Bought the ham bone & made 15 bean soup. Delicious 😋

What a great bunch of employeesat this location. Always friendly and smiling. Kandi is the best and my favorite person at this location. She is always so friendly and makes you feel welcome. Ive eaten plenty sandwiches here countless times and I can tell you they are amazing. Always great, consistent, and quality food with awesome service at this location. Place runs like a sewing machine even during the holidays too.

The line is always long! The food is way over priced! A 10 lb. ham is $75 +. I ended up buying a spiral sliced ham at Giant Eagle 15lbs for $22.87!! Made a delicious marinade and glaze and my family and I loved it!! No where near as salty as Honey baked and obviously a lot less expensive. Honey Baked is delicious!!! Just too expensive for me!

We went there to get a boneless ham and they were out. We ordered a bone in ham and wasnt allowed to open it there. We took it home and it was burnt we returned for a new ham and its burnt not driving back 20 minutes. Not shopping there any more. I can burn my own ham for less money

Of course the food is good its Honey baked ham 😊. I tried their turkey for the first time and the associates were very helpful in helping me get the right kind (the smoked tastes just like the ham but not as salty). When I walked in it was very neat, clean and corvid-19 protocols were in place and being followed (by staff) and I got in and out. It was also my first time going to a honey baked ham but it will not be my last 😁

What with the pandemic currently going on, The Honey Baked Ham Store is able to handle even a large crowd with still practicing social distancing, two orderly lines (purchasing and prepaid), and get the customers in and out. All of the employees were wearing their PPE and are friendly as well as helpful. If youve ever had a honey baked ham then you know what to expect. If youre trying one for the first time, youre in for a delicious honey baked treat.

Pre-ordered my Christmas ham and didnt have to wait in line outside. Fantastic gave my last name and picked my ham up in 5 minutes! Great job HBH employees! Have a very merry Christmas and happy new year! Thanks for a great job!

Addicted to this ham .... For my family its the one dish that makes our celebration over the top special ... Melt in your mouth heaven .. we buy the bone in because we make bean soup and lobster biscuits with the left overs ... Its the only ham I buy because of its known quality . Customer service is always above average . I love anything they make .... Please bring back the mustard with white wine ....

Online orders are apparently just reservations. Out of sides. No cash allowed. Store and website need to communicate better. Very disappointing visit with no food. You are not the only restaurant operating in tough times.

The deli makes good sandwiches. Did a survey and got half off on 2 sandwiches. Thats the way to try them out. Also had a gift card for the store that I used on a smoked turkey breast. Very good taste.

Even though there were only two other people in the store all the employees took the close spots so you had to park farther away. Also because of the holiday season they are not making sandwiches. I understand if it was the Saturday before Easter but they were empty. Poor customer service.

Received a coupon for their apple walnut caramel pie for free. Baked it when I got home & it is a good pie that is filled with fruit. Also got coupon for a BOGO for their croissant sandwiches. Got 1 turkey & 1 ham. They were great.

Not enough parking and the line doesnt move fast enough for the amount of ppl behind the counter. They dont accept private company coupons either. Other than that I love honey baked ham!

A great place to stop in and pick up sandwiches for lunch or something quick for dinner. If you like Honey Baked Ham or Turkey this is the place for you.

Love their food, I placed a online order when I went to pick it up they said they were sold out of the stuffing and green bean casorole so what was the point of me placing my order online very upset about this when Easters tomarrow now I have to make more trips to get there rest of my meal

A fantastic place to grab lunch during the week and of course a meal for the holidays. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. And I have never had a ham or turkey that wasnt a crowdpleaser. Top-notch service and great products.

Worked here as a seasonal employee. Fantastic management and well rounded experience. Definitely worth it!

Watched a very large woman handle the hams with no gloves. Wasnt alarmed till I noticed everything she was touching, including her oily mother of a nose every 2 minutes, fridge handles, and head hair. Lost my appetite and respect for the branch in Rocky River.

I pulled in at 6:00 on the holidays and they already had the door locked. I knocked and they pretended not to see me. I had a baby in the parking lot. The employees and manager finally made eye contact with me and just shrugged. Horrible customer service especially during the busy season.

I work here as a glazier. This is easily the cleanest food service place I have ever worked. Boss runs a tight ship.

Incredible smells but so very expensive

Nice place when you want something different for lunch and for holidays. A little pricey but worth the occasional splurge.

What more can one say if you like ham its the place to be with lots of complementary products.
