Great looking gas station with good food. The 3 stars is for the customer service. One older gentleman that works there is extremely rude and I hate when I get stuck having to deal with him. I would up it to 5 stars if he would just show respect to his customers

The staff there is out of control! The one young lady there (early to mid 20s) she had a meltdown! She was screaming about someone running over the cones by the store and nobody was even injured. You need to learn to control your employees.

Rocky River location on center ridge rd. the time is 3:53 pm on a Sunday August 8th, 2021. The worker who was (mid twenties, African American male) working told me to leave “you can’t be in here without a mask” i stood outside and watched him ring out two customers without masks. When i went back in to ask him why he sent me away and rang out two others right after me, he completely lied in front of other customers because i told him he needed to treat everyone fairly. Another thing is he had a box of 50 disposable masks at the front of register and never offered me one. Their rule recently changed it used to be vaccinated guests could be mask less i didn’t realize it changed over night as i frequent this location for gas. I’ve had COVID and I’m vaccinated and still being talked to with no respect over a mask! Done going to this location and spending my money here!

Management is mediocre at best. Employees are unstable and have frequent outburst while in front if customers.

Easy and good price gas; could get busy and jammed sometimes

Not open at 6 AM for the 2nd morning in a row. Sign on the door even says 6 AM.

10/11/2018 - We always purchased our gas with a credit card. I was so happy that receipt printer worked at the pump. So, it was a quick visit which I like. Also, if you have the Giant Eagle Advantage Card and shop at Giant Eagle on regular basis, you can a discount on the gas at any GetGo Gas Station.

This location does not adhere to state and local mask laws.

All the employees are very prompt at getting you in and out quickly and and being courteous. I also noticed that the same people work there for 15 or more years. That tells me they are working for a company that cares about people.

The information on here is either false or GetGo does not care to monitor their employees. They state that they are open until Midnight. This is either not true or a complete lack of oversight from the supposed management that runs this site (and the horrible Giant Eagle that is adjacent to it). I have mentioned this multiple times to management and they (in typical Giant Eagle fashion) have completely ignored feedback from their customers. This store does not close at Midnight. I have been to it on multiple days of the week and it is never open between 11:00PM and Midnight.For a company as large as Giant Eagle, you would think they could at least get their Google hours right. But its blatantly obvious that they do not care about their customers (even after feedback has been given to them). Do yourself a favor and support a company like Heinens or Whole Foods. Companies that actually respect customer feedback and do not blatantly ignore them. There are plenty of better options out there than this Wal-Mart wannabe.

The car wash scratched my car requiring a body shop. I reached out to Get Go, and have not gotten a response yet.
