Store employees have always be courteous and helpful when I shopped there for batteries.
Professional, staff is knowledgeable, and courteous. The guy was immediately useful to check inventory before we even got to price. Had a week hold up on parts order, not on them. Phone was repaired within 1 1/2hrs and am writing this review on said device. Great work guys. Excellent service.
I just had the absolute worst experience with this business. When I brought my fully functional iPhone 6 in to get the cracked screen repaired, the screen was just cracked across one corner, a small crack.1. When I initially brought my phone in, they insisted that I should just give over my password with myriad in private information in my phone. They insisted that they do this all the time for law-enforcement, and “everyone else, and no one has a problem with it” And that lots of people share their passwords with them without issue. And they had no policies in place to protect people‘s privacy, whatsoever. Considering how much information is in my phone, private info...personal details, enough to ruin me financially especially, I insisted on resetting my phone to factory settings before turning it in, since it was backed up. They seemed offended at this but obviously it was completely my choice, so that is what I chose to do.A few days later I went and picked the phone up, and I was disappointed to see how the new glass fit on the phone. The guy at the counter told me it was “because your phone is bent, that this is like that”They had told me that the glass replacement would be just like if Apple did it for me. It wasn’t. See the photos. I had planned to send this phone back to Apple to replace the battery. At this moment I am a little nervous that Apple will refuse it, based on the poor job done on the display.Today I came back in and I was nice (honestly very nice at the beginning), but I explained how I was disappointed in the way the screen turned out, and also that I was nervous about sending it back to Apple. The guy at the front desk was very nice, However he went to his manager who came out and was rude from the very start. I hadn’t been rude to him (at all), and insisted that I was nitpicking after I had asked if I could maybe have a discount on replacing the battery (they charge $100!), so they actually could’ve made a few bucks off of me, but instead he refused any business from me, was extremely rude to me in front of other customers, and then as I left the building he told his front desk guy “and that’s how you deal with that”I feel a little bad because a mom with a child had to hear me yell a profanity as I left. I’m livid, and I will never use them again.

Bought two 6-volt batteries for my RV to replace the old ones. The second day of camping they failed. Fortunately I had an old 12 v battery that worked for the rest of the trip. Upon returning they said they would try and charge for a couple hours and then I can pick them up. I asked about exchange or swap for the batteries. They said no... that is our policy. (I didnt read the policy so that is my error).However, they quickly checked out the batteries and re-charged.

Way overpriced for key and remote fob programming. I brought them a keyless entry flip key fob and they said $20 just to cut the new flip key but he had trouble with his machine and couldnt figure out how the key could fit and I told him it could be taken apart. He did that and then told me it would be $50 to cut the metal part of the key. I left with pieces of a keyfob.

I brought my pickup in to test a questionable battery. They quickly diagnosed it was not up to specs for my vehicle. They had two options and explained the difference. After I made my selection, they removed the old one and installed the new one, then verified the truck started afterwards. This all took place in maybe 20 minutes. Awesome job!
Absolute worst place to get your phone screen fixed. Had an iPhone repaired and it clearly wasn’t put on correctly as it hasn’t functioned properly and the screen recracked when pulled out of a pocket. Person working was extremely rude when asked if we could get a discount on a new screen. This is also not the first time this has happened. Terrible service, terrible repair, and terrible commitment.
Unfortunately we couldnt resolve an issue that seemed easy to make right. I wont go into the details but the manager was not very friendly. There are inherent costs that come with running a successful business when things dont go as planned. This could have been handled much better.
Bought a battery online was late over two weeks when I showed up at store after driving 50 minutes they brought it out showed it to me had me get my ID when I came back in they put it away and said you bought it online we cant process it now so you will have to come back. I said I have the receipt they so get a refund then you will still have to come back and get it. I would not have anyone buy anything form this company.
This is my first time to this location. I ordered Batteries online for my RV. The guys were courteous and had my paperwork pulled already for the evening shipment. They promised to call me as I was sitting in the parking lot waiting since about 4:30 and they close at 8. About 20 minutes before closing I went in to see if the shipment had arrived. Yes it had But the young man said my batteries were nowhere to be found. Then he called someone else and was told that my batteries would come up from the Medford store on a different truck. I am a bit disappointed in the customer service to say the least. I don’t think it would have killed the afternoon guy to call me or to inform the evening worker that I was sitting there waiting for my batteries and to let me know of their status. I would not have been thrilled if I had seen the lights go out and the door locked and nobody said anything. Not sure I would come here again.
Absolutely wretched service and products. Upon arriving and taking my phone in for a battery replacement the workers seemed very shady. After taking my phone to the back I could hear them whispering to each other. I was lied to about the warranty time, price, and was given a faulty battery that ruined my phone due to discharging. Had to get a completely new phone because the other would not hold charge anymore. NEVER buy from here unless you want an expensive faulty product.
I went in to see about a backup battery for my home alarm system. I barely got in the doorway and was greeted in a very friendly voice belonging to a nice young man. Believe it or not, the battery I needed was there, on the shelf, and at a decent price!
I was somewhat disappointed to find out the batteries for my lighted loupe were $5.00 apiece. Crazy! The loupe was $4.99 and the batteries are $15.00. I will definately need to shop around next time i need new batteries. Very nice staff but WAYYYYYY too over priced!!
This place is an embarrassment. Staff is great, but they will not stand behind there phone replacements backs or fronts. They are using inferior replacement parts. My wife phone had the back replaced after two days she push off button and the back broke. They could do nothing about it. They have a 60 day warranty, da, whats the warranty cover? They couldnt say. Stay away for phone service replacements. They suck.
Fast friendly service. Needed the screen fixed on my iphone, I was able to make a same day appointment. The service took less than a hour. The pricing was reasonable and I got a $15 off coupon when I booked online. All in all, it was a very very pleasant experience.
I just wanted to say thanks for nothing. We called ahead about a battery and install on my grieving sons car. We were told that they had one and would install it. We drove 30 miles to get there on our way to meet with other grieving family members. We got there and guess what...no battery. Supposedly they sold it already. The young man that was helping us had no customer service skills at all. The other young man was trying to be helpful. He looked up another battery that may work but had no idea how to change the battery. He went and asked the rude guy if he knew how, but he didnt and advised the helpful guy against it. Really, you have 2 jobs...batteries and bulbs! The helpful young man was at least able to jump the car. We took it to Kevin at OReillys and he had the battery in stock and he changed it for us no problem. He was so kind, helpful and understanding, I will go nowhere else.
I went into batteries plus because the screen on my iPhone wasnt working. After the repair tech looked at my phone, he called me to tell me what was wrong with it and what it would take to fix it. Within the hour I had my phone back and working perfectly. Thanks so much!

Shop any where else but here. The manager is one of the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. Dont waste time and aggravation. There are plenty of other places in town to buy the stuff they sell. Look down in the reviews, I am definitely not the only person who thinks this.

Don’t waste your time and money getting an IPhone or iPad screen “repaired” here. They do not take responsibility for their work and just shirk responsibility on to the customer, despite having documented that the device was functioning properly prior to their “repair.” The older female employee was terribly rude and condescending when I brought up that my phone worked better before they “repaired” it. She then offered to put a BROKEN screen on my phone and refund my money if I took a broken screen. I have had to take my phone in multiple times after their “repair” due to it malfunctioning and “ghosting” were it opens and closes apps rapidly on its own. Needless to say I am very disappointed with their service or lack of service.
They always have something new and really cool every time I go in there. They are also helpful in finding what you need.

The crew here always has what I need and has taken care of my wife and mom when they were in trouble with their vehicles. I highly recommend them for having what you need when you need it and taking care of you so you are out the door and on you way.
My iPhone 7s charger broke a small piece off inside of port. Cellular place told me they couldn’t help me and that it would need to be sent to apple.After 30 seconds at batteries plus the tech had the piece removed and I was on my way! And no charge! They made my day 😃
Went to this business because their website states We repair broken Apple devices, including iPads, iPhones and iPods, most Samsung devices and many more. Brought my daughters iPad there because the tip of the lightning charge cable broke off inside the charge port - but the iPad was still functional and could still be used/turned on. Manager assured me the repair was doable by replacing the entire charge port. After waiting 10 days to get the part in, and another 5 days after that, the technician called me to say the iPad is possibly shorted or fried. Managers version is that the battery just finally died. When they opened the iPad up to change the charge port, they stated the repair was more complicated than initially thought - i.e. requiring soldering. Manager stated because it was too complex of a repair, they just put the iPad all back together instead of attempting to fix it. If that was the case, why did the technician say the iPad is possibly shorted or fried? If it was just simply opened up, looked at, and closed up, why would it possibly have a short or be fried? Why did they try to get me to sign a piece of paper (I refused) that said my iPad Did not work when the manager himself powered it up when I dropped it off in the first place? After a back and forth with the manager, I got him to admit that he possibly overstated the repair capabilities of this business. Spare yourself a headache and a possibly shorted or fried iPad - dont bring it here unless the extent of your repair consists of wiping lint off the screen. They do not have the knowledge or experience to repair iPads, nor the integrity to admit it.
I called to see if they had what I needed and they did so I went in and they got the job done.
I went in yesterday to exchange the wrong battery size for another. Id accidentally put the wrong battery (from an old wireless phone) into the new battery package and forgot the new battery was on the table somewhere else. When I arrived at the store the guy with black hair and beard acted rude and disappointed in the first place when I told him what I was there for. Then he noticed my mistake and got even more abrupt, thinking I was trying to rip them off with an old battery?). He nastily pointed this out and I immediately told him Id be right back with the right one at my place somewheres. Back to my place, located the new battery and put it in the new package this time and in 20 minutes I returned to the store. They were nasty as ever and never gave this customer the benefit of the doubt and treated me without the attitude. After reading other review about this place I notice that the owner only responds to the positive reviews. Flippin burgers might be your thing, fella, but customer service isnt.

I will never return. Watch out for unreasonable charges. Key fob battery $3.98Then charged an additional $10 for putting it in! The reasoning behind this 30 second task was that. It could have been a difficult task.
