I caught Sam Electronics Inc trying to cheat me.They tried to sell me a used Rowenta iron as a new Rowenta iron.They advertised on their website that they had good stock on a Rowenta Iron. I ordered the iron on line.Two days after I had place the order received a used iron shipped from a thrift store in Washington. I could not find anywhere that the thrift store had received money from me, so I called the store to speak to the person who had left a very nice thank you letter addressed to me with the order. She told me the order had been place by someone else with my address as a ship to. I told her that I was expecting a new iron from Sams and I would return it. She said a used iron has no value and to give it to Goodwill.I called Sams and spoke to Wally. He said I had received the iron I ordered. We compared tracking numbers and they were the same. When I told him the iron was used he acted like it had happened before and he said he would send a call tag for the return. He denyed buying it from a thrift store.I again called the thrift store and told the the story. She said she had just gotten a return request through ebay for the iron. I told her I would return it to her. She said do not return, i do not want the iron back and I will refund their and you can donate the iron.I called Wally again and asked for the refund. He refused until the iron was returned to them. I shipped it back, but they still have refused to refund my money and lie about what happened.

Horrible service in every imaginable aspect. Multiple Wrong items shipped or not shipped at all. Obnoxious people on the phone insulting the clients and blaming them for their own incompetence. It is also the storefront for Worldwide Voltage site.DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. You will have a horrible experience guranteed, and will not get everything you ordered in time (they did refund us after insulting us on the phone).

Bought a pair of hearing aids from this place, the tip of the hearing aid fell in the ear canal twice, i had to go to the minor emergency clinic to have them taken out. They beeped from day one, the store refused to replace them and said they can repair therm for a fee of $200.00. Very unhappy with the purchase,

Great Shopping Experience

Called the store as the site suggested that I should do about shipping prices and about an item that I want... was ungraciously and unwelcomly greeted by a representative with a strong Indian accent who seemed to be passing himself of as some non-Indian man by the name of Peter and the last name he gave me was indistinguishable but sounded European not Idian or Asian at all. He basically told me I was someone just calling that was not invested in the merchandise and that I probably had nothing better else to do but waste peoples time and his. That he knows how to handle phone calls and people like me and hung up on me after I asked to speak to management and was told no supervisor was there and to email the company if I wanted answers. When I asked to speak to another associate after my second call and for a second time getting him on the line he told me that he was the only one handling calls and that the other 6 associates were busy and referred me to an email that he said I would find on the site... and hung up on me again. I will never shop here the behavior and lack of customer service is grossly negligent and only if the owner was aware

This company is a SCAM! They are a fraudulent store... After 45 days, sent me the wrong item, cheaper version of what I have purchased. Most of their products are still in China. Also they promised me a refund that was never sent. I just was asking for the correct product or my money back. They also lied to us every time I got them on the phone, about shipping the item, no invoice or tracking was ever provided. After that they were trying to extort more money! Please do yourself a favor, do not waste your time or money with this company. Their low prices have a reason, it is to overcome the bad reputation they have. And for last, their Call Center is a mess and most of the time is operated by some lazy guys. So be sure that if you are finding yourself in need to call them by any reason, you are also probably doomed.

Bought a Samsung wifi surveillance Camera. It did not work. Returned it with their return auth. and their UPS label. Tracked the package, they received it. Refused refund, said they didnt receive it.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a new air cigar cooler on Dec 4th 2018 and as of Feb 1st 2019 I have never received it. The total cost was $273.99 with shipping. I have called multiple times and have never been given any information as to when this will arrive. I’ve only been told we are waiting on a container to come in. Apparently they don’t even stock this stuff. Now I have to go through the process of trying to dispute this charge on my credit card. This should be illegal!

Buyer beware. Bought a TV from this vendor that never had a TV picture after trying for 3 weeks to get it to work. Then they kept 30% of purchase prices as a restocking charge on an obviously defective item. Their customer service provides the runaround as much as possible. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office to let others know that this company has unscrupulous business practices.UPDATE: Good news, Samstores contacted me to remedy the situation and they showed in good faith that their customers are important to their business.

Sold me 2 frankensteined iPhone5s as BRAND NEW but included both a defective phone and 2 sets of knockoff apple (non-certified) accessories from china. One had an ND model number indicating it was a replacement phone and not new. Both phones had boxes that had reprinted labels that were obviously NOT created by Apple as they look like an inkjet printer made them. Samstores refused to refund our return shipping cost and the cost to replace the bogus accessories. They offered a fraction of the money we spent in a partial refund. Their customer service person called at 7am and berated us for filing a claim against them and proceeded to tell us our company was trying to scam them. What a joke! Bad business, dont buy anything from them.
