Absolutely wonderful. Don’t be like me, save yourself a headache and go directly to these guys. As an example I first went to get a quote from Home Depot where I waited for a good half hour before someone did me a favor and gave me not only a quote that was about 40% higher but also informed me I would have to wait about 3 months for my door to come in. Then I called these guys on a Friday and on a Monday Jose and Martin showed up exactly on time and installed a new door and door opened in record time. It’s just absolutely wonderful. Who knew you can get excited about having a garage door replaced. Thanks guys!

My garage door opener messed up so I looked up on google and I saw Aladdin had good reviews. Few minutes later I got a call back and scheduled a install. It wasnt until around 7pm that I had the chance to locate a technician to fix my garage door opener, so I simply sent a message through the website, not expecting to receive a response that same night. To my surprise, I received a response within an hour via email!This was the second time using this companys services; the first was a couple of years ago, but I remembered they were quite pleasant to work with and I decided to use them again rather than using my home warranty service.I had a higher expectation of the company because of my past experience, and Kris definitely didnt disappoint! From the time he arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable and rather professional. He immediately knew what was wrong with my garage door without my having to explain anything. He pointed out the issue, explained what he could do, and gave me prices upfront. He even verified the services I got a couple of years ago were still good and made sure the current issue wasnt due to anything under warranty.He worked quickly to repair my garage door springs and showed me the finished work. He also verified my motor was still serviceable and ensured everything was good to go before accepting payment.I am left with a higher respect and trust with this company, and I will continue to use their services in the future. Aladdin was called and responded immediately. Chris tried to see why the opener wouldnt work, found it couldnt be repaired without great difficulty and obvious effort. I felt it better to replace it and so he worked at doing just that. His skill was quite obvious and was quite efficient. Even better, the cost was quite reasonable for the work done.

We had accidently hit our garage door with our car and dented the underside of it pretty good. We called Aladdin and they had a technician come out to us, no joke, within the hour. Martin arrived and was courteous and honest, and reassured us that our door was fine and we would not need to replace it. He even fixed our existing outdoor remote while doing so for free! Above and beyond! Kris exceeded every and all expectations! I had a garage door opener that I wanted to install but just could not find the time to do it myself. Little did I know how much of a headache it wouldve been had I attempted to take this on by myself. Theres little chance I wouldve had success. But Kris took the time and effort to correct a number of flaws that was left over from past projects. This is a partially finished garage with drywall and timber that got in the way of a seemingly simple install that ended up being far from simple. Despite the set backs and extra time it took to do the job right, he stuck with the quote and made sure to walk through every detail of the new opener. On top of that, his enthusiasm really shows and that adds a lot to the customer experience. I cant say enough good things about Kris and Aladdin. I would not go with any other installer.

Called Aladdin Garage Doors to fix a broken spring, and Martin showed up less than an hour later. About half an hour after that he was done. Replaced the two springs (16ft door) and fully inspected and lubricated the rails. Terrific company, prompt service, very competitive prices and Martin is a great guy who knows whats hes doing!

It was a tight fight to get openers for both but he made it work.Followup 8/27/21The recently installed front door was getting stuck when closing. In the middle of the day --- after placing a letter in the mailbox --- I enter the garage and press the button to close the garage door, and SPROINGGGGGG!!! I look up and see that the garage door spring broke in half. Luckily, I had the sticker from Aladdin on the wall near the switches, called the toll-free number, and was immediately connected with a wonderful staff member who had my information in the database. He took the information, and within an hour, the Aladdin technician, Martin, was on his way to our home. Martin was terrific! Friendly, helpful, provided full explanations of everything, conscientious, competent, and thorough. We are very satisfied with Aladdins prompt service and excellent pride of workmanship!

So not a fan of spending money but I thought he was the most informative garage door man I have ever met. I have four heavy doors so they break pretty often and he was very good with explaining what needed to be done, what my options were, and the cost. He also suggested things that weren’t going to give him any money but would be better for me in the long run. I’m hoping whenever I call back there I have the same technician!
