I went to Exotic Motors to buy a Toyota Sienna . I was taken care by Rudy and Mike in financing . I was given great customer service. My credit isn’t the best and they were able to get me financing with a decent payment with a warrant. I was shocked by the patience they have as curve balls were thrown they were able to work try it all for me. Rudy bought me lunch and filled my gas tank up before I left . Secured myself a beautiful little 2008 Nissan 350Z. 45K miles, manual transmission at and amazing price. Buying process was fairly smooth, got the car shipped to me for free and was so happy when I saw it in my drive. Took it for an inspection and everything is preforming beautiful just a bit of rust, trim needing to be resealed and a decent amount of cosmetic defects which is to expected with a 2008. Only thing I wish I would’ve been able to see were the defects a bit better in pictures but either way I would’ve bought the car due to the price point and low mileage. Super super super happy with the car the dealership. Now it’s time to turn this 350Z to a drift missile!

I Purchased a vehicle on the condition that there were some cosmetic issues with the vehicle I was assured that if I purchased the vehicle at asking price they would repair, repaint and detail the car while my car was at paint the company that was used by exotic motors decided to take off parts of a customers car I took delivery late Friday and was not able to fully inspect the vehicle upon further inspection I noticed that the inter cooler screen was removed I brought up the issue to the issue with the sales manager Rudy Ramirez he assured me that they would replace the missing item it’s been 3 months I’ve made one trip to the facility to personally speak with Rudy again he assured me that they would resolve the problem and reimburse me I’m still waiting 3 months later the lack of customer support is ridiculous no call backs no follow ups this is Exotic Motors. A car dealership that’s specializes in shady business practices and the fact the they use outsourced and use companies that employs thieves… buyers beware get it in writing I have images of the theft that took place at Exotic MotorsThe fact that they fail to resolve this is beyond me it took me this long to release this post but as I see it the pen is mightier then the sword and people should know what happened…

I recently purchased a Corvette from here and had it shipped over 700 miles away to me. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the paperwork was resolved, and how straight to the point everyone I dealt with was. We had some issues arise and after a few messages they was taken care of to my liking. I was able to receive the car just shy of a week after purchasing which is plenty sufficient to me. Give this dealer a shot, willing to work with you to ensure any issue is taken care of!

I had very good experience bying a car recently. Tim Chung was my sales person. Very pleasant and always ready to answer the questions I had. Provided all the necessary information I asked.I am happy with my car.

I just completed the purchase of a Maserati Gran Turismo. I bought this car site unseen from another state . Tim was my salesman he returned all my calls and text messages, he provided all the pictures and videos I requested. I decided to make the purchase three days later the car was delivered to my house free of charge. About two weeks later the title arrived and I was able to register and title the vehicle with no problem in my state. There were no surprises with the vehicle and it was in the exact condition as described. In my opinion this dealership and salesman were honest trustworthy and I would do do business with them again in the future.

My salesperson named Rudy did not help me properly. Upon signing the papers to complete my purchase I asked if he could fill up the tank as it was near empty. He did and it was about a half tank. The morning after taking the vehicle an hour away to my home, the gas seemed lower than normal. I went to work and then needed to have the car towed from work to my home because the gas had literally leaked out of the gas tank. I kept calling the salesman Rudy and it was clear he was avoiding me. In order to get 1 call back I had to keep calling the dealership and jumping through hoops. After they agreed to replace the gas tank a whole 10 days later, I had 3 signs come on, the air bag, the gas tank cap(which after checking does not belong to this vehicle and doesnt close) and a check engine light. Had to siphon gas back out to make sure I didn’t lose more money. Buyer beware.

From beginning to end very professional and courteous, Ali made the buying experience smooth and answered all questions and concerns before the sale. Made me feel great about the buy before and AFTER. Followed through with a promise to fix a issue I had and actually did some extras that saved me some money and time. Bought a 2009 Jaguar XKR here. The car needed some work, curb rash on the rims, the leather dash was pulling up. Their team did a fantastic job on the items it needed. They came thru. I think my overall sales experience was ok. I think communication could have been better as I waited a couple weeks before it could get delivered 40 miles from the dealer and was told tonight or tomorrow it will be delivered 4 times. Shipping locally appeared to be the issue. In the end, the sales manager personally delivered it which I appreciated. I love the car. I do see reviews where people dont understand buying a used car, many are AS-IS (so get a warranty). Many cars are bought and sold by auction... they are used, thats how the industry works. You are not at a Jaguar, Maserati, Lambo dealer, you are buying previously owned or leased cars. Would I buy from them again? Yes, I probably would.

After a terrible experience trying to buy a car for cash in Tennessee, I threw some stuff in a bag and drove 500 miles not expecting much. I was blown away by the level of service I encountered at this dealership. They treated a visitor like a local and helped out with some admittedly weird requests. Went in to take a look at an evo. It was clear as daylight that these guys instantly judged as if we did not come in with funds. Asked for loan of approval within the 30 seconds that we came through the door. I believe Tim was the salesman taking care of me and possibly the most rude salesman I’ve ever experienced. they were asking an insane price for it, So I tried to negotiate while on the test drive. “That is outrageous, we should head back to the dealership now”. That man should be fired just by that kind of response. No matter what the offer is that is not a response you give to customers ever. The dealership itself is very nice but their prices based on the terribly modified cars they sell and the rude staff. Stay Away from this place, they’ll rip you off.

Bought a car from these guys about 2 month ago. Worked with Ali and Adam (the owner). Everything after wiring the money was a total nightmare. 3 weeks after I had paid for the car in full the car finally arrived. Ali, said it took so long bc it was being detailed, new tires,, and reconditioned to perfect order. When it did finally arrive it was in such rough shape it could be licensed. It has a bad steering rack, the water pump was making noise and leaking water, drive shafts on both front wheels were bad, passanger window that didnt work, 2 out tail lights (one the housing was cracked/ full of water), 1 out brake light, 2 run flat tires on the back and 2 new non run flats of different size on the front (its AWD so thats not good), bad wiper blades, bad cabin and engine filter, I rear view mirror that was fogged over / faded they wouldnt pass it on inspection for licensing, half eaten sandwich it / dirty (totally not detailed or cleaned as promised). At the first shop they said the list was being trumped up and didnt need all that. After a week of it being at the Toyota dealer shop Adam the owner stepped in. He went the tough guy route and said you have 3 f*#%>% options... we will fix some stuff but it will take up to 2 weeks and at a different shop, you can send the car back and pay a 15% restocking fee, or I can f#$%* sue them for it literally that was his response. From that point on it sat for another week at the shop. After another week of it sitting in the shop I brought up the fact that the water pump and drive shafts were part of what is considered the drive train / covered under the purchase contract. At that point they agreed to fix those items only. It was treated as they were doing me a favor when it was covered by the contract. Continually reminding me that they were taking care of the situation. Once they agreed to fix the problem they then gathered part numbers from the shop and tried to work them down on the price. Once the price was agreed upon it took another week of calling 10-20 times a day to get them to pay. They couldnt get the credit card from Adam, had to check part #s again, Adam the owner busy at the auction,, etc. A new excuse daily. I did finally get the van back from the shop. They spent $1035 to fix the issues covered by contract and I ended up spending $2600 out of pocket to get matching tires, rear view mirror so I could license it, new brake light housing, passenger window fixed, oil changed, filters and blades changed, and finally detailed. I live out of state and from it the moment it was delivered it was treated as well its yours now. What do you expect us to do... it was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Deceitful and unprofessional. Sold a 2007 camry with 28500 saying it is an awesome condition. Drove from Cincinnati to purchase and discovered that while the car on the outside looks clean except for a smell that I cant seem to get rid of, it is a corroded mess on the inside. Buyer beware. Do not buy before absolutely getting a second opinion from a knowledgable mechanic.

Sold me a car about a month ago under the pretense that it was an individual sale off of craigslist in Lombard Illinois. When I went to the DMV to get plates, I was surprised to find out that it was actually being sold under exotic motors. They also had me go to a shady currency exchange in Evanston to get my plates. Took it to a mechanic and had about $2500 worth of work done on it additionally. Very dishonest! I have reported them to the state and to the Better Business Bureau.

This place has been NOTHING but dishonesty and issue after issue. My boyfriend purchased a truck from them back in February & they have broken every single promise they have made. I was there when the truck was purchased- Ali informed him that he would replace a broken mirror part & that he was paying for a warranty. 3 months later - YOU CANT GET AHOLD OF THESE PEOPLE. AND THE COMPANY HAS NO INFO OF A WARRANTY????? Ali ignores my boyfriends calls, the dealership gives him the runaround of “we will call you back” and they never do. Slimy salesman work here.Do yourself a favor, save your time and money!

Not great. I went in this morning to test drive two separate BMW wagons both of which were in disrepair neither of which had been detailed. They appear to buy cheap cars at auction, do nothing to them, mark them up, and push them out the door. Be cautious and do your homework. Everything in their showroom was dirty and had some sort of cosmetic defect. Even the Bentley on the floor was just tired looking. They do have a rather large inventory to look at but not a single one of them looked like it was worth buying. Everything from curbed wheels to scratched paint, damaged seats, broken interiors. The 328 that I attempted to test drive gave an error message for the all-wheel drive system before I left their parking lot and the 535 literally had what I can only assumeto be, based on the amount of hair everywhere, dog vomit on the floor. Would not recommend this place.

Spent the day helping my friend look for an EVO X. Stumbled upon this dealership and was not impressed by any means. Upon entry we were greeted by the salesman Tim who right out the bat questioned us regarding payment. We had not yet seen the vehicle yet. Upon viewing the vehicle, we noticed that it had a handful of modifications done in which the salesman could not properly explain. There was poor, exposed wiring done to the head unit which the salesman did not even know about. The overall process seemed rushed and the salesman showed little to no enthusiasm towards the car. The drive was overall silent as the salesman did not know what to say about the car other than discussing payments. During the test drive, my friend shot an offer and the salesman immediately refused it stating that it was an outrageous number and that we should turn back. He was not interested in negotiating by any means. We returned to his office to discuss options, but they would not budge at all. In fact, I took note of a used STI spoiler in his office, and he tried to sell it to me. Clearly this was an unprofessional experience. We were fortunate to purchase another EVO X at a different dealership who showed us more respect and treated us like an actual customer. I would not recommend coming to this dealership unless you plan to be treated disrespectfully.

Not an honest place to buy a vehicle. Don’t waste your time with these people they act as if your a friend until you leave the lot and then act as if there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and your in the wrong!

The dealer put in the contract to repair some minor things. I attempted to contact the service department multiple times as well as the general manager, to no avail. It’s all about honoring your commitments.

So far so good and they were very nice . I just didnt like the fact that they only gave me three weeks to pay off $1, 044 I wish that they could have given me a month and a half. But other than that everything was fine.

I’ve never been so disappointed with the unprofessionalism that goes on here. Stand around long enough and you will see for yourself. Them running to grab the battery pack before customers come to see a car because it hasn’t been driven or filled up with fuel in ages. You should think twice before purchasing from them, I had nothing but continuous problems and was lied to endlessly. Went there being told they’d help me with a problem they caused (many problems actually) just to be filled with more excuses on their end and then they try to put it on you. Very disappointed, I will never give a reference for their business. Maybe if you have millions you’ll be treated differently. Can’t promise it though.

I am very happy with the service I received at Exotic Motors. Seeing how well they take care of the cars on their lot and how helpful their team is really made the car buying experience a pleasant one. The salesman I worked with, Fred, answered any questions I had regarding the car, and helped me find the best financing deal.The reason for a 4 star rating is due to some miner things needing to be replaced on the car. One headlight bulb is out and the air conditioner needs to be recharged. No other issues otherwise.

Recently bought my first car from here, it was a great experience, they have some great cars, Tim and Mike were great in showing the cars and then once I decided, taking the car home was a very smooth process.Even after the purchase I had called for some minor things I noticed and all were addressed without any questions.Overall a great experience and relationship, I had been to many dealerships before I came here and would definitely recommend Exotic motors.

It appears as if Google and auto.com reviews are managed by Exotic Motors.I live in St. Louis and was contemplating having them to ship me a car that looked very good at a good price. I asked the salesperson to drive the vehicle to make sure that there were no noises, squealing, squeaking, etc. which to me, is a clear indication that something needs to be repaired. He told me that he drove it and there was nothing that needed to be repaired. Still being a little skeptical, I made a trip to see the car. Upon closer inspection, there were a lot of little things that didnt add up. I immediately heard a noise when driving the car. My salesman told me Its probably the rear end struts. We can fix that. I had already been told that the car wasnt making any noise so I was concerned from that moment forward. After closer inspection, it appeared that there had been unreported damage to EVERY SIDE of the car, including the roof. There was a rear door that was a different color than the rest of the vehicle and evidence of parts having been recently painted. The only redeeming factor was the salesperson, Ali. He was very nice, pleasant and charming. Although there was a bit of a wait when I got there, he was very apologetic and accommodating. My advice again, if at all possible, go see the vehicle. I wouldve been highly upset if that vehicle would have arrived at my home. I thought that they would have paid more attention to details, especially if they are into selling higher end vehicles.DISCLAIMER: I fully understand that these are used vehicles and they will not be in perfect condition.For anyone who wants to know, I was referring to the 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid currently for sale.

I purchased a 2015 Ford transit from them in April of this year I was assured over and over again that there was no damage! Sure! Here I am 7 months later rebuilding the transmission! The Trans specialist said the car must have been involved in a flood or something cause the transmission had water damage in it. Also when I drove it home first day I noticed that the car had a popped out right front fender. That it didn’t have in the pictures or when I test drove it! So I pushed it back in as I’m positive they had done the Same to hide it from me since it stays in place until you drive it for a little while then it pops out again. This is a place that will hide whatever damage it has and not disclose this information to you at the Time of purchase. I recommend you stay away from this place as they are the seedy stereotypes you hear about and see on TV. honesty doesn’t matter to them. They only care about the sale. Stay away!!

Everyone who works there acts sus. They are known to not let car mechanics examine the car you want to buy. They had a lawsuit about not returning someones deposit on a car, and their lawyer made remarks on record about the opposing lawyers breasts. Cartoon-like slimy car dealers.

Not what I expected. No one was there to welcome. People coming and going without any security. Cars parked too close to each other. Saw people walking around with their hoodies and that was it for me, food delivery guys showed up and no one attended them, the receptionist had no Customer Service ethics at all and the list goes on. Maybe others had better luck or maybe I went on a bad day.

These guys are fantastic! They hooked us up with an amazing set of wheels at a great price. Their customer services was unparalleled. Rudy made the shopping processes an ease and Michael in finance was such a joy to work with. We were also lucky enough to run into Adam, the owner, as we were finalizing all of the paperwork and he was warm and welcoming. These folks made a daunting experience such a fun one and we will absolutely be repeat customers!

If you want to work with dishonest people, this is your place. Have a mechanic look at car before buying. We were looking at 2010 hyundai genesis... rudy and aj assures us that their mechanics look over cars. We took to our mechanic... oil leak, busted suspension, check engine light came on way back, and also front bumper was barely hanging on. My sons friend previously tested the car and rhe check engine light was on prior, so someone had to switch off. Took car back, and Rudy told my husband that we are saying their cars are junk. Took 4 hours of phone calls in order to receive my deposit back, full run around. The only honest person we spoke to was Kayla in accounting. Would never recommend.
