Great store tucked away in cozy little area. Somewhat hard to find the first time. But well worth it.Friendly staff, lots of products.
If you like gaming of any type then this is a MUST SHOP for you!
At first we were taken back that we had to go into this weird building and then to the lower floor...but it was well worth the little adventure! You enter into a quite unexpected shop of games, dnd, Warhammer and everything else you might need to start your tabletop journey. Employees were kind and helpful.
Drove four hours to visit this place totally worth it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful the store itself is amazing I’m extremely excited with my purchases will be visiting again.
Great place. Awesome miniatures selection
Great place to play games, and hang out with friends. Fantastic offerings of board games, TTRPG books, as well as miniatures.
Would have been nice if Diana was working today when I stopped by.
Great community and great store. Wide variety of games available and a fun event list.
This is a great place to go and buy all kinds of cards (Digimon, MTG, etc.) ! I went there last Friday, and I was practically a kid in a candy store on the inside! Cannot wait to go back on Tuesday and play in the Digimon Tournament!
It looks like a good shop, with tons of stuff (MTG, Wh40k, D&D, etc.). Not obvious that the store is in the building though... Go inside and take elevator to bottom floor (LL/Basement?)... Then store is down a hall, with glass frontage.
Friendly staff and a very nice assortment of table top games, minifigs and all stuff nerd related. Great place for any ttrpg fans.
Awesome selection. Cool stuff. Friendly knowledgeable people. What more could you ask for?
Just a great place. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and something for pretty much anything nerd related.
Nice guy working at the counter. Really cool place for D&D
The employees were nice and neat assortment of stuff. Got MTG cards and some cool sleeves.
Great selection and a nice clean atmosphere! I had luck enough to meet the owner, who was a lot of fun to talk with. Cheers to responsible gaming stores like this giving kids and adults alike a forum.
Great selection, bit harder to find (if youre on floor one, go down to the lower level) but the place is a treasure trove. Great selection of cards, games, and minis. They host games (MTG Commander every Saturday apparently) and the staff is knowledgeable and kind.
Hard to find. Nice store but not great trade values
Thx for the shining fates! Hidden gem
Great place nice selection and well worth the visit
Extremely friendly. Can shop online and pick up in store with ease. Always welcoming and knowledgable with every visit.
I went for a meeting so the meeting room n equipment were all working n clean.
This place has a wide selection of gaming goods, minis, paints, card game supplies, etc. Everything you would expect in a game store. What makes this store stand out is the size! Theres a ton of space for gaming! They have leagues, one shot games, and a lot of events to keep people coming back. The staff is great and very personable. I would like to see a greater assortment of minis from a wider variety of companies, but other than that, fantastic!
Great people nice little spot once you find it def a must hear about
Very clean and wonderful staff
A great place to find games and play them. The only issue with the store is the limited selection of singles for Magic, but is otherwise a great place to do events.
Great people running a fantastic family friendly shop.
Immortals Inc. is in the lower level of an office building, so dont be confused when Google maps steers you there. This place is family owned and fantastic! It is clean, welcoming, has plenty of space for playing card and board games. (Oh, and they have a store dog who is small and polite!) They have a TV with Star Wars playing when we showed up, a bunch of people playing Magic, and a group was playing D&D in the corner. They gave my girlfriend an intro deck for Magic the Gathering, because she is just learning to play. This isnt the kind of place you want to go to play top-level magic and tilt when scrubs beat you. It is the kind of place you go to play mid-level magic, have fun, and meet new people. Honestly, no matter what your level, just dont be a dick and youll have a blast!
Lots of great gaming supplies, tons of minis, paints, dice and board games. Everyone there is super friendly plus you can roll a giant d20 to see what sort of discount you get. The location is a little weird and makes it hard to find the first time but thats not too bad.
Pretty solid place. Could use more advertising in the building to help find it easier. Could use more pokemon cards too.
Super game store. Owner is awesome
Fantastic store with a great atmosphere! Couldnt ask for a better game store experience. Pleasant and helpful staff and a great selection of all things table top. Check it out if youre in the area.
Wow! A little hard to find, its in the lower levels of an office building but a completely hidden jewel! We were in town touring and randomly chose this game store. So happy and we will definitely return!
DO THEY BUY BULK MTG CARDS
My son and I have so much fun here. They have a huge collection of board games. They also have a big selection of boardgames you can try out. This place is a must if you want to nerd out.
I was kicked out of a group playing d&d because I was previously attacked by a dog and told the lady I was uncomfortable with them having their dog running around. Then on my next visit the dog starts growling at me and charging at me. Nice to see they care more about the dog and not their customers safety.
Wonderful staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly, wide selection of games and cards and sleeve protectors. Along with pinball machines and board games. They even have weekly tournaments for Magic the Gathering.
Super friendly staff since they treat you like family, pretty great selection of magic, pokemon, and warhammer!
What an amazing place! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. They have amazing selection, great prices, and we will definitely be back!
These people are liars and far too greedy. I placed an order online for some cards and they refunded me saying that their was inventory issue. I then looked and they relisted the card at a higher price tag. You are the very reason, that people leave small businesses and go to larger corp. I even asked to have them sell it to me at the price I paid, which was already significantly higher then market price and they refused!
Great spot, they have recently scaled their inventory back though. Mostly just have the typical popular games like Magic and Warhammer. Still a good spot to play or set up a playing event. Owners and employees are very nice.
This place may be hard to find, but so worth it. A must for Board gamers, Dungeons and Dragons,, Blood Bowl, Warhammer, Magic the Gathering, and all things geek. The owners are fantastic. Absolutely the best.
Cute little gaming shop. I love the pupp in there he is a cutie.
Best store to play games in. Bring the wife and play get back to the basics of family game night.
A little difficult to find but worth the journey. All around great gaming store with everything you need for amateur players to seasoned game masters. They also have scheduled game nights for D&D, Warhammer, Pathfinder, etc; and also offer gatherings for painting miniatures.
Great selection of games and supplies. Friendly staff and lots of room to play. Magic pre-releases are always fun and accomodating to newer players here.
Great little shop... Tucked out of the way... The young man who runs it is a real good guy. They definitely have my business.
It is hidden away but they have a large collections of games. There is also plenty of gaming tables. Make the trip you wont be disappointed.
Kind of hard to find but a nice game store located in the basement of the office building next to Lowes. They have everything from board games to rpgs and miniatures. Theres events on most nights throughout the week and separate rooms so that youre not playing in between all of the merchandise.
I love the staff here. I dont get to play games as often as Id like but coming here when I do get the chance.
Cyrus is the best dog ever!!! I come here just to play with him. Okay, thats not true, but hes a pretty great dog.
The nice man helping me out was very knowledgeable. They have an awesome selection. Going to shop here instead of Amazon from now on.
Anyways, I love this Riddle School Game on hud games brought me here!
Great shop, little hard to find at first but the space and product selection makes up for it
Very large selection of boardgames. Very friendly and helpful staff, but no pressure or hard sell. If I lived closer Id be a regular.
Amazing store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Cheap cards, minis, and dice.
Excellent selection and very friendly staff. A tad hard to find. Its in the basement of a large office building.
Very clean lots of space to play and very knowledgeable.
Im new to the area, and it felt like i was back at my home card shop. Very welcoming invirement. I will be going back.
Best card shop around I enjoy going there every Monday for local Cardfight Vanguard Tournaments. They have the best service, great selection of games, and cards as well card packs to.
Staff is always super nice and friendly. Wish the singles selection was better but overall great place to come hang out and play.
Friendly crowd and if you ask for a sugfestion they will tey and help you as much as they can. Friendly employees and other customers too.
Immortals is a game store deserving of the name. The quest to find it may be challenging, but the reward is well worth it. They are on the bottom floor of an older nondescript office building. Just pressing LL on the button in the elevator will find you descending to the basement. Once there, look for the only store with double glass doors and you will be at the right spot. The store is well lit and staffed. They cater to the entire market range. This covers everything from MTG to RPGs and miniature wargaming. They have two separate open play areas available to support open gaming. Additionally, if you are interested in renting the private room for your wargaming or RPG event, or other similar scenario they have an amazing private room available for rental. Its table is multilayered and should be able to cover most events. They also have the widest selection of miniatures and RPG books I have ever seen in a single game store. This place is truly the realm of the Immortals!
Can be a little difficult to find the first time you go there, but its worth it. Great selection of tabletop and TCG. And unlike many stores of this nature, where when you walk in, you clearly seem to be bothering them (hey its not like I want to give you money or anything), the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful
Great place wish they had more vintage stuff
Clean and well stocked shop, though I did think I was going to be murdered on the elevator down to the store.
Great shop. They have everything.
Immortals is one of my favorite game stores the family environment goes throughout the customer experience. The staff is super helpful and friendly and they have a wonderful dog too!
Love the staff. Everyone nice and helpful. Good place for different games like warhammer, D&D, Magic the Gathering, Vanguard tou name it.
Awesome hidden game shop. Adorable, friendly dog is always around. I dunno, nothing bad to say about it.
Great game store for trading card and tabletop games. Excellent prices, knowledgeable staff, friendly dog.
Lots to do here as all the employees are amazing.
Amazing selection, amazing staff, definitely my new card shop.
Well stocked.
Great shop and great community. Highly recommend!
It is a great game store. Warhammer 40k, DND, Magic, and many more games. Meet others who enjoy games.
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Its a great place to go for playing and buying games.
Drove up from Wooster really enjoyed the store and will be back!
Wonderful game store! Wide selection, friendly staff, regular events, and all-around a positive experience.
Very large store with tons of games and supplies. Wonderful and friendly staff
Great place.
Very helpful staff. Lots of games and a good atmosphere.
Friendly people and a great gaming environment. I love this place.
Great place to get cards and hang out.
Excellent place to play games. They have events often.
The staff is good
I however am totally biased... so take my review for a grain of salt and come see it yourself... Look for the Blue Awning in the back and enter if you dare, Up Up to the second floor and it is the third door on your left... Knock 3 times and say Hello! Ok you can also just come in but I feel the Knocking adds to the mystery.... Cheers and please if you feel like you suck... just stay home we really dont need your money that bad...
Good selection, friendly staff, and tons of space to come with friends for game night.
Kind staff, location is weird being in the basement of an office building. Handicap parking is in name only - it slopes badly making entering/exiting vehicle difficult and the marked handicap spaces are not wide. Getting to the shop is difficult with mobility impairments though it is wheelchair accessible including elevator access.
Solid staff, decent collection casual
Finished my first Adventure League game was a fun time
Great spot to play. Big assortment of games and snacks
Pretty cool place. Wide selection!
Brock Close has issues but they are the kind you like to bind together in a subscription.
Great place for all your boardgame needs.
Its really great here.
Attentive staff. Fair prices.
Staff was reluctant to help at first. Decent selection with okay prices
In the past few years, I moved from the Bay Area of California back to Cleveland. I point that out because Oakland had one of the finest game stores Id ever visited: a great place to window shop, a great place to buy, a great place to play. When I got to Cleveland, I checked out a few stores and, frankly, it made me almost want to drop out of the hobby. I *like* to frequent local game stores, but if the store is understocked, poorly staffed, overpriced or just plain messy (boy smell as my wife calls it), then Ill just turn my dollars to online retailers. After nearly 3 years, Id given up. Then I found Immortals Inc.I never saw their old location, but this newer location downstairs at the Park West building is just awesome. Well lit, clean, super-friendly and knowledgeable staff with no attitude, and great selection and fair prices. Im more into role-playing games than boardgames and CCGs, so its not quite as heavy with RPGs as Id like (true of the FLGS business in general these days). But they do have a good selection and, for instance, as a Wizards Premiere store, they got the new edition of D&D in weeks before Amazon or the store a few miles away. Theyll order anything, and they have a great frequent buyer program. And they have some fantastic events and spaces for play. Im already in on a monthly D&D game thats been a blast, planning on playing another RPG in a few weeks, and may even run one soon.Great store, great people. The FLGS is not dead!
