The office and technicians were friendly, quick to respond, and fixed my problem without trying to sell me new equipment or other services. It was nice to have a small problem fixed for a very reasonable cost. I will definitely call them again.

Maggie was very helpful and it seem to be a good HVAC service company.I haven’t had any work done by them yet but I had them come out and inspect the whole system on a condo that we are purchasing and gave me a full and very detailed report about the way the system has been installed and how much it would cost to correct the problems.The inspection cost was reasonable.Communication and time accuracy was top notch!Will definitely call them again when I end up needing a service or a new installation done.Keep up the good work guys!

These guys are great! We have an yearly maintenance contract with them for our AC and hot water boiler. They are professional and do great work! They are also very responsive as issues arise. Our older hot water radiator system went down on a Saturday night. I called Maggie and and Bob (one of the owners) was out Sunday morning and repaired our unit. They also installed a new hot water heater recently. Highly recommended!

The guys at Phoenix are great! After having 2 companies out to service our boiler to no avail, we decided to call Phoenix. I submitted a claim last night through my home warranty for service to my heating unit, which was not functioning properly (not producing heat). Within 12 hours of submitting this ticket, I had an email that Phoenix HVAC has taken the job and would be arriving today for service. Amazing! I spoke with Bob, one of the owners, on the phone this morning, to confirm details of my issue and estimated timing. I received a phone call from the tech, Ian, 30 minutes before he arrived, so that I had a solid ETA. He arrived right on time and came into my home with booties on to protect floors and keep them clean. He asked what the issue was and got right to work. He had the issue diagnosed and solved within 15 minutes. Plus, he was friendly and conversational, and offered good advice to me on repairs and maintenance of appliances and other things in my home, which I very much appreciate, as I am a first-time homeowner. I couldnt be more pleased that Phoenix took this service ticket, and they now have earned a loyal customer going forward. I recently had a dual heating and AC system installed in our house and I was very pleased with all aspects of the installation. Anthony and Bob were wonderful to work with and made me feel completely comfortable with choosing the system. Before Phoenix I had some bad experiences with other companies so I researched and read reviews of many companies and no one came close to Phoenix. The bonus was that they were even better than I had expected. No complaints from me only praise.

Used Phoenix to replace a furnace and a few hot-water heaters in our multi-unit property, and we were extremely pleased with the results. Before starting, they worked with us to select an installation that would both meet our needs and fit within our budget. They also did a top-notch installation. A couple months after the install I had a plumber in the basement for an unrelated reason, and he remarked about how impressed he was with their work. Most importantly, they were very responsive to our needs, and showed a lot of flexibility. Because we have such an old (120+ years) home with so many architectural quirks, the typical installation they were planning on doing wasnt ideal, so they ended up trying something new and making additional trips to their supplier to get the parts they needed for a non-standard install that would suit us better. Overall, they did a really fantastic job, and well definitely reach to to them in the future.

I got 3 estimates and they gave me not only the best one but told me the stuff the other 2 said I havw to change I really didnt have to change because it was in good working order. This company is great. Connor was professional and thorough! He definitely knows his stuff and is so nice. We got a new air conditioner and when he had it installed he checked our furnace and found that there was something wrong with the motor. He came back and fixed that and put in a new air purifier. He has givem me so much peace of mind now with his confidence and knowledge about our HVAC system.

Bob came over today to assess the need for and feasibility of installing new thermostats. He donned booties before entering which is always a good sign. He stayed about a half hour carefully examining our system and clearly explaining our options and the costs associated with those options. There was no charge. He explained to me step by step as he approached finding out what the problem was (leaking freon), and how to best fix it. The company is up front about billing charges, and communication with scheduling, answering questions has been excellent. Definitely seem to be a very honest and good company. I ended up buying their 3 year routine maintenance package.

I came home from work (with my two kids) to find my furnace not working and it was 57 degrees in the house. I called PHEONIX and they had Bob out there within 30 minutes. In that thirty minutes I discovered that the water was out too. Bob was very nice and helped me discover that there was low voltage coming into the house. He double checked the furnace and hot water heater and was available later to follow up after the power came back on. It was so nice to have someone be so helpful in a stressful situation. We had a great experience with Phoenix HVAC this weekend. We had been having issues with our air conditioning flow, and sent messages to different companies late on Friday night. Phoenix responded incredibly quickly the next morning and came by to do an assessment. Bob and his coworker were really friendly and walked us through how to fix the air conditioning issue. They answered all of our questions, and were not condescending or dismissive about any. We also appreciated that they werent trying to sell us anything that wasnt standard, they were really transparent and helpful. We are going to use them for regular maintenance because they gave a great first impression!
