I am (was) a REGULAR customer at this store . UNTIL today . On 12/29/2019 I wanted to treat myself to a nice wig, something different for the New Year especially since I always buy the same one every time from this store. I tried on 2 wigs and the worker Henry told me I can only try on one more store policy . I’m confused that there is a limit on how to find something you like with out trying it on . I have a wig cap that he has given me and I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in the store. I’m really big on customer service and they have definitely Lost a customer. So I came across another store after leaving hope beauty supply . Now they will get my business. I tried on 7 wigs until I came across the one I love .

Such a nice beauty store. Everything was clean and nicely organized which made it easier to find what I needed. They have a huge selection of products and the cashier was very nice. Great addition to the neighborhood!!

The cleanest, most organize beauty supply store I’ve been in! The staff is super friendly, they’re family at this point! This store have so much variety and unique items you can’t find else where!

I’m so happy!!! I went in and was greeted at the door and I asked where a certain section was for hair Jam and they pointed me to it. I found a hair jam I’ve been looking everywhere for that no one else had!! Thank you☺️🙆🏾‍♀️

Went to buy some wax and hair gel. The employees were nice and it was a fast experience.

Plentiful store, attentive cordial staff & clean store environment. The only reason i didnt give this store a 5 star is it seems shady with its price margins which dont leave much to the imagination. Plus the tax i was charged seemed to be allot if my calculations were not spot on. Other than these inconveniences a good shop should be enjoyed by all who venture to this make up island!

I have never had a business not take a return that was purchased less than 7 days ago with a receipt. The item was unopened and clearly unused. When a person doesn’t have a receipt I understand getting a credit but not when they have one.

HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! 3 TIMES I WENT THERE ONLY BECAUSE I LIVE IN THE AREA BUT FOR EACH TIME THERE IS THIS MEXICAN GUY ( CASHIER ) WHO TALKS TO YOU SO RUDELY FOR NO REASON, HE BRINGS HIS PROBLEMS TO THE WORK PLACE WHICH IS UNPROFESSIONAL, HAS A VERY BAD TEMPER, AND IGNORANT ! I HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY ELSE WHERE BUT DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY PEOPLE !
