Well stocked good products always have what I need .Never been disappointed.

If you need any advice on firearms or anything you need like were to hunt then your in the right place. They have amazing staff and lots of great quality gear from survival gear to pretty cool nicnacks.

My wife and I stopped by here to look at a gun for her and shotgun for me. Nice little shop clean and a lot of merchandise. Almost overwhelming on what they have. They have a large selection of survival gear. Priced about the same as everywhere else in town. We spoke with one of the gentleman behind the counter we really didnt get the most comfortable and warm and fuzzy feeling if you know what I mean. Im not looking for someone to hold my hand, but there is that little feeling you get that makes you uncomfortable everyone gets it! And thats why we will not be back here sorry to say.

Awesome experience with these guys, my go to shop whenever I am down that way. Customer service has been on point every time I have been in or called and they are pretty knowledgable and always happy to help. Very satisfied in my dealings with them. Would recommend to anyone.

Staff helpful, answered all my questions, gave me suggestions of other places I could look if they didnt have what I was looking for. Also gave me an idea of when they would have it in and alternates I could try. Great service, great staff, only downfall, parking sucks, but totally worth it

Only been in once, and that was to ask them to appraise my grandfathers hunting rifle. These guys took time to do some research on the gun and gave us an educated value on the gun (unofficial). I was greatly impressed by their friendliness. I also noticed that they had great prices on their other products and I will be going back!!Edit: been in quite a few times now and these guys are awesome. Always super friendly and willing to help out. They have a good selection of firearms and accessories! Highly recommend!

Will never go on a weekend I have bought multiple guns not just one and I bring my dad to shop who wanted to buy multiple guns and wanted to order one but ended up buying one and went and order at another place because the guy on the weekend is very rude and disrespectful but the owner and one other guy gives great advice I would only buy from them been going and buying guns from the pawn shop right down the street for cheaper now and try to avoid this place and bring everyone I know to associated buyers that’s down the street that has better deals would still go to Umpqua if they had better staff that would actually want to make money for the business and not be about mister know it all with a bad attitude that makes you walks right out and I’m not the one to complain either this is my first time leaving a comment about a company that’s how bad i had customer service on the weekend
