Husband found the perfect hat and was able to get a personalized embroidery put on it for a few bucks more. Happy husband and we will be visiting again. And everyone was very nice

Best place to go to for your caps and hats. They have so many varieties and if they dont have it there, they can order it for you. Good prices and many clearance. Also, the best embroidery there is around here or maybe in Arkansas.

Great Customer Service, I would recommend getting the premium membership vs the free one. Its only 5 bucks added to your purchase that day and everything after that you get 20 percent off your future purchases. Always a fan of Lids and is my first place to go when I want new hat. Also they got this deal going on right now buy 1 hat, get half off the other one!

By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, they will take advantage of kids shopping. Kimba and Court were beyond rude and degrading when they spoke. I don’t even know how anyone would want them as employees. They were so difficult to work with and personally attacked us with their rude words and apparently have no managers you can talk to other than them…. Shocker. Will never go back.

Came to the store at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Monday and they were closed.

Supposed to open at 10 and have a line up of people waiting to get in 1/2 hr past opening time. Put a sign up or change your hours on the site to inform people!

Supposed to open at 10am yet no one opened the store even after waiting 30 mins passed the opening time. If its closed down they need to put a notice on the doors or something like other businesses.

A worker was short with me.. but when we moved past it.. he was helpful and did a better job.

Went yesterday for national hat day around 5 p.m. Was told one customer came in and bought ALL the $5 hat specials! My question is this: how can you let one guy buy everything? Profits over people, thats how!

I got some great snapback hats for my little kids with their names gloomy engraved in the back.

Decent store, now has an embroidery machine which is something they were lacking. Great customer service and if you want anything Arkansas Razorbacks hat wise they have it.
