Worst ribs I ever tried to eat. Extremely tough, rubbery, and stringy fat. I think only a quarter of a slab was edible....

Good food. No cheap. But if you catch a special going on. Its not to bad. You get what you pay for. I recommend to all!!! Helpful staff!!

Did your chef taste these. Came in clear window pkg. Looked like dog food. I ate them all because they cost $10 ea. Unappetizing flavor. Contained high cal. vegetables and very little meat. So disappointing!! However, though teeny, the mousse was good.. Didnt realize these reviews were for the store. Please forward to online orders.

Ordered for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Very very dissapointed. Steaks were grisly, chops were tough and the burgers were just your average burger. Have not tried the dogs or chicken yet. I thought we were getting stuffed potato but got the au gratin thing. Not good at all. We payed alot of money as we did an add on for the dogs and extra burgers. Will not order again unfortunately. I did expect more for the price. We ordered because of some good reviews??? We arent ones to complain but.... Very disappointing😕

I have purchased gifts of OS for my in-laws and Dad and stepmom for the past several years. I always purchase online and have never had any issues with delivery or quality of food. I have even started purchasing food from them for my own family.

Placed two orders one a Christmas gift on 12/17, was promised that I was going to get on 12/24; and package never arrived. Called customer service and was told that on 11/18 OS sent me email stating delivery date as 12/28. Never got email or phone messages. Had to buy last minute gift and spend more money on Christmas dinner. OS will not refund damages.

I came here with my parents after a movie a little while ago. We were looking for some easy dinners and we were interested in the new slow cooker meals. The woman working was absolutely no help. She responded to our questions with shrugs and was staring at us the whole time. The experience was very unnerving. We ended up not buying anything and most like will not be back.

Fantastic service

I had bought a gift package off Groupon for the holidays and had to pick up at the Rocky River store. Living Im on the east side, I had to go on a certain day where I had time, and I am glad I did. The holiday rush had me in line for 45 minutes, because everybody was getting gift packages. Never been to an Omaha store before, but it was very nice inside. You could tell the staff were flustered, it was very busy and non-stop for them. I asked the older man who had helped me if they were always this busy and he told me only around the holidays. He was very helpful and the price I paid on Groupon was well worth the package I received. I will try to go back after the holidays when it is less busy.

Thought you might like to know. Tonight we had two Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignons prepared on the grill as instructed. We were very disappointed because right through the middle of both there was gristle that we couldnt eat. We very often used Omaha has gifts and it worries me that they might not be up to par.

Never again. Ordered several gift packages for Christmas and paid for 2nd day shipping. Ended up in another state. What a disorganized mess.
