I went into Auto Zone today as I was having an issue with the battery I had purchased a few weeks ago. Jovani came out to take a look at it and realized it was not installed well. One battery cable was extremely loose and the main screw also needed to be tighted. He was so nice and professional. It needed a metal cap to tighten it appropriately. He took the time to get the metal piece to fit right so it could be tightened. He then identified that the battery screw was loose. He resolved that too!! So thankful for his help tonight!!!

This auto zone has the best people working at it! Right when you walk in the employees have such a bright and welcoming demeanor. Jovani and Will were so helpful. I had come to buy headlights earlier this evening ran into and issue. I went to a closer auto zone and was met with an awful experience and was sold a filter that didnt even fit my car..so back to the first autozone where Jovani and Will were at not only did Jovani help me order the right filter for the car but also helped me figure out how to get the headlights off the car. Seriously the best you can tell alot about how people treat one another and honestly they were so nice and willing to help I was about ready to cry. Thank you both for making my night alot better and helping a girl out!!

The attendant was very helpful, but they didnt have 2018 Forester rearwiper arm. I could have asked for a aftermarket, but I think they would have offered it.

Friendly and very helpful staff

Very helpful! They even helped me install my new battery and had the tools to do it. There was rust so it was hard to unscrew. They had rust remover and everything needed to help get the battery replaced. Special thanks to George! I would highly recommend them and will return.

I was sold a defective battery but AutoZone would not replace it because it was outside the warranty period. The battery was 8 months old. Terrible policy when it comes to defective batteries. The store associates customer service was good given the circumstances but this is not really in their power to do anything about it.

Will was very helpful with choosing the correct battery as well as installing it for me. It wasn’t a very typical battery installation, and he had a lot of patience throughout the tedious process.Thanks Will!

From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was super helpful. I was greeted as walked in by a lady, I told her I needed windshield wipers. Right off the bat she asked the make model of my car and told me to move my car in front of the store. When I came back in, she was helping someone else but the other associate stepped in and helped me. He signed me up for the rewards program gave me a coupon to use on purchase that day. They do a great job here answering questions and making sure you get the right parts for you car. It’s a go to place for parts, fluids, lights, etc. for my cars. All of the staff is knowledgeable too. They have the best blinker fluid.

Called ahead to see if they would be able to help me change a light buld on my car. The gentleman Leo was very professional and answered all my questions. Upon arrival he took my car information and changed the light bulbs no problem. In addition he also changed my windshield wipers for me. His customer service was excellent and he definitely went above and beyond! Keep up the good work!

Auto parts store. They have what you need. They are helpful but sometimes too helpful where it takes 15+ min to check out because the two employees at the register are talking to customers about their car issues. Id appreciate it if they left one person checking people out and the other can assist with more detailed questions.

I had to wait for two employees to finish their argument about invoices not being signed right in front of them, so that I could ask where their windshield repair kits were...then the girl behind the counter replied Aisle 6. ... so I looked everywhere down aisle 6 until I could find it..without her help. Real nice customer service. Wont be coming back to this particular Auto Zone.

Definitely not a bad AutoZone but not quite amazing. They have all the basics you are looking for and speak Spanish for anyone looking for that. My only real complaint is that the staff tends to talk amongst itself instead of walking about trying to help customers in the store.
