My experience was amazing. The person that helped us out was Jessica. She was so nice and patient with us. She was understanding and gave us the best customer service. If anyone goes in ask for Jessica because she’s awesome.

Horrible experience. No one ever came to the door. I was waiting for over 20 minutes in the hot sun and she never opened the door. I will never use that one again

Showed up for my 8am reservation (they open at 7am) and office is closed. I scheduled this early because I needed to have my house empty by noon. Sat on hold for 40 minutes trying to talk to someone just to get disconnected. The employee finally gets to the office at 8:50am. If youre renting a truck, find another location.

Very unprofessional service never answers their phone or return calls. If you can do service elsewhere please do. This place needs to close since their excuses for bad customer service is under staff or maybe do some hiring since it is a pandemic and people are in need of a job this is really ridiculous.I even spoke with a supervisor name Shannon shes very unprofessional and for her to be in such high rank( Regional office) she insisted on defending this bad customer service. I WILL NEVER RENT ANYTHING FROM UHAUL AGAIN TO MANY OTHERS OUT HERE to be treated badly.

TOTAL RIPOFF. DO NOT RECOMMEND.We wanted to rent a one-way trailer. We were only charged $15 and asked multiple times if it was for a one-way from their location to another location in IN. We questioned our contract (which we never signed by the way) and the girl helping us showed us her screen and assured us it was a one-way for the trailer we wanted. We told her where we planned to return it and again she assured us it was $15 and it was a one-way.WE WERE CHARGED $140. Afterwards, I looked online and it should have been ~$65.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!

I dont usually write reviews but I had to for this location. First of all, they do not understand customer service at all. The lady that was in before me was furious as well because they took almost 30 mins to help her with returning her truck. Once she left, one of the guys started cursing at her under his breath because she told him he wasnt being professional. Once I got my truck, they made me walk all the way to the back of the location to retrieve it. This could have been a .5 mile walk. Then I had to use my keys on every truck there to find which one was mine. They had four of the same trucks lined up there. There was no dolly in my truck and I had to go back in and mention it to them. Even then they were giving me the wrong dolly. Truck is in good condition but I would recommend for other customers to find another location to rent these trucks from.

I wanted to rent a truck with Uhaul, but when I arrived at this location, I saw 3 customers inside without masks, and the employee helping them also had no mask. It’s a shame this company doesn’t care about the health and safety of their customers or employees.

They charged me $145 for a deposit for a trunk I never used

Those guys are horrible they think everyone is a thief and is about to run away with their vehicle they took a photo of my credit card photo of my ID 3 photos of my license plate and, when I got back different guy refused to give me the receipt hes like Im too busy right now to give you any receipt I will email it to you they had my email wrong. he said you need to wait 30 minutes for me to give you a receipt he was really doing nothing after a huge argument to start checking the trailer Im picking and every little thing and every scratch I barely had the trailer for two hours for a small trip and he was going to charge me for every little scratch you had which had nothing to do with bottom line dont use these guys go to the Plainfield landscaper unlock 30 theyre a lot nicer unlock 30 theyre a lot nicer and helpful

Jessica and Rafael were both extremely nice and helpful. They were both swamped but each took the time to provide excellent customer service. I felt very welcomed.

I made an appointment to pick up a 9ft. Truck. I picked it up no problem got the paperwork and was on my way and the drop-off was just as easy. Thank you for your help!
