These guys were life savers! I Lee took a turn too tight pulling my RV and hit the high curb causing two tires to blow out. All this happened at 5:40 when I was a 15 minute drive away Big O closed at six. I called ahead they had my tire ready they got it fixed but only had one they were able to troubleshoot find similar rim and tire that would work just fine and got me hooked up with the second tire so I could move my RV. They did all this staying past their closing time and did so with positive attitudes and great customer service. I would’ve massively been stuck if not for their help.

I had to replace two front garden tractor tires on my mower. My daughter got the wheels off and dropped off at Big O and was able to get them and put back on before heading back to Eugene. The next day I went out to mow and One of the new tires was flat. My daughter called Big O on Monday and spoke with Chad. He had Mike come out to the house and remove the tire to take back to the shop to fix the problem at no charge! We really appreciated it as I can’t do that kind of stuff anymore and my daughter would’ve had to make a special trip down to fix it. Great customer service! I was pleasantly surprised that you would do this! You guys got it right!I then realized my back mower tires need replacing and Big O offered to come out and remove the rims, take to shop and remove old tires and put the new tires on and then bring them back and install them. What a great service for someone who doesn’t have the ability to do it or have family close by who can help. Thanks so much for your help and I am very grateful for the service you provided. GO TO LES SCHWAB. I have had my tires just over a year, less than 30,000 miles. I am constantly having Les Schwab in Springfield air them up (I live in Eugene). I have been to Big O in Roseburg to have them fixed 3 times in the last 3 months, and they send me off with a youre all good without ever fixing the problem, no paperwork on what they fixed. I feel mistreated as a customer and my issues easily dismissed by the staff.

Great customer service, very professional, and very competitive. Chad and all the techs there are great to work with. Both my vehicles have been serviced here at Big O Roseburg and Im very pleased with each visit. I asked them for a bid on new tires and wheels. Took it home and compared Big O prices with others. I found both the tire and wheel prices were below other competitors, and had Big O install the new tires and wheels. Additionally, they competently installed my leveling kit.

Needed a special order tire ordered and it was delivered in 2 days, installed same day, and price was as quoted on the phone all the to payment. Even let me pay after mounted because I had to transfer funds onto one card.

Had a small mixup on ordering the tires I wanted! Within 24hr they hit the tires there and installed much appreciated. Good service, friendly staff, quick turn around time A++ in my book!

Came in many times for air. Passenger side every time young man with the pretty blue eyes helped me. Never tried to sell me tires. Now the rest of the story. Got a flat of course it had a big hole. I came automatically to your shop. Bad news was rav4 with 4wheel drive all four tires had to be replaced. The young man behind the counter was awesome explained so i may have started to cry i didnt. Yes i am female that cries when help has been given. God bless all the help.

I have been in the automotive repair industry for quite a few years now. I do all my own work and am very hesitant to let anybody else touch my vehicles. My wife needed tires badly and I dont currently have access to a tire balancing machine. I called Big O around 8:15 this morning for a quote, was quoted a fair price, was told they could get the wife in and out. They were professional, stuck to the quote and got my wife in and out just as they promised. Even did a free alignment check and pointed out where I need to make a slight adjustment up front. Fast, affordable great service!Took our old Lexus with brake problems in. Only took them around 30-60 minutes to look at it and to call us back with info on what needed done and quotes on how much it would be. It then only took them a few hours to get the car fixed. We were super happy with the price. (they only charged us 1/3rd the price that another shop had quoted us at.)They handled everything very professionally and I was exceptionally pleased with how good their communication was. Thank you Big O! We will use your services again in the future. :)

285/75r16, which is what was in my truck is 33 in diameter. Not sure why they said I should have 35 tires, even after mentioning having difficulty getting my cab over camper on. They gave me pricing to level the truck and do an alignment, but come to find out they actually CANT do that with quad cab long beds.Overall the tires were in stock, price was decent, installation went quickly. I just expected professional service and was left underwhelmed.

I got tires installed at another location with new tire pressure sensors. The installer did not reset my tire pressure sensor in the computer and my light has been on for months. I went into big o tires they fixed it immediately and didnt even charge me for it I know where Im going to get my tires worked on next time

I have used Big O for many years for repair work and always felt they have treated me fairly. Recently I had issues with faulty parts from a previous repair. When i let them know of the problem via email, the owner replied almost immediately with a plan. Big O worked very hard to make things right and scheduled the work needed to correct the problem on short notice and on the only day i had available. I rarely write reviews, but i thought this was worth sharing.

Fast, efficient service.My vehicle was pulling to the left while driving and very slight vibration. A quick look by technition determined tire tread at front starting to bubble!One side goes, other side he said not far behind.Asked if they had any used tires to fit my vehicle. They had two at $50,00each.Vehicle now drives great.Thanks guys!

Poor customer service. Went in for a tire rotation, Said I had two TPMS sensors bad and couldnt calibrate. They were working when I went in. I went to Les Schwab they were able to calibrate within 3 minutes. Said my sensors are fine....and didnt charge me.

Waited over an hour just to be told they didnt have my tires. Lost my business for life

I just spent two and half hours waiting to have two tires fixed. Took over and hour to fix the first one fixed. The truck set out front for I dont know how long and they didnt tell me it was done. When they finally decided to wait on me they said there was no leak on the second tire. I had to insist they look at it again. they found the leak and it took an hour and half for them to fix it. This is the second time they have done this to me. The last time I took it in to have the tires rotated it took over two hours. If that is the norm for them I will be buying tires else ware. terrible service.

I will always commend this place for helping me when other Neighborhood Auto tire dealers wouldnt even answer their phone at 5 minutes to 6. They listen to my problem told me of their concern also and said how far do you live? They told me hurry up and get in there and they will help me they fixed my tire for nothing! Sure people might think its selling point but they said they didnt want me riding around with my grandchildren with the tire that was dangerous!

Tires they sold me are decent, installed in about 2 hours for 4 tires, they were pretty busy so its understanding, customer service was good, however when I got home, and unfortunately I live 2 hours away, I noticed the driver side rims have been damaged, the passenger side is fine, but they were careful with that side cause i Could watch them through their little glass window. Pretty upset about the whole ordeal, tomorrow u plan on calling them to see what that will do. You know Im paying like 20,000 for a car and 600 for new tires, and then my rims get scratched and mared up from poor installation, of course um upset...i just hope they actually care about how their customers feel because I feel like I have been ripped off..

Every time we bring our vehicles to Big O we get exceptional service. Amazing service! I had a headlight go out, and replacing it involved removing a dozen bolts and several clips, as well as pull out the bumper to reach the back of the headlamp. The mechanic did the whole job just for the price of the bulb. Good people there, highly recommended!

From the moment I walked in to this store, I was horrified by how incompetent the staff was. I had an appointment to have 4 tires installed. They told me about 1.5 hours to do the work. After about 1.5 hours they called to say they didnt have the tires for my car. They then told me they had been selling a whole lot of this particular size of tires for a couple weeks, that was there pathetic excuse. The staff was rude and nobody seemed to know anything. I will never buy anything from this store.

Friendly and fast service. Only wanted to change what needed changed and didnt try to push sales of things not needed.

Big O has helped me a few times, the owner chris is a great guy and followed up each time to ensure my service was complete. Big O even refunded some work when the repair took longer then expected. Enjoy the popcorn or the free shuttle service because you cant go wrong with Big O.

It was 2 mins till their shop was due to close on a Fri evening. An employee stayed and helped us. He had our new tire put on and we were out the door within 30 mins. Staff here is great!

They do a decent job, pretty quick with answering questions and knowing there schedule. Get most services done with in 30 mins to an hour. They dont do everything and will direct to other companies that will do what they cant.

Like my experience probably go back and buy my next tires there.Well I did go back and treated like the plague 4 hours for a tire replacement. Numerous times I have left and had my tires rotated and paid for it somewhere else just tired of always being lied too. Well yesterday I called other tire stores while in front of the counter and went somewhere else and bought my tires. I only needed two but sense the other tire store was not running me in circles and leaving me to go talk to the pretty girl that just walked in I bought 4

Rude people, don’t listen or have any empathy plus they over priced ....I will never attempting to get help through this company ever again! Ive never had a place shrug their shoulder and say sorry can’t help you!!! I’ve been multiple times and each time they were rude and less than helpful.

Had a great experience this morning. Planned a last minute trip to the snow and needed chains. Was greeted by one employee enthusiastically! He looked for what I needed but came up short. Another employee assisted us and BAM! Had chains!!!! Off to the snow....happy wife and 2 happy 11 year olds makes me a bit of a super hero today! Mahalo Big O Tires. Customer for life!

Their customer service is just awesome, had a flat tire cuz I ran over a screw. I didnt have a service plan attached to the tires, they fixed it free of charge, so we bought the crew lunch. This big o has a great crew, I would not take my business anywhere else.

Disappointed. Ordered tires for my truck. When I got the call they came in went that afternoon. After waiting was told the tires I ordered were not the rite size, then was told they will put tires on my truck that are USED for the same price. What a rip off. Check spent 714 bucks on used tires. Wont go back at all.Plus feeling like it was a big inconvenience to them they were rude and rushed me out no explanation at all.

Needed tires very badly for my 2003 Ford Focus SVT. 215/45 R17. My tires were literally on the steel belts when I drove in and they were the only people in Roseburg area with these tires. I was only going to have the front replaced because I couldnt afford to have the rear tires replaced as well. I told them I could only afford xxx$ and the whole set would have been XXX$. Much more than I could pay. When I returned to the shop, they had totally replaced all of the tires! They matched my prices and really made my day. I highly recommend! Was quoted a price over the phone drove 15 miles to have work done when I got there was told a higher price I agreed on that price an hour later I was called with still. A higher price mind you this was for a simple rebalance I took my truck to another shop these people are a bait and switch place!!!

Went in to have flat tire fixed... wanted me.to leave my vehicle as it would.take about 5/6hrs to fix... basically left my tire there and they said they would call me when it was done... got call just before closing and wanted me to wait til next day... I said no and returned in less than 5 minutesto pick it up...

Made online appt after doing my research. Stopped in to confirm, and was subjected to rude, condescending and unnecessary lip from appt confirmer man.No thanks, that was enough. I work long, hard, 13 hr days for my money, and I dont spend it where respect isnt reciprocal.

I been there many times. Theyve always treated me right and tried hard to accommodate me with special requests. For example there was a time where I needed a job done fast. They worked with me and got me on the road in short order.

I wanted to like this place. But I’ve brought a couple vehicles in here over the last couple years. One-a new rig I bought was overheating. The gal I purchased from said it needed a radiator. I brought it in and asked them to check/replace the radiator. They said it was fine, charged me hundreds to replace all sorts of other things, said it was fixed. It wasn’t. Still overheated. Brought it in again. They replaced coolant sensors. Said it was fixed. It wasn’t. Finally I did the radiator myself. It fixed it.Next, rig was running sluggish uphill only and having a hard time starting. Brought it in. Said there was nothing wrong. Cleaned my throttle body. I asked them to just replace my fuel pump. They wouldn’t! Said they didn’t want to replace a part that wasn’t bad. So I replaced it myself. Surprise- there were metal shavings coming out of the pump. And, it totally fixed the problem.Later, went in for tire balance. They talked me into a transmission flush. Next day, transmission slips huge. Went to check, it was short a quart. Ruined my transmission so junked the car.Another rig, pulling to the left. Asked them to check it out. Charged me $500 for idler/pitman arm. Drive it to work, still pulling to the left. Brought it back in, and they call me back into the shop and point out the uneven wear on my tires causing the pull. Acted like I was an idiot. Well, I brought my car to a TIRE place, and you’d think the first thing they’d check would be the tires! That’s why I brought it to them, was to diagnose for me. So I wasted $500 for a “repair” that didn’t fix anything, then had to buy tires.Recently a family member came in for tires. He was working that day, but they assured him they’d have the new tires on in an hour. He leaves, comes back over an hour later, his rig hasn’t been moved. He asked, and they tell him there’s now 4 people ahead of him and it’ll be another couple hours. He left. Wasted an hour of his day when they could have just gave him an honest eta from the beginning.I really wanted to like this place. And some of the employees are friendly. But at this point, I literally wouldn’t trust them to change my oil without messing my rig up somehow.

Cant say enough good about the service and honesty. I had my front brakes wwith calipers, rotors, the whole deal done. Their efficiency and honesty is tops. (My husband spent has 25 years in the business and took the car in for assessment and estimate.) Thier waiting room is small but clean and friendly. I left my phone number and wandered off to McDonalds to read. They called me when my car was done but I had my phone turned down. By the time I returned (close to 15 minutes after closing), they had shut down everything in the shop but they were patiently waiting. I never felt rushed although this was a Saturday night. Salsa Guy (sorry I forget names so easily) even shares!!!

Took my 2018 ram 3500 dually 4x4 in to have air bags installed. Had to take the trk back 3 times because no more than 15 to 30 mins after airing up the over load air bags, they would be flat. I also requested for the air compressor and air gauge light to be hook up to my accessory switch that are on the vehicle from factory. I recently had my head lights go out on my vehicle and took it in to have warranty work done. After dodge found out that big o tires had tapped into my headlight switch for the light on the air gauge. I was informed my warranty was voided and had to pay for the rental vehicle along with diagnostic fee, labor and whireharness. To get my vehicle back under warranty I had to have the whirring harness replaced. After talking to big o to see what they would to to resolve this issue because they didnt do as I ask they said that they are not responsible. I did tell them maybe in the future they will let the customer no wether they will perform the duty requested. They informed me that even thoe I had requested this to be hooked up throught my accessory switch that they wouldnt ever hook it up that way. So after my rant, my warning to all ask if what they are doing will void your warranty and if they say no ask to get everything in writing. Also had to point out that there macanick had left smudges all over the roof of my trk from working on it. After the first time you think they would have been careful.
