Contacted this young man on a Friday evening and we explained that our truck was stuck in the garage and the door wouldnt open due to a broke spring. He came out on Saturday morning and fixed it. We hung out in the garage and visited with him while he worked on our door. This young man is very polite and professional all the way around. We will definitely be using him for all our garage door repairs. Hes on our speed dial. If you want someone thats courteous and professional, hes your man. And hes priced reasonably. We are very happy with the results of his work.

Braiden Ledbetter worked on my garage - replaced the garage door springs. I originally had appointment on Thursday, but his schedule opened up and he was able to do the switch on Tuesday. Prompt, clean, friendly, and professional. The whole process was ~30 min or so.Note: Couldnt take credit card for on-site payment: check or cash preferred - though he did offer PayPal as a payment option. Im sure they could probably send an invoice for later payment (and maybe accept credit there), but I didnt ask.

Reasonable price for installation, but did not install the door straight which resulted in a gap at the bottom of one side of the door. Installer tried to cover the issue by putting downward pressure on the door, which resulted in stress on the opener.
