Guard very friendly, helpful. Receiving also no issues. Checked in one hr before my appointment time and got a door right at my appointment time. Empty in about 1/12.Overall an acceptable experience.

Excellent customer service. Had no problem checking in. Checked in 6:30am for a 7 am appointment...out @ 8:30 am. Not bad 2hrs..has over night parking if U wonna park till UR appointment time.

Nice people, plenty room inside and outside. But I backed up to door at 0700 and her it is 1300 and I am still getting unloaded. Thus the slowest pkk look ace I have ever been too.

Good distribution center to deliver too. Organized, professional, and two hour unload. Overnight parking on road outside gate, as well 10 miles away large casino parking lot for free, with convenience store.

I got into the location overnight, spent the night there and had a delivery for 11.00 am, I got a dock but ended docking for over 5 hrs.Its your choice to do your liking, mine is done

Good stop. Lots of room. Good people fast unloading/ take that back, 3 hrs to unload a load. Only truck delivering today. Forklifts must be stuck in glue . Usually fast unloading. Did they have too much Turkey yesterday?

Friendly staff that does its best to get you docked and loaded or unloaded quickly. No complaints, unlike some other DCs that shall remain nameless. Also, there is plenty of parking outside the front gate.

Slow unload and the place isn’t busy from what I can see on the outside. 11am appointment, they were nice enough to get me in an hour early but I have been backed into a door for an hour and forty five minutes (since 11 am) and nothing has happened. It should not take this long to unload pallets of water.

Made my appointment time of 09:00 and had a L/U. Went well.

Does not have signs for truck delivery. Signs on property only says no trucks but there are no signs for truck delivery and gps takes you to their property. Turns out you have to go about a mile and a half down the road to a side road that looks like airport property. Really poor communication. They are forgetting that it is the trucks that pick up and deliver everything they need to function as a business. 👎👎👎😷😷😷

Great service... honest folks

You all should try to treat people the way you want to be treated everywhere you go and eventually you will reap the good crop that you’ve sown. Can’t be happy with this receiver one day and nasty to another on a different day. No matter what they do or say to you, do what you’re supposed to do and nothing but good will happen to you, all the time. You must sow the seeds of love everywhere, every day, all the time. Be patient, wait for the harvest. You don’t plant an apple tree and get apples the next day, do you? Takes awhile. You have water it every day, fertilize it when it needs it, keep pulling the weeds from around it, keep the bugs away, and most importantly, pray over your tree. Soon you’ll have more apples than you know what to do with. I’ve never been to this place before, they got me in and out early. Everyone that I spoke to was nice and helpful. Great place. Everywhere I go is great. Plant those seeds boys & girls and watch them grow. 10/25/17

My appointment was 23:00, told me I couldnt enter until 22:30.Lumpers are pretty slow. I think I was there for 3 hours with a half of a load. You can park on the road leading into the place, so thats a plus.

Very angry because people at the receiving office dont know their jobs.I was assigned to door #190 which doesnt exist,wasting 45 minutes driving around at 3 mi /hr.Than stopped again at receiving office to find out that my door was #127.I was first on this property little after 6 am and over 20 drivers back in their doors, and I was last to back in the door#127 Its ashamed for going thru a situation like that and waste of my time.My request is to train your employee to know their job properly and accurate,thanks.PS .If you have any other question fell free to text me a message on my phone.Telephone calls are blocked due to robo calls.Sincerely Nick St.

If I could I give 0, never come here for any deliveries, it’s just worth the time and money5 hours unloading .

As a driver,it takes 30 minutes to unload a trailer, but they hold you for at least 2 hours while they count everything .As an employee (worked as a yard switcher for 3 and a half years) Subpar pay, overly micromanaged and a DC manager who could barely speak English who doesnt understand the meaning of the word Safety.My coworkers in the yard were cool (except one)...the only thing I really miss about working there is Colleens cupcakes.

Don’t know what’s with all negative reviews out here. It wasn’t half bad compare to other grocery whses. Full truck load in and out in about 2 hours. Parking at the entrance ... I’d give it a 5 stars if they would a bit streamlined door assignment process, not everybody at the same time. It creates kinda mess. Otherwise no complains! Thanks!

Appts only, lumper fees, plenty of parking for waiting, food delivery nearby, and Im currently getting unloaded, so not too sure how long it will take for loading and unloading.

Truck drivers pay more attention to truck entrance, it is a bit complicated. Takes 3-4 hours to unload just few pallets

They have overnight parking outside of guard shack.Be there 1 1/2 hours before deliver. First you check in with the guard then drive inside park then check in again at receiving to get a door all this takes like 30 mins. Once u in a door they take 30-45 mins to start unloading. When your door its red it take meaby and hour and finally theres Lumper so be ready to pay. Overall it took me 3 hours in and out.

As I was going through the reviews and the comments about this facility, I became a little anxious and paniced. Now majority of the time Ill read reviews if its a place that Ive never delivered to or picked up at. So I see all these negative things about how rude the staff is, and how they have extremely long unload times, on top of excessive lumper fees. So of course the wheels start turning and I begin to panic because, I have a pick up scheduled at 12pm, which is 2.5hrs from here. Well long story short and needless to say..dont judge a place by their reviews. It took today for me to really see this. Now on with my experience...My appointment wasnt scheduled until 7a.m., and I arrived at 6:30am. I checked in at the gaurd shack, and was then directed to the receiving office. I was in the receiving office for approximately 20 minutes, which wasnt bad at all consdering theres drivers ahead of me. So I proceed through the line and I asked the clerk information on what forms I needed for the lumper fee...she then informed me that there wasnt any lumper fee, I was then given a dock number. I proceeded to my dock, backed in and chalked my wheels and the light turned red, I was locked in. Well I was locked in at 7:07a.m and I was finished at 8am...so less than an hour it took them and the staff here were extremely nice! So dont believe half of what you hear and believe all of what you see!

Its ok I was second in last out and I was 30 minutes early.

Oh my goodness this building is huge, be prepared to do a lot of walking to get anywhere.

Typical major retail DC.. slow, make rules up as they go. Take long periods of time to unload, even simple pull off Freight.

Have too sit in waiting room for dock door, cant wait in truck until given door! Lady at window is nice and not bad too look at. (Married) all the good ones are. But has vending machine for diabetes and health problems.Capstone pumper service (yes u need to hire a lumper to unload product they ordered, on a side note I ordered a package from Amazon and when FedEx showed up too my door I asked him for $25 to hand it too me and was looked at rather strange. Never could understand why we have yo pay yo deliver a product they ordered and need yo run there company by reselling it. Had we all drivers refused to haul to this company stores would be empty. It takes a few hours to get unloaded and u are charged.

They dont have any respect for drivers. A bunch of clowns here. Make sure first you have delivery no. for the guard shack at the entrance and then once you are at receiving u need to wait inside the lobby for a door. - 2hours. After they unload the lumper fee is between $104 - $264..... then your day is gone

If you are coming here for delivery, be prepared to spend all day or at least half a day as they unload you for 4 hours.Appointment time was 7am, got a door at 8:45am, finished unloading at 1:20pm!!!I wasted my entire day here.If given a choice will try never to come back here.Fellow Truck Driver.

This place is sorry I picked up a load Saturday delivered Saturday waited till Monday to get unloaded

4 hours 30 mins unloading. They will load and unload dropped trailers and have the drivers sitting there without touching the trailer. Makes no sense. Pay my detention now stupid

Got there a 9AM with a LTL delivery didnt get out until 2pm. 5 hours is too long. Not good.

14 skids, so far it takes 5,5 hours. People Im running out of warehouses to pickup or drop off loads no wonder why everything went to china this people are laziest people in the world on top they charge u hundreds of dollars for lumper service . GARBAGE !!
