I absolutely love Home Depot. Everyone is kind and helpful. They have lots of tools too. Anything you need from cleaning to building. Great store.

Hard to find help be when need. There is a guy named Leo that is works there. On to separate accounts this guy has been beyond rude to my son when asking me for help!. Much rather got to Lowes. At least you can find decent help over there

Paul was super helpful in the lighting isle. We had a great experience as he patiently walked us through and ans5any questions we had. Paul was very personal. Home Depot has a great worker! Other employees were friendly as well.

Love Home Depot very friendly people who are eager to help with our purchases will continue to shop there in the future Im sure.

I wish I could give them a higher rating. My job requires that I go there many times each month. And it ranges from midly irritating to completely unacceptable. The store has a decent inventory and good parking. Other than that it is severely understaffed and there is no consistency. There are 3 or 4 employees that are 5 star all day, every day....Glen and Chris are outstanding! But it takes more than 2 superstars to run a Home Depot franchise.

Best service we’ve ever had at any Home Depot, Ben (store manager)was knowledgeable and competent in helping us find just the right product, then his efficient crew insured we got our truck safely loaded…all with a friendly smile, thanks guys!

Mr. Britton at the Pro-Desk was super helpful although understaffed and got us out of there with a great deal and a great sense of humor. Jake loaded our truck and was also super helpful and a pleasure to do business with. They really step up with the Covid employee shortage.

Get lay out of store. People are very nice. Need more staff but thats everywhere.

Went in to pick up an order. Was in and out in less than ten minutes with wonderful customer service.

We purchased curtain rods here. The SAME RODS at Lowes was over 3x the price. And it wasnt a sale item at Home Depot either. Why??? Same 1, same color, same length, same design. That was eye opening. I know Home Depot is a latecomer to the already existing Lowes but it seems to have better prices for certain items. Also ordering online was super easy, they pulled the ordered inventory from their storage and had it ready for pick up the next morning!The employees here are also very courteous, polite and helpful. Thank you so much!

First time trying this Home Depot. The store looked great! Was able to find what I was looking for. I had to search the store from one end to the other to find someone to help. By the time I found help, I was told I dont know. So another person was called. I waited for 15 mins and finally said forget it and only bought one item instead of what I wanted. Was not even that busy. Guess its right about women not getting the same treatment. I will go to Lowes for my needs.

Very helpful staff and great selection of products. My only issue is the loitering they allow in the parking lot. On the other hand, if contractors are looking for laborers all they have to do is sit in the parking lot and watch. Theyll most likely find somebody looking for work. 😏

Its great that home Depot offers delivery on most items of $45 or more. I live 2 hours away from the closest store so this is really helpful. Unlike Lowes.

Absolutely terrible. Took from April to June to get the product. Had to argue for credit when both items went on sale during this time. So, ok but we got them and they did do a refund on the price difference once they were delivered. HOWEVER. Ritchie Trucking Delivery drivers “installed” washer and dryer. They put the test cycle going on washer but never balanced it. Despite purchasing all new fittings, cords, etc, they told my bf that the plug was wrong so refused to install the dryer. He changed out the plug and hooked up the water for steam feature, but we can’t get it to steam or connect for the WiFi. Home Depot is refusing to make this right, telling us to go to LG, giving me incorrect warranty information, basically requiring multiple texts and phone calls with nothing but runaround and transfers to other departments, but after numerous calls to them, got a install re-check scheduled. However, calling the Ritchie number gets a continuous loop voice recording with no way to reach anyone. There are very poor reviews of this company and I don’t understand why HD is contracting with them, then putting it back on the customer for appliance set up. I’m not hopeful.

You actually had people working in the stores everywhere else I go theres no one there and especially now that Im going to be moving into an area where you dont have a store Im trying to get all the info I can to get things shipped to me which I did today thank you very much I plan on spending a lot of money with you in the next few months

Short on staff so customer service is good when you can get help. I’m painting my house and willOnly use Behr’s Marquee paint sold by Home Depot.

As always expect the best of big box stores at our local Home depot. For remodeling, new builds, and general professional, commercial, and home construction and maintenance decor, tools and materials. Also the Rigid cordless tool line is top shelf, with the lifetime warranty, cant beat the Depit.

Clean and well-managed. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Everything is usually stocked and in the right place. No complaints.

Bought a dryer they delivered it.Bought a washer they delivered it.Bought a dishwasher, they refused to deliver it.Waited a month for it to be instock.Drove two hours to pick it up.Missing a five dollar water side part to make it work. Another two hour drive to buy a five dollar part the installation manual said was provided. Lowes anyone?

I work for the Company and I stand with whatever this company says but, browsing through the comments here and notice the 1 stars and the 3 stars. Some people dont realize how difficult our establishment and the pandemic is causing. Yes some product isnt in the store. Not the stores fault. You want to blame us for not having certain products when the website says so, you do realize you are not the only person here in Roseburg. Also, yes some people dont wear masks. Would you like to get spit at and yelled at if you were working there, we are not the mask police and we are not the president of Home Depot. If you want to complain about it than you tell them to put it on. Let them yell at you. We have enough problems than covid. Keep up the good work my fellow family.

I tried to buy a cordless dewalt grinder. They showed one in inventory but were unable to locate it. They had a similar version but it was more expensive and had less features and they refused to adjust the price.The sales associate was very nice in her refusal to accommodate a potential customer.

We ordered 55 boxes of luxury vinyl plank flooring from homedepot.com to be picked up at the Roseburg store. When we arrived today to pick it up we realized it was the wrong flooring. Same brand name but a totally different color and style. Ben (the store manager) and Nina (in customer service) went above and beyond to help us solve this problem. We are more than satisfied with the outcome and really excited to get this flooring installed within our time frame and deadline. Thank you Roseburg Home Depot!! You rock!!😊

While we where getting what we needed for our project. A Employee Gene asked if he could help us, even though we know what we wanted he helped us find its location and made sure we did not need anything else.

Not very helpful... what I needed wasnt in stock and no idea if/when would... Not even a suggested replacement (electric range on sale) I guess gossiping with coworker was more important.

Lowes can burn down for all I care, the only problem is they will just rebuild it!

In most towns you have local establishments and then Lowes and Home Depot. Everyone seems to build a preference and I personally try to buy local when I can, but sometimes I end up not finding what I need with the local options and end up going to one of the larger Chain home improvement stores. Home Depot used to be my primary chain option but at some point they made it so difficult to get my Veterans preference discount that they are now only a place I visit as a last resort. If you cant find what you are looking at with one of the local shops, and you are active military or a veteran, I would highly suggest switching to Lowes as every Lowes store I have ever visited has been great about thanking me for my service and never made it overly difficult to receive my 10% veterans discount.

I placed a $1700 wood order, and 10 pier blocks with the attached bracket.When I ordered I gave them the #, they couldnt find it in the computer. And assistant went and saw they had them and repeated the #, not in the computer. Finally they said they had it right. Took 1 hour! Delivered it Got the order WRONG! I went to buy them at the store. Which I wanted to avoid. There awkward and on the middle shelf, I asked for help. To fat guys at the pro desk. No help. I tried to get one off the top and there in the middle shelf? It fell and cut open two of my fingers

Also, your manager, Terrell who delivered what he promised. We purchased a new GE range & found the broiler did not work. Called the 800 #, set up service & they did not show up, calling again, getting passed through the maze of non-helpful people, finally called the store again & thanks to Shaughana, we had a replacement stove in 2 days!Thank you Home Depot.

Everything was in stock. I was dissappointed that no employee offered to help me get the product I needed down. I needed a very large quantity, and ended up getting all 126 pieces down by myself and then into my truck. Usually there are some very helpful staff that will assist you, but I received none on my visit.

Shawn, Conner were so helpful. Got everything I needed to remodel my master bathroom. I even spent less than expected. They had everything we needed in stock. LOVE my new flooring! Its going to look amazing!
