What a lovely gem of a store!! All I needed was one small piece of carpeting for stairs. Wished I needed more than that or had a big project. Their selection is AWESOME! So many innovative choices for flooring. I am so thankful my husband said, lets just stop here.The service for a little purchase was so kind and speedy. These guys were AMAZING. We went to several box office stores. Just not impressed. We walked in they were so nice and helpful. They want you to have the floor you want, not what will get them the most money. They had to special order what I wanted, kept me up to date of arrival time. The process was so easy and great. I hired the staff of the Flooring Nook to install the floor in my bedroom. They were very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in my dealings with them. And they completed the work extremely fast, even fixing a spot on another floor without even having to ask them about it.

We just completed a bathroom remodel with new flooring, new counter top, tile wall and back splash and it looks fabulous; I am thrilled with the results! Dan, Shaina, and the entire group worked together as a team to assist with tile selection and seeing the job through to the end. Installers Jeremy and Jake were professional and their talents were on display with the tile wall they completed. We are very happy with our new kitchen. Dan and his entire team did a great job helping us pick out materials for our new kitchen counter, backsplash, and flooring. The installers, Josh and Jake and Mike, all did a great job and we are very pleased with their work. Highly recommend that you talk with Dan and Shaina for your remodel.

The Flooring Nook here in rolla is the only full selection flooring and faucet showroom in 100 miles. The staff there has been great to deal with on any project that I have. Shaina and Dan are great.. Shaina has a great eye for design and Dan can get any project up and going at the drop of a hat! Lisa is always on top of things there in the office for any questions! If anyone is needing any flooring or any kind of remodel project done they are always my first stop!

I have bought a lot of tile from The Flooring Nook. They were great in helping me find exactly what I wanted within my budget. They went out of their way to work with my time frame and actually ended up storing a lot of product for me for an extended period of time. All of the product I purchased has been of good quality and I have been very pleased with the sales and service of Dan & Shaina, the owners.

They did a good job & are very pleased with their work. It looks wonderful & was done in a timely fashion.

Very bad experience. They did a bathroom remodel for us and made error after error during the 4 month remodel that was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. The ordered wrong tile and lights. The laid the wrong tile and had to tear it up and get the right stuff. They had to redo the shower tile twice. The measured wrong for the floating shelves and the vanity and we had to put our light switch in a weird position and put trim on the shelves to cover up the mistakes. They got upset about our list of things that we wanted fixed that were not done correctly or were done poorly. Then at the end they tried to bill us 20% over the final bill they already gave us without ever mentioning a word until it was near the end of the project. They said they lost money on the job which I am sure they did with all of the errors that were made. There is a reason there are not a lot of recent positive reviews on this site and one of the positive reviews is from the owners wife. If you do good work they people will know but if you dont word gets around fast. Just ask around and their is a reason people talk about them being overpriced and to stay away. On a side note their new store is really nice and they have nice products but be smart and use a contractor to install it.

Very happy with the finished product. They brought samples to the house so I could see the flooring where it was being installed. Projected 5 days and finished in 3. Showed up on time and worked all day.

They were wonderful to work with. They helped me come up with the perfect match for my kitchen and bathrooms. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
