I visit this location very often, cuz it’s close to home, but don’t like the fact store isn’t clean.Dust on shelves, mess in fridge and restrooms are terrible!!! Look at this seat for kids!!! How someone’s children can be seated here???!!! It hurts even to look at it!! 😡seems like it wasn’t washed since installed!

Always in stock. Very friendly assistance from the morning (dark beautiful) greeter always smiling and saying hello and have a nice day.A few of our favorite things: Tiramisu, Smores Cookies from Subway, Quick Oats, Our favorite car wax, and of course our gluten mixes all ready to grab. This would be an easy 5 stars if the new younger evening greeter had a chair to sit in (Its really not good for circulation).Sunny from Subway understands a girls need to eat and offers many ways to save by teaching customers how to apply the coupons and points after the fact with the receipt and app.For now we highly recommend. #redheadshavemorefun

I really wish I could have given more stars and I was honestly looking for good things to say about this location but unfortunately I couldnt. There are more empty shelves than full ones, the entire stores floor needs a good cleaning and I heard a manager tell a customer We are all out, completely out of post-it notes. The manager then walked by the customer to talk to a staff member when you could obviously tell that the customer had another question. I gave them 1 extra star because the Mrs found the paper cups she was looking for.

Great location. Good sized. Not a grocery store but has all the grocery essentials. I also liked how they had a few products I havent seen before at other locations.

Clean and neat store. No long check out lines! Pleasant staff. I can always find what I need.

Was looking for a toilet bowl brush and they only had pluger w/toilet brush caddy. Asked three different employees for help. Each answered my question, but offered no info to assist (ex: try this dept or this is the only one have). I did stop by customer service and let them know I had a poor customer experience at their store.

Dont ever try and get tires or an appointment or let alone call any Walmart tire center. They never answer the phone. Wont set up appointment and you have to just go and chance it. When you get there they say 4-6 hours but no guarantee the job will get done(Zion) When you do find a location that does appointments (rolling Meadows) you go to your appointment and they say it was an hour before and you missed it . They are a complete joke and would give -10 stars of it was possible

Good layout, easy to find things. I just dislike the fact that lot of cash registers have been replaced with self checkout stations. When you have ton of grocery including vegetables that need to be weighed, self checkout is a pain & reduced cash registers result in long lines.

Its walmart, what can you really say? Lol well, I like that they had employees available. And check out was pretty quick too

This is my favorite Walmart store. Its always CLEAN, well organized and the employees are friendly.

Store was out of everything I needed. Very frustrating. Shows work over half empty. Every time I go into this store they never have what I need anymore. Will start shopping elsewhere. Employees were rude and very very unfriendly. Parking lot is very poorly lit. Did not exactly feel very safe walking through the parking lot.

I think Walmart have lower their services in many places to name few... Employees, sanitizer around the store, cleanliness. Store are way too big to go from one place to another especially for elderly. Its a good idea to jave a big place but its npt always fully stocked. And the list goes on but overall good place to shop.

Lady behind customer service counter literally told me that they do not cash checks anymore. And i waited 5 to 10 mins later and she cash an older lady check for her. Am an United States Postal Service mail handler assistant. If you were to every check your footage i would love to know when. So this matter can be resolve peaceful and courteously.

Excellent selection! Went here on a Sunday morning, and it was almost empty. They were fully stocked with all of the usual and had a cookie butter tasting. The staff was super friendly, and everything was clean and organized.

Spent half my trip trying to dodge all the employees with shopping carts who were restocking and oblivious to my presence. That being said, its still the nicest Walmart Ive been too. #lowexpectations

Staff was polite at checkout, but if you should need more assistance than that, I would suggest not going on a weekend. This is a fairly busy location so they dont have many staff available to help. Lines werent bad though!

Staffs knowledge of basic products could use a refresher.

Been calling customer support for a simple question for over 20 minutes. It’s the middle of the day and no one is answering

Nusrath interrogating me after I was charged for an item I never purchased. Last time at Wal-Mart for me✌🏻they just called the cops for me taking this picture. Lol update: An hour after coming in with a receipt from the same day. Speaking with two respectful Rolling Meadows police officers (whom never even asked my name so it was an obvious waste of their time) they found out I was wrongfully charged for a hair growth treatment oil haha refunded my money and I was on my way. Not worth the time but at least it is resolved. Came in for ingredients to make French toast and was never in any aisle without 100% food products. Nusrath I hope this is a good lesson for you to be kind and treat people with courtesy especially when sitting behind a customer service desk. Be well. Update #2 added pictures of breakfast for context. French Toast and bacon!! Yum yum yum. Didn’t take a picture of the bacon though sorry.

Just a dump. This squirrel 🐿️ dislikes all Walmarts. Issues parking is poor, entrance and exit is small and bottled neck. Staff is as bad as the coustomer. Oh its the normal Wally World coustomer trash who go here. To store is unkept stuff is normal just left tossed about again do you blame the staff or the quality of people who go here? I recommend going to the Meijer a block south. Nothing like this place. Im not spending any of my nuts 🥜 here. How is it getting 4 stars. Something smells wrong.

Online order for pickup took the whole day? Legit 8 hours? And I only did a pickup cuz I came in store to purchase and they don’t take Apple Pay. Then cancel almost everything on my order saying it’s unavailable?? I was just in the store and there was huge supply of my items. Meaning associates just don’t want to look for it. Then if I cancel, I won’t get my funds back immediately. Walmart needs to work on pick up services at this location. I’d give 0 stars if I could!!!

What can you say about Walmart its always nice got what you need just got to find it.

Overall its a good experience as its not busy in the early morning. It could be better if theres someone around especially for the items that needs to be unblocked

Not necessarily a bad place to shop BUT if you are looking for a wider selection of fresh foods I would try another place. thier food selection is very limited to mostly frozen and dried. Nothing really fresh but the place is organized enough and the subway inside is always a good place to stop if hungry.

They have pretty much everything that a Walmart has. It would be great if they could add produce, bakery and more food items.

This is a huge Walmart. They do not have a produce section, but they have a huge grocery section just like any other Walmart its just that they dont have the produce.The people that work there were very, very nice. When I asked about the produce she said Id have to go to a super Walmart for that. This store is larger than super Walmarts in Northern Indiana, so I was really surprised. They have everything else there, and I would recommend it. They were nice enough to tell me that a few blocks away was a Jewel Osco grocery store, that does have really nice produce.

I had very bad experience because the manger BOBY he has no idea how to do his job he kept sending me away after several stop by the store to refund my tax he said i don’t know how to do it.please teach BOBY the manger how to do his job or replace him with smart manger.

The staff here are like family. They are super kind and welcoming, my kids love that they recognize them when they come shopping with me. 1 loss in a star due to not having fresh food, but otherwise its our go to spot when we need something quick or at a great deal.

Watch out for this WalMart. I had a plain clothes security follow me around one day the whole thirty minutes of shopping isle by isle. I asked him what he was doing and can he help me find xyz, to which he replied you seem like you know what your doing Also when I receive paper payroll checks they cash them only half the time, with the excuse that their system wont take the check. When calling to talk to a manager to see why, no one answered the phone both times I called .Go to the Meijer down the street or a different walmart

This Walmart is ok, but not a full grocery store in it. No Deli or hot foods or produce. Refrigerated, Frozen food yes... Overall its a good store with helpful associates...

Walmart is changing the store around so it was difficult to find things that you were looking for. I still love the prices.

Place wasnt organized very messy. But employees are nice.

Its your average walmart. Only problem is order pickup takes forever. Theres rarely anyone there and they take life to show up. Even when you check in through phone and their pinpad. If its in stock in their store just buy it, takes the same amount of time youre wasting waiting on them. Also dont trust the website on inventory, more than often its wrong.

I shop at Walmarts at least 2 times a week,they have alot of different sections for different places,a little hardware,toys,bed and bath medicine,food,electronics and entertaiment,and cleaning supplies,along with clothes,shoes.if Im making a party I can get everything in Walmart,,but today they didnt have the normal stock going up,their shelves were empty for what I needed and it wasnt as clean as normal I was a little dissapointed.

Small one. The way they organized their staff is totally different from others Walmart. No salad staff, no chicken or meat or pork. Very weird. I bought broccoli cuts there and when I opened their bag, what a surprise!!! Where are the brocolli? Just a lot of stems!!!! Terrible quality!! Their brand and a very bad quality. Disappointed with the way they trick you!!

I can always count on Walmart to have anything I forgot to pack.

Good luck finding a product made in America except for the soda pop. This place sold out to China yrs ago and is going to love communism. I regret it each time I walk into the place. Suprised they dont make each customer bow down to a picture of chairman Xi and speak Mandarin.

The prices are good and it was stocked very well. I will be back to shop for more items.

I shop walmart.com for my client because she cannot get out and go shopping on her own. With walmart.com, they accept the Link card and your debit card and they deliver to your door. And the drivers have been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! Theyll have her open her door and hold it open while they put her items just inside the doorway because she is handicapped, and lives in a 30 unit apt. building. Walmart.com has saved my clients life!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

Doordash order and had to pick up the order inside. Was in there for over 20min just to pick up 2 simple items. The coworkers needed assistance and it took so long for anyone to help. Eventually got my order and luckily customer didnt get upset due to the time.

WOW! I am not a Walmart fan. They are usually unclean and miskept. This Walmart is quite the opposite. Clean and organized. Congratulations to both management and staff.

I was impressed with Walmart today. The store was set up keep people a safe distance from each other and moving in one direction. The store was clean and well stocked. I did feel unsafe as all shoppers and importantly all staff wore masks. Again I was impressed
