Normally they have good service and always have the right amount of toppings! But really I asked for them to add cheesecake in with my brownie batter and just dump it on top and tried to close the lid as fast as they could. We went through the drive thru. This is not okay.

Food is great and fresh tasting . Order time I was good. Id say best one I been to so far. Too bad its not by me lol. Im working in area and been there for lunch couple times. Good price and taste. Go for it !

Dont bother stopping.Its never busy, and Im surprised they ate still open.Just dont turn your blizzard over. This is hit or miss, sometimes youd think a milkshake was ordered.

I called in to find out how to order a cake for my son’s birthday toward the beginning of Quarantine...which could have been super difficult but Nicole helped me above and way beyond her job description! She was so extremely helpful, thorough and professional! Thank you for helping me to choose the best cake without being able to see them and making the process so easy!

We went to Dairy Queen for their 2 for $4.00 after 8pm, Service was Excellent ..Our chocolate dipped chocolate cones were huge! Rocky River location is always fast with a 😃 smile too! It was an awesome deal...the only problem..not Keto diet friendly..lol...but you will never frown eating ice cream!! Ha ha

The staff is always nice and welcoming. They dont sell coconut ice cream but the girl gave us options as to how they can make me a coconut mixture of ice cream and it tasted amazing. Thank you :)

Really like this location. Staff is always friendly and food is the usual delicious dq board of fair. The place is always clean as are the restrooms.

Lately this dairy queen has been terrible. They have not been filling up the blizzards to the top, when I ask for extra candy and pay for it, they put the normal amount in, and the whole bottom is just vanilla. They dont even mix it. Very disappointed.

Always accurate and friendly. I have not had a bad experience at this one. Greeted with a smile and courteous. I have also always been thanked for my business.

DQ was great this evening!☺️The only thing that stopped me from a 5 star rating was that the floors & tables/chairs werent clean. Everything else was Good!🍦🍨🍧

Excellent staff and service, however this location has no fryer, at all. If you want ice cream youre good otherwise dont bother.

You know whats cool..when people get your ice cream order right. Unfortunately they cant do that here. This is why I go to Mitchells. Hopefully they dont get paid more than the minimum because they dont deserve it.

Fellow Queeners. If you want a MINT oreo blizzard, then please request more than 2 squirts of mint. My first blizzard was not green, nor mint flavored. I requested it to be remade and was given 8 pumps!!! Besides that, my dogs are always superior; the amount of cheese, thawed-out chili, and un-yawn are 5 star, michelin approved. Great way to start-the-week treat!
