I like the employee here. But I only leave a negative review if I have several issues example like old apartments and dr etc. But growing up in Wayne i needed a cheaper phone plan they told me to never by any phone with any carrier from Walmart target eBay or whatever. Most of the time people dont look to see if its a used phone 8n which sometimes you need to be careful buying. I had the receipt from the canton Walmart next to Sams and he called them for me to help me get my money back and then said to come back the next day. Now that being said this was over a year ago and now that I live in Dearborn heights by Ford and telegraph the service is bad. But went down to metro pcs at howe and van born and got a free Samsung galaxy a11 so again dont believe all the bad reviews it just depends on where you live and when i called 611 they understand why. Even the 611 number said that the merge takes a while to make things work like pay a bill in one place

Told me and can upgrade every 4 months i never knew.

I was here for nearly three hours the guy must not knew what he was doing never in my life has it took three hours to buy a phone boost mobile Romulus needs to train there employees better terrible service would not recommend anyone to buy a phone from this place
