Limited space; mostly made for daycabs, so be prepared to blindside back or turn around in the area straight in to the back. Still may end up on the grass tho....also slow to unload so have at least 2 hours on your clock to make it off-site.

Personally sleep on a Perfect Sleeper Elite that was assembled at this factory.After sleeping on it for 30 days my body adjusted to it and I have not had any of the issues I experienced before changing my mattress.Best decision I have made was to go with my Serta.

My mattress is comfortable and provides a great nights sleep. Serta customer service is helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Bonus points for being family owned and made in Michigan.

We recently got a Serta split king adjustable mattress and it is so comfortable. We previously had a tempurpedic that had gotten flat and lumpy. Major upgrade going the Serta iComfort!

Initial comfort of my perfect sleeper mattress was great, but the mattress broke down within just a few years. We thought we were buying a quality maytress due to the 20 year warranty, but it seems we were deceived. Today we find the mattress very comfortable, we probably should have replaced it a year or two ago. Warranty support through Sears is a joke. Ive just reached out to Serta, hopefully they will help!

Gardner White once again NOT honoring their warranty on our Serta I-Series King Size Mattress. Gardner White actually has a team that goes around and measures the lumps that form in Serta mattresses they sell. The defective lumps in the mattresses are only considered defective when it escalates to a certain size. Their trained technician actually told us it is defective...but not defective enough for warranty yet... If you have a professional lump measuring team, I think it is safe to say you have a lump problem! This problem started 3 months after purchase and we have had this ridiculous lump measuring team to our home three times now. Our bodies ache from this defective mattress. The vast amount of complaints against Gardner White is absolutely mind boggling...we really wish we would have looked more into their reviews before spending our hard earned money there. We get the same canned response every time we try and deal with this issue. Serta and Gardner White together, as a team that clearly knows what they are doing, are defrauding and taking advantage of ignorant consumers on a daily basis.

Don’t buy anything belongs to Serta brand. They don’t stand by their product. You will have to jump through hoops just to get a warranty claim. You pay them 20 dollars to buy a warranty kit or pay them 40 dollars to have a inspection guy come to your house and measure your stuff. Never again will buy from this company!

I just got my mattress today and I regret it. I will NEVER in my life order anything from them. Their customer service is poor and for the price of the mattres you would think they would accommodate you but they don’t. These mattresses don’t match their price they’re supposed to be comfortable and it’s far from that.

Poor customer service. Nothing close to the customer service of Apple, Saatva, etc... Poor quality mattress. Didnt pass the mattress test from their trained mattress technician, so Im screwed, although its only been 2.5 years and this iComfort mattress failed. These people dont step in others shoes. They need good beds too. What do they do when their beds breakdown after 2 years? I hate these companies and their people.

Worked there and i ended up leaving cause they were gonna lay me off and my last check they payed me only $4hr for regular hours and $1hr for over time thats totally messed up they suck and rip everyone off
