Visiting from out of town, so this was my first visit. Good prices, but felt the counter help was not customer friendly...AND..bought a prime rib roast and was not shown it before it was bagged.. got it home and discovered the fat cap was entirely gone..right down to the meat...IS THIS A OREGON THING,??

Good prices! Excellent service. Good quality products! I really enjoyed our visit here. They have some neat specialty items like their selection of jerkys. They also have a selection of bears on tap and their own bottles. I purchased a full prime rib cut from them today and they cut it at no charge to me. They also have meat packages which we ordered for our next visit.

I have been all over the united states from the east coast to the west coast. I may be partial to this place but the jerky is the best I have had. the variety of flavors and fresh meats and local products is amazing. Some days the service gets slow but they have been running with the same owner and same meat wrapper for 13+ years they have bad days. (Mostly good though) besides Oakland lockers which is also a good place, no one has had the same owner for as long or meat wrapper or has given back to the community as much as B&D MEATS.

If a place deserved a 6 🌟 B & D is it. You cant find a friendlier guy than Bart. His jerky and pepperoni sticks are the best around hands down.

Wow, the quality of meets and cuts are the best Ive found in the County. Prices are the next best thing at B & D, the big box store are over charging for meet. Not at B & D. I got a fair price on Quility Fresh Meet. No one does if better than B & D Custom Meets. Im not going to buy a 1/2 or a full beef or pork and freeze it. Its cheaper stop in and get fresh cut.

Best jerky I have ever had, and I love jerky and buy it whenever I find new brands or varieties. Flavors are excellent, not overwhelmed or camouflaged by spices, flavorings, or sweetness, as in other brands. Good quality meat done very well. Just happened to be going through the area for work, heard about it, stopped in. Now a regular stop. Not living in the area, I do not buy the fresh meat, but I am sure they do that right too.

B&D CUSTOM MEATS is by far the best place to purchase your meats. They have pasture fed beef. Without the steroids and growth harmons! Their facility is easily accessible from old highway 99. They are a handicap friendly facility. They have a diversity of meats as well as sea food. Their staff are polite and friendly and effecient. Plenty of room for parking. Enough room for your RV. They are also sportsmen friendly! Hanging and cutting and wrapping your game. Such as Deer, Elk, Bear. I highly recommend them.

Dag Nabit! This is the best meat shop on the west coast, maybe, just maybe this side of Jupiter! Hah!He is soooo reasonable with his prices, they cant be beat either. When yah go, get the 2 1/2 cut of boneless ribeye. Fry that up and tell me its not yummy! Usually around $6 to $7 a pound(everywhere else, its close to$15 a pound! Dont wait or itll all be gone!

A co worker picked up some jerky from b and d a few years ago and he has been ordering it ever since. I usually have him order me a pound on his monthly order. Best jerky Ive ever had. Many different flavors and theyve all been great. Ive never been to their shop, but we have jerky sent to us in Reno nv. Definately worth trying them out if you love jerky.
