I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EINSTEIN BROS. BAGELS! My husband and I stop by multiple times a week to get the Allnighter sandwich with two eggs. The food is always amazing and fresh. No matter what time of day, Einstein hits the spot. Their coffee is also delicious, along with their baked goods, especially the chocolate chip coffee cake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and even remember our order. We could not recommend a place more than Einstein Bros. Bagels!

Asked for bacon egg and cheese and only got egg…. Not the first time they have messed up this bad… they have forgotten bagels and many more. This is officially the last time I will be coming to this Einstein’s.

Wait time in the drive thru was a little long but the food was great. The guy working the window was very polite.

I haven’t had Einstein’s since I was at my college campus and it was as good as I remembered! This location was great and super quick with my order. The staff was also extremely friendly!! I ordered a chocolate chip bagel with original cream cheese toasted & a small Chocolate Mocha. They always give you so much cream cheese I even have to take some off!

Owner mgr whatever treats door dashers as second class citizens not as customers especially when he is there on friday mornings cant get out two bagels along with 2 sandwiches which were ordered in 15 minutes in advance before i arrived to pick it up and take to his customer door dasher please dont come thru drive thru im the customer owner

The girl who took my order was so sweet! So it pains me to leave this review. The food is just ok. This was my second time eating there and the bagel sandwiches have the microwave bread rubbery texture. I got the farmhouse bagel sandwich this time and before the chorizo bagel. They’re just flavorless. My husband liked the pizza bagel… my 2 year old didn’t like it either. Oooo another highlight was the coffee… it was tasty

We usually end up going here every Saturday morning.I would say they have the best bagels in ArkansasI absolutely love their bagels, they are fresh and tasty. They have caribou coffee which is the bestI usually opt hummus veggie out on jalapeño cheese bagel with potato salad. If you like spicy bagels then you must trychilli bagel with jalapeño cream cheese.Staff is friendly, place is clean and their service is quickHighly recommend this place, Go grab your bagel !!!

I never knew what Lox was until I visited Einstein Bagel Brothers after about a 5 yr absence. It was extremely tasty on an everything bagel and wouldnt mind having it every morn, if I was able to afford it. I actually visited this location to have a wrap but looks like they no longer make wraps, so I opt for a Lox instead and what a wise choice. Unless you have allergies, a vegan, or not in to fish of any kind; Id highly recommend this product.

It was amazing! They are so nice, helpful and very clean. It is a big place and they have a balcony good to drink tea or coffee.

Great service and very prompt if you go inside! Drive-thru is usually the slower option. Right now tumbler only $3 and comes with first fill so actually about 50¢ cheaper than buying just the coffee

I love all Einstein Bagel locations. But the reason this one doesn’t get a five star review is that it does not allow ordering on the app. I am unable to order and pay ahead of time and earn my smear rewards. It is a big BUMMER! I would go more often if I had that available.

The bagels here are so fire!

I stopped for a bagel while traveling and this was such a great atmosphere. You can see there are many regular customers that are recognized and acknowledged by name. Both the manager, Chris, and the General Manager, Jessica, we’re helping out during the rush to keep things moving and tables clean. I didn’t stay for long, but I’d definitely stop back to this location again. Great customer service example!

I went here once, very impressed with the variety of bagels. I tried their signature french toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Yummy!! It’s tough to find Caribou coffee everywhere, I had a chance to drink Caribou again!!😊 Friendly staff, good service. Definitely recommend👍🏻👍🏻

Best bagels in the town.

I love this place! (Rogers location) The food is always amazing and the coffee is just as superb! They have really good perks with their email club and the half price coffee after 3pm daily, you just cant beat. I love their coffee as much (or more) than Starbucks. My only complaint would be the early close hours. They need to stay open later than 5!!!😢 There are so many times I go to one of the other coffee shops, not because I want to but because EB is already closed.

Wonderful bagels and good food. This menu is a bit unique from other franchises and has some more healthy alternatives as well. Always a great bagel and they have many topping options too, including some seasonal specialties. There are also fruit selections, salmon, cookies, crisps and twists available. Coffee is average or better, but wonderfully refillable if you head inside for your meal vs. the convenient drive-thru. There are also a variety of extra ingredients available to customize a coffee to your individual preference. Grab and go meny items also available. Rarely is there ever a long wait, even when quite busy and resulting in limited available seating. Friendly staff too!

Just went through the drive through and they were out of plain bagels and cinnamon sugar bagels. Unclear on how you can have a bagel store and be out of bagels.

Coffee is good enough. It tends to be on the less sweet side, which is my preference. Bagels are bagels. Ive had Montreal bagels, so its hard to compare anything to that, so I wont. These bagels are adequate, but where they really shine is with lox. Get the toasted bagel and lox with onion, capers and a tomato slice. It will be the best food youve had all week. I had it every day during a business trip. (My home town doesnt have an Einstein).

I come here almost every Saturday on my way to work, everyone is always so nice and has great customer service. The manager that works Saturday mornings, I think his name is Chris is always so cheerful at 6:30 in the morning. I came through one Saturday morning and he was sick and he didnt let it affect his great customer service!!! What a great team at this store and a great manager for everyone to learn from!!!

Came here for a smoked salmon bagel and I got a smoked salmon bagel.Was a bit disappointed they only gave one slice of salmon per bagel half and didnt bother to slice it further.Service was fast though and coffee was good.+1 star for helpful response from the store.

Best bagels in town. Fast but not fast food tasting. Usually faster to walk in unless there is no one else in the drive through. Strong value.

Best Coffee. I love the fact that it is very hot. Any more, all you ever get is lukewarm and weak watered down coffee from other restaurants. The only thing I do not like is the seating. To close to other people, if you want to talk personal. Same way the other way around. I really dont want to hear other peoples conversations . Service is great.

My week is not complete unless I start with Einstein’s the first day of the week and ends with the last day of the week. Anything in between is icing on the cake. Just found my go to place for coffee and bagels about 5 years ago and never quit.

Best bagels outside of NYC...A must have is their double toasted cinnamon raisin with a smear of cream cheese.Their coffee is very good and the drive thru window service is excellent!They are clearly visible from the main road and there is ample parking...We recommend stopping inside and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere, they also serve lunch, like an everything bagel with tuna, swiss cheese and tomato is an awesome sandwich!

I love einsteins and dont live near one anymore so we had to stop when we came to visit family. I got the vanilla hazelnut coffee which i love and used to drink daily and an egg white santa fe. The coffee was so watered down it barely even had a coffee flavor and my sandwich was made with regular egg instead of egg white. The staff was friendly and everything was hot and fast but i was very disappointed especially having only this one opportunity to go

Good food but poor initial service. My order was a simple egg sandwich and coffee. They somehow missed me and after 10 minutes I still did not have a sandwich. I brought this to their attention and sandwich quickly appeared, they were very apologetic.

Have yet to have a bad experience here. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend breakfast, lunch or even a cookie.

I pick up coffee every Thursday for the BNI meeting. Everything is already in bags. Someone often carries it out to my car. Very thoughtful. Also very friendly and professional. Thank you so much!

I should have known walking in that the locals dont dine in here at lunch for a reason. How long does it take to toast a bagel and add cream cheese? Longer than ten minutes, at which point I had to leave. Seriously, if you go to this location only use the drive through as it gets priority over the dining area, which is why the dining area is empty even though the neighboring restaurant is packed. Also the dude who runs the register is terrible at customer service and doesnt help his coworkers. It gets two stars because the facility is clean, which is easy when no one goes inside. Ive been to Einstein Bros in college campuses, airports, and hospitals brimming with people and it never took this long nor did the workers have the social skills of the dude bro running the register. Go elsewhere.

Overall we liked this location however, the few times that we’ve gone there, they were out of things that we would have liked to order.

So disappointed. I really wanted lunch. Chicken salad had been discontinued. There was next to no selection at 3 PM. The instore music was ridiculously loud, I kept asking what did so say, and the young employees did not seem to consider turning down the music. I felt the service was poor. I do not plan to return any time soon.

Good breakfast sandwiches, double check your order though. Ive been there several times and it was wrong. Im not an everything bagel person, so if you dont the love the onion flavor from the order prior to yours, I would recommend requesting the turbo oven.

I love that I can call ahead and request any flavor in whatever number I need (they will bake more if necessary) to pick up later. Always fast and very friendly service.

I have gone here with some friends every week for the last 5 years. The employees know our names and usual orders and treat us like valued customers.

My favorite place for bagels and smear, some of the best freshly baked food in the area.

First visit. Had a turkey bacon avacado bagel sandwich with extra tomatoes. Side of potato salad and pickle spear. It was all very good. Would have spent the same $$ anywhere else. Ill be going back.

Great food and excellent service, bagels are always fresh and when it says asiago, you taste it. My favorite is a bacon and egg on asiago with garlic herb cream cheese. Flavors pop and go perfect together.

Hands down, the worst Einsteins Ive been to, both in Arkansas and California. The workers are fantastic, but their drive-thru service is terrible.I have NEVER received what Ive asked for. EVER. If I say garlic, I didnt mean onion, if I request to not have them sliced, I dont mean, Give me whatever you feel like giving me.I really dont complain much and dont always check the bag, bagel by bagel, as they arent real bagels anyway; they sell baked bread shaped like bagels, but its we have out here.

I enjoy the food here but most importantly the hot chocolate here is the BEST I’ve ever had. Period.
