My review is based solely on the service department and the women handling the appointments and communications.When I called needing to make an appointment to have my car serviced, Mary took care of the details, my vehicle was picked up at my place of work on the day and time she had arranged.I received a text, letting me know the services that were taking place.When they were finished, my vehicle was dropped back at my place of work, serviced and vacuumed. Very pleased.
Bought a car from here, it had problems before I bought it. Asked to get it fixed, they said it would be fixed before we went through with the deal. Never got fixed. Had a 30 day warranty along with forever warranty. Made an appointment the day after I took it home, took it up there a week later. Was told parts were being ordered. After playing phone tag with clueless employees I was told that there were no parts ordered for this car and the parts manager didn’t even know what I was talking about. Now that the 30 days is over, they say it is now my problem to get it fixed for the tensioner and serpentine belt is not covered under the forever warranty and they milked it out over my 30 days, although it was reported before hand. They will continue to hear from us, and a lawyer. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Best of luck.
Oil change done quickly on 2019 Stinger which is more involved than on most cars. My car was left clean inside and out. Very happy w/ Kingdom Kia service.
If I can save one person from having to deal with Kingdom Kia, my time writing this review will be worth it.I contacted Kingdom Kia regarding a 22 Seltos EX, listed on Kia.com for $27,440. The vehicle would be arriving in about two weeks. Kingdom Kia was cordial, answered my questions and kept in touch until the day the vehicle was supposed to arrive. I contacted Kingdom Kia to inquire before embarking on a ~4 hr roundtrip to go purchase the vehicle. That is when I was informed that the price had been raised ~18%, to $32,445. Also, the vehicle did not arrive.11 days later I was contacted by Kingdom Kia again to tell me the vehicle finally came in, but the price was still $32,445 (Kia.com STILL shows the vehicle for $27,445...). I explained that I had been in touch with ~15-20 other dealerships, all of which were upfront about pricing from the onset. Some were charging ~$1,000 - $1,500 over MSRP due to low quantities and high demand. None other than Kingdom Kia were quoting lower prices to get you in the door then marking them up ~18% at the last minute.The final straw for me was when I was told that after discussing with a Sales Manager, they could offer me the the $27,440 price point in the vehicle....if I had a trade in available that they could sell on their lot. Pshh....yeah, so youll undercut my trade in by $6,000 just to give me a $6,000 break on the price of the car? Ridiculous. Absolutely terrible customer experience. I will actively advise anyone in the 100 mile radius of Kingdom Kia to save your time, save your money and purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Every other Kia dealer I have worked with has been polite, honest and respectful. Kingdom Kia was none of these things.

I will never spend another dollar at kingdom kia. They are not helpful. They lie straight to your face and are very condescending. They sold me a car knowing that it had problems. Now want to charge me an outrageous amount of money to fix it. I already paid to get it fixed and its still not working right. Now they wanna charge me another 1500 after I already paid 2000. Dont waste your money at kingdom kia.
This was probably the best dealership experience I have ever had! I got there first thing in the morning and salesman Andrew was working the floor all by himself. I go ahead and tell him the vehicle I was looking at and haw much money I had to put down. He not only handled the whole floor with ease but he got me in the car I wanted in no time flat!! From start to finish he made sure it was handled with care and made sure my children and myself were comfortable. I highly recommend this location! dont forget to ask for Andrew!!

They stand behind their vehicles. Purchased a vehicle and drove it less than a 1000 miles. Suspension developed a noise. When I called about it when it was in the shop and asked how much it was they told me that sales dept had paid for it. Very happy with the service.
Worst service Ive ever received. Made an appointment to look at a specific car, when I got there for the appointment it took them almost an hour to even find the key for it. The car smelled so bad and was absolutely disgusting on the inside. Had obvious body and paint damage and they refused to even discuss negotiating on price. I was there for over an hour and half but was only helped by an employee for maybe 10 minutes of the visit.
Took my truck in for some work, they got me in and out in record time, with a smile on their face. Great people to deal.

We went in today waited half the day we were lowballed on trade in price then they asked for money down to show manager so we offered 1k waited some more then were told we didnt make enough money thanks for wasting our time multiple times if I could give negative 5 stars I would guaranteed approval and credit amnesty yeah if you have 4k plus down such can artist bait and switch tactucs
I have only had my vehicle for a few months and it is already giving me trouble! After calling Kingdom Kia to see if the starter was under warranty I was transferred from one individual to the next just to repeat my story 5 times. In the end nothing was resolved! I was given an 800 number to find out what my warranty entailed. After being told by the mechanic that it was the Starter for my 2016 Jeep Patriot, I had it replace. The vehicle is still doing the same thing! I wasted time and money to replace something that was fine to begin with. Battery is good. Alternator is good. Kingdom Kia assured me I was in good hands and would be provided with a reliable vehicle... yet there is no willing assistance to help me find out what is wrong with this NEW vehicle. I wish I had never went here. It was hard enough to get the sales person to stay within my budget initially and then to still have a vehicle that isnt working is heart breaking. This is my first purchased vehicle in my life. I have spent my entire life savings and my 401k to keep this vehicle yet I still feel taken advantage of. I would not suggest this company to anyone.
AVOID! This place and their kbb instant price program is a complete scam. I listed a vehicle for private sale. In my description I put no dealers because I didnt want to get harrassed but sure enough I was contacted by Kia Kindgom and was told that they could pay my asking price if not MORE than what I have it listed for. I stated multiple times the lowest number Id accept for it. They assured me that the number was completely reasonable and theres no reason they would not honor it. I, again, said I didnt want to travel an hour round trip to be scammed into anything than the number I stated. Dalton said hes never seen but maybe a couple hundred dollars come off price for scratches but that the managers are very interested in our truck that it wouldnt affect the price. Drove 30 mins there for him to spend about 30 mins going in circles around the truck. Then he test drove it for about 15 mins and stated it drove great. Only thing he said was that there was two SMALL dents but the paint wasnt affected and that the shop could easily get those out...........Fast forward- they offered me $1,500 less than stated for two SMALL dents and small chip of paint that was coming off on rims (which all Toyotas of that year have. ) I said not interested in which he said hed talk to the manager to see about getting me the number I had came in to get.Fast forward- the owner of Kia Kingdom then took procession of my keys after shoving a hot dog in his mouth and took our truck for yet another test drive WITHOUT my permission. Pretty sure the professional thing to do is introduce yourself to the customer and ASK if you can drive my vehicle. (I know you will read this so theres my advice to you. You also left trash behind in my vehicle after driving it. Dont worry though, I recycled for you)I was ultimately told that they couldnt honor the price I was given over the phone because of two small dents. (Ill attach pictures to showcase the ridiculousness and shadiness at this place.) I got up at left before Dalton could try and throw out other numbers by OTHER car websites (why do I care about Black book when you advertise and sell by KBB) and devalue my trade.Update: Generic response from owner. Expected it though. You guys knew what we were trying to get for truck before getting us to drive an hour there. Therefore, promising us something then coming up with petty reasons for thousands off as if we were dumb enough to fall for it. I have screenshots of promises but you guys have wasted enough of our time. We sold the truck the next day for $2k over what you guys offered anyways.
Was called by an agent of kia to come in and take a look atound we found a kia soul 2013 ok he said well get your info and take a look at your trade in a 2003 ford f-150 xlt crew cab heavy half tow package .they come back with an offer of 1k well below nada poor condition then preceded to say the manager needed more money to prove we were serious ok offered 1k cash on top this took half the day just to tell me no if we couldnt get more down payment credit amnesty and approvals for everyone what a joke!!! Wish i could give them - 5 stars never will i do business there agian

We had a horrible experience with this place. I would not recommend them to anyone. We went there because I wanted a Kia soul well they couldnt get us qualified for the soul so I was about to leave and a salesman stopped me and kept on insisting that I look at something else even though I told him I didnt see anything else I liked. We ended up getting qualified for a toyota Corolla and the manager talked to us asked us to bring in a title for a vehicle that we had here that didnt even run and he played it off as he took that in as a trade in to make it cheaper on him. He put the vin number in then gave us back the title and asked us to lie to the bank. Then I would keep called and asking for the title or something to where I could get the car legal and would get nowhere with that. They would call me and tell ne that the bank needed more information and kept wanting my finances company to call the bank and I got fed up with it and I finally told them that I found something I liked better and could easier afford and that I was going to let them have the car back they got mad and hung up on me so I drove the car up there and dropped it off on their lot and left
I wouldn’t even give them a full star only did cause I had to in order to leave a review. Watch out their website is Deceiving. The vehicles on the website are NOT what they are on the lot. We drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a specific vehicle (on the website looked perfect condition) only to find out it had not been through service department, had front end damage and could only putt around parking lot to test drive.

Charge me a $1000 for new brakes one rear window wiper and a battery.... $1500 for new tires oil and filter change and transmission fluid change... After picking up my car with the new motor all the sudden the air conditioner doesnt work and they tell me its my fault when it worked the day before I brought it in and wants to charge me another $600... This place is the biggest crooks and criminals and rip offs in the county...

I bought a truck from them in March 2019 and they sold it to me with lifetime free carwashes. I have probably had 3 washes from them the entire time I have owned my truck because I live a ways away. I went to use it today and apparently the carwashes expired. So I guess they dont have to hold up to their word of what they sell

I called and they were busy but worked me in for an oil change, Thank You. I had a long wait, but they did offer to take me back to work so thats on me. The inspection is a good thing, but I was told I needed to buy a cabin filter. When I viewed the full report, it turns out it was only in the yellow not red but they showed it to me and I said OK, but what do I know about cabin filters. The filter was $29 but then I got charged another $29 to put it in...I feel I wasted $50, especially when I could buy the filter at Auto Zone for $11, but, at least I didnt have to stand on my head to replace it. Yes, I will go back, but I wont have any work done until I review the full report and ask enough questions to I feel comfortable with any service work I have them complete.
Subpar customer service and terrible communication!- I put a down payment to reserve a vehicle 5 DAYS IN ADVANCED, vehicle wasnt even detailed prior to my arrival.- Vehicle cleaning was rushed and unsatisfactory.- Sales representative meeting me at the dealership wasnt the same person who negotiated pricing, vehicle, and visit details over the phone.- Asked about any noticeable cosmetic issues with the vehicle over text prior to starting my 5-hour trip to the dealership, Salesman didnt find any. I found multiple noticeable cosmetic issues during inspection.- Requested vehicle to be put on a maintenance ramp for personal inspection of the vehicle, request immediately dismissed by the Salesman.- Requested a pre-purchase professional inspection at the buyers expense, request dismissed by Salesman.- Rushed test-drive, giving me a NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES limit to test-drive the vehicle.
My husband and I had a great experience at Kingdom Kia! They are pet friendly, so we were able to have our Red Lab, Hoss, with us. Our salesman, Randall, did a great job of showing us car options that met our practical and financial goals without applying heavy-handed sales tactics. That would have made me run the other direction! He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. Definitely a good experience!

WOW!!! Just WOW!!! I have bought a lot of cars in my time, but this was the easiest and best experience ever! I mean everyone was great! Our salesman Cameron was friendly and so nice. Jimmy the Sales manager was so straight forward and honest. Stephen and Doy worked with all of them to get the price and financing I asked for! I will be sending everyone I know to see this amazing team. I wanted to hug everyone of them at the end (I think I actually did). Made an appointment on July 1st at the service department. Explained the issue and was told I need to have something reset--sounds simple enough. Took it in the day of service (7/6) before my appointment time at 1030. Explained again the issue and what I was told needed to be done. An HOUR later, I get a call to yet again explain the issue and what I was told needed to be done. 3 hours and 15 minutes later I call to get a status update and they just now took the vehicle for a test drive... THREE hours and 15 minutes after my appointment. If you bring your car here and dont live in the area plan to make a day of it. May as well not have an appointment. Not only do they not communicate amongst the team, but they dont seem to have a sense of urgency when it comes to completing things in a reasonable timeframe. Wasted a day off waiting around town for the vehicle to be completed.
My great experience started when I made my first call for information and talked to Shanna. I was sent great information and was able to set up an appointment and was greeted by Dusty. Awesome Salesman! After our test ride and up to our purchase; we experienced great customer service. We were kept informed during the entire process and made to feel like family. Avoid this place. Its a pretty big scam racket going on. I completely understand their whole system of internet pricing, however, for customer service alone I would recommend anywhere else. I arrived with an intent to purchase a vehicle and left swearing to never step foot at this establishment again. As soon as the process started I should have left due to the fact that it appeared to be an absolute chaotic system. The salesman didnt know where his inventory was and seemed confused and scattered. The sales staff were very unprofessional and demeaning. With the attitude and negative environment I recieved from the staff I would be hesitant to even expect quality service if I had purchased a vehicle. Im being honest because with all of these positive reviews, I fell for it too. I will not go back here and I will highly discourage anyone who asks me about purchasing a vehicle from this company.

I came in to look at a Traverse I was interested in. When it was unavailable Joel spent a lot of time with me finding a vehicle that would be in my budget and met the needs I had. During the process Andrew checked in with me quite a bit. Two days after I bought the vehicle the check engine light came on and they got me in right away to run diagnostic on it. I was not charged for it and they didn’t find anything wrong. Art I believe it was told me that if it comes back on to come in and they would look over it again. That it would most likely be the thermostat if there is an issue and that they would take care of it for me since I just bought the vehicle. I appreciate the guys so much and am very happy with my purchase!!
Sharks in the water. Pulled up to see some 2021 Tellurides. In from out of town so not gonna buy. I made that perfectly clear w the first 2 sales guys...ok. The 3rd sales guy was bit off. My original comments were reviewed and that is what I asked for.
From the beginning with walking into the store and dealing with all the workers, it was a great experience. Randall, Ty, Jimmy, and Adam were great to deal with. Went into Kingdom Kia for a regular maintenance on my KIA Sportage and was very impressed by the service staff’s friendly and helpful manner as well as their professional approach to dealing with their customers. The wait area was very nice with comfortable seating, free coffee, tea, water and popcorn too. I also really liked that they are pet friendly and allow customers to bring in their pets. Overall, the service and treatment I received at Kingdom Kia was outstanding given that this was my first time going there and being new to the area.

Went with a friend to look at a cars today and had a horrible experience at this place my friend has never gotten a car from a dealership before and didn’t know what to expect. The first person we talked to Joel Brown. We told him we were looking at cars at the beginning and were up front, that my friend had not done this before and they were very inexperienced. That they don’t have much credit at all. Joel was not too bad but did seem excited to talk to us just to get us in the car and get us on a test drive. He didn’t know anything about the car but stated he took the trade in. He didn’t point out any damage beforehand and didn’t know what was going on with the car.Then the when we got back from the test drive a second person (Chris Hunter) acted all friendly at the start but we asked him to see if they had any other cars in that price range he said sure lets go look. So we went to test drive a few more cars two more cars to be exact but in his mind we drove 5 cars total when we got back he tried to pressure my friend into buying the car and would get all the papers done up right now. When I told him that she really just need to get a feel for cars and we were still looking, he got visibly agitated. Chris stated what is there to think about if she has low credit we are the best and have the best warranty if you don’t want her to have those things then you are holding her back. But what do I know you are the expert (speaking to me) but I only do this for a living and don’t know what I’m talking about. I just laughed at him shook his hand and walked away. My friend asked me as we were getting in the car why was that guy such a Di@khead. I told her because he just wanted to pressure you into something and he felt I was in the way.I’m very disappointed that a place like this would have people like that work there, worst car sales person I have ever met. So if you go there stay away from that sales man. If I do go back there because she liked one of those cars I will not talk to anyone but a top manager or the owner.

We recently bought a used car from Kia and a few days after my daughter had it we discovered there was a problem with the brake line. Now this is a safety issue and should have been caught during the original inspection. It was not!! We then spent the better part of a week speaking with Kia and trying to show them absolute proof that the brake line had been pinched off with a pair of hemostats. This was missed during the original inspection before we drove the car off the lot. We are not accusing anyone of doing it, but somebody just missed it! I have all but been called a liar to my face! I was passed around from salesman to service to another salesman to service and no one would take responsibility for this problem. We ended up taking the car from their garage and having it fixed elsewhere. Side note it was a wheel cylinder and brake pads and they wanted to charge us $750 for that service. Brake pads must have been made of gold is all I can think. Needless to say if there was a rating I could give them below 1 star, thats exactly what I would do. Do not buy a car from these people, do not use their service department. And if you have any dealings with them whatsoever, buyer beware! These people are not to be trusted!!! Once the brakes were fixed, it was evident this was a problem that had been going on a long time. There were no pads left on the brake pads, everything in an around the wheel cylinder was rusted. There was absolute proof that this safety issue had been missed during Kias 127 point inspection. They risked the life of my daughter & 5 year old grandson, by not finding this very obvious safety issue, during inspection.

I left with my new car in a short time. Another plus is that my first oil change is only $10, and the 2nd is FREE!!!
My wife and I went to buy a new Kia Rio, my wife and I had 3 different sales people that wanted my trade in for free, and kept trying to get $3500 cash from us to show the boss we was serious about buying a new car, after wasting 2 hours of our time and trying to sell us a car for full price, we had enough !! We left there and will NEVER buy a car from Kindom Kia in Rolla Mo.

Chris was great very helpful. He went out of his way to bring me my new car an hour drive one way. Same day I recieved my car I noticed a crack in the head light. I called right away and sent photos. Im still trying to get the light fixed. So far the only answers Im getting is that I must have hit something! I DID NOT! Someone made a mistake and missed this during inspection.

Horrible! As soon as I pulled in the lot I was practically mobbed by a salesman. He asked what car I was interested in and then he pulled it around. He had opened up all the doors and let me look around and immediately I noticed the pet smell. When I test drove it not only did the salesman ride with me, but he also directed the entire drive. I decided however that I liked the car so we began to negotiate. I couldnt make a bid on the car without him going to talk to the manager and near the end he got condescending with me about how unrealistic I was being haggling over $100. I bought the car anyway and then I had to wait through a 3 hour detailing of the car. Sloppy job, btw. I had to really detail it when I got it home. Over the next 3 months put $1500 of repairs into it, including new tires and an oil change. On top of all those repairs my car still died in traffic once. It took months before I finally got the stench of dog out of the fabric. It finally seems to be stable now not needing to go into the shop all the time but I do have to check the oil every week because it guzzles oil. I did look into trade in value and found that its probably worth half what I actually bought it for. So, yeah, Kingdom Kia will rip you off, so dont go there.
I have gotten my last 4 Kias from this dealership and I will keep doing so. I always have a good experience here but this time was different, this time it was easy and the BEST experience. My sales consultant, Joel is hands down the best Rep there.
Salesman Chris did an amazing job and spent all the time we wanted to look at and test drive a variety of cars! He listened to all of our requests and questions. Highly recommend this dealership and salesman!!
I recently purchased a new Kia Telluride, Joel was our sales person. I absolutely hate buying a car and have never had a positive experience in the past. Kia Kingdom changed that for me. The no pressure sales approach, upfront in costs, knowledge of their vehicles, and insights into financing (again with no pressure) made this a PERFECT experience.
I cant say enough about Kia Kindom. Both the sales and service departments have taken excellent care of me! And I love my Kia Soul EV.
Avoid this place! Looked at New Telluride and charging $5,000 over Msrp. Their excuse Everyone is doing it. As if that makes it ok. Went to Kia in Springfield the next day and Magically they are selling at MSRP no overcharge. Kingdom Kia was also selling a used 2020 with 22,000 miles for $53,000 which is $5,000 over MSRP of a new one. Very shady. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
I love working with Randall. He worked hard for both me and my daughter. He is not pushy, explains everything, and goes the extra mile time and again. My family and I will definitely return to him for all our vehicles.
We were here last night, offered to fill out the credit app for the car we wanted. It was after 6 pm they were closing and we had to pick our kids up. They told us they would hold the car for us until Saturday at 11 for us to come in and finish everything up. I called today to set up a time tonight to do it and they sold it out from under there own verbal contract... smh
While driving home from work, my low tire pressure light came on, and the last time that happened, I had a nail in my tire. I called Kingdom Kia to see if I could come in, and the friendly person on the phone said to bring it in and service would check it out for me. Chase Destifanes made sure my Kia Souls tires were checked, and it turned out that there was a piece of metal in one of my tires. He had it plugged, free of charge, and it was all done quickly, so I was on my way home soon with peace of mind, knowing my tire was not going to be flat. Thank you Chase and Kia!!!
I absolutely hate going to dealerships for maintenance. Typically service takes all day and the people are pushy and grumpy. This is the first time I have gone to a dealership and had guys who were friendly, honest, efficient, and broke down everything that was going on with my car and why. Chase was great to work with, I will be coming here for all my cars maintenance!
