Fun limited time donuts.

Worst Krispy Kreme ever! Each time I’ve ordered, employees act clueless on how to prepare simple coffee drinks. This morning I ordered an Iced Mocha Late. Instead, they gave me a cup with chocolate syrup stuck to the bottom with hot milk, no ice, and no coffee....so basically I got “Hot Chocolate Milk” that looked like it was attempted to be prepared by a 2 year old.

The new manager, Chris, is doing a great job with the place. It looks noticeably cleaner and they seem better stocked with donuts than just a few months ago. While our favorite are the glazed we couldnt pass up the Halloween dozen!

Overall I love this place, But they seem to be out of alot of the newer donuts. Also many times they have given me very cold donuts like they have been in a fridge. Not too sure but now I will only go when the Hot And Ready sign is on.

The staff are very patient and kind while you are carefully making your choices. I have always loved Krispy Kreme hot donuts, but I really love this location because of the customer service, that it is newer, very clean and that you can see the donuts baking in the kitchen through the glass. This transports you into a legit diner experience. Great stop on your road trip. I love that they now have minis that are only 90 calories because you can mix your flavors and enjoy a quick bite without feeling too guilty.

I understand the cost of wholesale food for restaurants has skyrocketed. But for the love of God, were talking about dough and sugar here!!! If the weight and diameter of an original glazed doughnut does not return somewhat to the original size, I am thru with you!I was embarrassed for you when I bought a dozen glazed a few weeks ago. A dollar per doughnut is bad, but then cutting the size by half is unforgivable!Count me out for skinny doughnuts!

Great location. Sometimes is out of stock of a few products. But, its given. Krispy Kreme is always a popular place

I love Krispy Cream donuts. The service was friendly. I was able to be there at a time when they werent busy so service was fast.

I went in to pick up a door dash. Stood there for over 5min with Not even an Hello or someone will be with you shortly. The manger walked out talking to someone then came back in and went straight to the back, while I was waiting for acknowledgment. The cashier looked though me over a dozen times while waiting on one customer. ( still no ill be with you shortly or may I help you.) There were 2 pulling donuts off the line NOT ONE GREETING or assurance of assistance soon. My Dash Order was already prepared. Finally asked about my Dash Order one of the pullers she shrugged and pointed at the cashier. Then the cashier handed my delivery out from under the box she was currently working on.. Their service SUCKS!!!!

All I can say is they are getting better. Nt the best service bt getting better

I havent been here in a few months and I went this morning and the donuts are shrunken!! wow its like I got the kids donuts, must be trying to cut material cost by making mini sized donuts.....

Its alright. Milkshakes arent the best. But the service is phenomenal, quick and friendly. Donuts are top!!

How are you going to run out of original glazed donuts and not make more when thats WHAT YOURE KNOWN FOR???

The employees are almost always closing up shop 30-45 minutes before actual closing time, and apparently not running the “hot and fresh” donuts according to the schedule they post. Been frustrated multiple times now.

Clean speedy good Doughnuts and Coffee.

I ordered medium drinks, they gave me small cups and tried to tell me they were medium. Cream in donuts tasted old. Not happy, I hardly ever go there. No wonder!

Friendly, welcoming staff. The store was bright and clean. Plenty of fresh and perfectly made donuts to choose from (I ordered 16 assorted minis). In addition to doughnuts, they sell individual waters, juices, etc.They also have swag (travel mugs, coffee mugs, t-shirts, etc.)! I bought myself a Krispy Kreme face mask.I was in and out in a flash- parking is ample and the lot was simple to navigate. One of the KK associates, who didnt even wait on me, wished me a wonderful day. I like that kind of service!

This is the worst Krispy Kreme Ive ever been to. 99% of the time you tell them what you want and its always Im sorry we are out of those right now. If you are getting anything besides the original doughnuts. You VERY slim chance of getting any other kinds. No matter what time of day you go. Its the same. IF you want a selection go somewhere else.

02/11/2021...NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PITIFUL PLACE. IF IT IS WAS NOT FOR A CO-WORKER QUITTING -I WOULD HAVE NEVER CAME HERE. YOUR HOT SIGN WAS ON AND IT TOOK 16 MINUTES TO GET COLD DOUGHNUTS. TOO BAD SHE LIKE THIS PLACE, BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE GONE TO SWEET BAR. TO ADD INJURY TO THE PROBLEM-THEY WEAR GLOVES AND HAVE THEIR MASK UNDER THE CHIN. CROSS CONTAMINATION AT ITS FINEST. ONCE I TOLD MY CO-WORKER ABOUT IT WE TRASHED THEM AND WENT TO SWEET BAR. GLAD I HAD A $5.99 COUPON.

When rolling up to the place you feel like youre stepping back into time. The sweet smells of the fresh baked, gently fried donuts can be enjoyed around the block. The donuts are fresh and soft as clouds nd leave a very pleasant, not too sweet aftertaste that slowly fades, awaiting your return for another heavenly bite. They also have pretty amazing coffee as well. Not much sugar need be added.

Slow service and a snobby treatment just because I got a free Covid Vaccine donut even though I bought a disgusting Krispy Kreme coffee. I wont be back. Quiktrip has better donuts.

Terrible. Took 40 minutes for 1 glazed donut and there was nobody in line or nobody in the store. Dont waste ur time they suck A$$

I did receive fast service through the drive thru, but the oreo donut dozen that I order I expected better from it. To me it lake the flavor of the oreo cookies that we grew up on and love. It was lack in color and had the cookie crumbs but not much in flavor, and that is where it matters. So wont be ordering that again. What about the hot freshness Krisoy Kreme I expected more from yall with my donuts.

This establishment is pretty consistent at being understaffed and out of many items at every visit. The waits seem to be getting worse. We also ordered a vanilla iced coffee and recieved a regular hot coffee instead. After returning to the establishment and going inside I wasnt even acknowledged for maybe 7 mins (there was one young lady seen at the drive-thru window***which I did not bother because she looked as if she had a lot on her already. Finally a young lady came out of a room walking very slowly and dragging her feet. After letting her know the error a gentleman was finally able to correct the mistake. However, the cups smelled of unbaked donuts

Thursday evening not even the weekend yet, and they are out of almost every doughnut we wanted even regular glazed. Hot chocolate tasted like water.

Guess I don’t need to eat here since I do not have my COVID vaccine.... way to be more liberal.... what is next, will I be too white to come to your establishments

They tell you to order online only but online does not have all options. When you go to pick up and see the other options available of what you want you cant replace your online order, then you are stuck with green donuts.

I stopped by at 5 pm today. Ordered one glazed and one krueller, the sales person replied sorry, we dont have any glazed. I cant understand not having even 1 glazed donut. I said okay just the krueller. Nope not even 1 krueller.

Ordered an assortment of donuts at 930am, paid and then was told they didn’t have any icing prepared/made. Only serving regular glazed.

As with most chains, you kind of know what to expect. The only issue here is that upon nearly ever visit, they are out of at least one or two types of doughnuts.

Only the drive through was open and they werent very knowledgeable about their seasonal or special options but other than that its just your typical Krispy Kreme shop.

The light was on and I had to stop and get a dozen. Cant get any fresher than that. Service was great!!!!

The fact that I have to write this is sad. Today I went to Krispy Cream with my children and their friend. We assumed there would be something for everyone. Sadly my child’s friend does not like doughnuts and she was very sad. I expected more from Krispy Cream. I really did. Let’s just say they had nothing else. No ice cream. No cookies. Just doughnuts. I am so sorry that our Krispy Cream journey has to end like this, but I can not be teaching my children that this is ok. This was the last time that we went to Krispy Cream.

Hot donuts are always a treat. Saddened that they didnt have any of the new Oreo cookie donuts.

Pros:Donuts were good as usual. Hot and fresh as the sign says!Cons:The donuts were just thrown into a bag without any sort of wrapper/paper, so they made a sticky mess.We went through the drivethrough, and were provided no napkins, an essential when you have messy icing!Went inside and tried to receive service, but employees were too occupied to help, it took three employees until we finally had assistance, were told to wait again andd never got service after that. Finally an employee said they were out of napkins, so I had to take paper towels from the bathroom!

Employee handling food/donuts after taking money and NOT changing gloves or sanitizing hands. Ask for them to fix it and correct it went inside the store. Another employee proceeded to handle money and say that they change their gloves and handle donuts again without changing gloves and supervisor lied for them and they all wore talking about the customer right in front of them. Very unprofessional and very rude!!!!!! See you’re not sure if you’re getting clean food or contaminated food via handling money and then handling your food. I will take my business elsewhere!!!!

Always when I arrive please wait one min.Then a few minutes laters.. gets back to me. Then told me the wrong price. Maybe trying to pocket extra money? Not sure.. but This place always has a wait. Very disappointed.

Special treat when I go to Rome

My fiancé and I went through the drive through for two dozen doughnuts. The girl at the window was very rude and uncooperative. She just flat out acted like she didn’t care. If you can’t fake a smile, then don’t work fast food.

I was in on Sunday 12/20 at 12 and I’m the only customer. The lady did not greet me and only said “we don’t got that” when I asked about regular glaze and “have a good day” after I paid. I asked for an assortment and she was out of several flavors of donuts, she shook her head when I asked if there would be any hot ones and then asked for a dozen plain and that’s when she said we don’t got those. The shelves and trays looked full of cooked donuts to me. Very unfriendly, very aloof and very unbusiness like.

We were put on hold at the speaker then when we made it to the window, we were put on hold again.. I wouldnt have minded it so much, if we had not been the only ones in the drive thru..

Its the place to go if you want DONUTS! Food is prepared for delivery, its freshly made, each item is placed in boxes prepared with care for delivery.

Line was long in the drive through, but that has become the normal.

Long wait to take order and didnt have donuts on the list and when I did place order my boxes was put in a dirty bag. And the cake batter donuts are old and icing hard.

I was traveling through Rome earlier in the day and noticed that the hot light was on but didnt have time to stop. I did run by and pick up a dozen super fresh original glazed after hitting the grocery store on my way back home that afternoon. When the original glazed are that fresh, they seem to almost melt in your mouth. I like the chocolate iced glazed better than the original but when the original are the freshest choice, original is the only way to go. My whole family loves them so a dozen doesnt last long at our house. The doughnut holes are good too. My daughter loves those.

Disappointed with food and service . Cold and pale donuts. The cashier had no manners as he did not greet me or even respond to my greeting. Poor example of what Rome has to offer. I will keep it moving the next time I am in town.
