick what I thought I would like. I didn’t feel pressured one bit. The staff were so kind and considerate. Despite COVID and all the restrictions, they allowed me to (safely away from others) see myself in the dress without a mask and took every necessary precaution to ensure myself and my guests were safe. Radiant Bride made me feel so special and took care of me! They also had plenty of options in my budget which was on the lower side. I’m so happy that I found my dress with them.

I had a wonderful experience at Radiant Bride and found my dress! The shop is adorable, and bright. My consultant was so kind and helpful and the rest of the staff were genuinely excited for me. After choosing some dresses from the showroom I was brought upstairs to a private room where my family could wait on lounges while I changed in and out of dresses. There was also a bigger room off my private one with a pedestal and huge mirror for getting a full look. Truly a first class experience.
