We were Referred to Umpqua by the custom cabinet company we were using. So glad we took their suggestion because the whole process was seamless and just what we were hoping for. Bruce was awesome when we came to look at their slabs. They have a great selection of unique stones and different materials. We picked a nice granite that has some smokey quartz, mica and garnets. The installers were always on time, called before heading out to Grants Pass and had the most attention to detail of any company or contractor weve worked with. This kind of service is sadly becoming more and more rare. We are 100% please with the whole process and wanted to take the time to share. Thank you all for everything and we ever do this again in another home we know where to go!

We are building a new home and I was referred by our contractor to use Umpqua stone and he didnt steer me wrong. Umpqua Stone has done my kitchen and 2 baths, all of which are absolutely gorgeous! The crew is great! Knowledgeable, resourceful in ideas for finishing touches, etc. The customer service is beyond none. And of course the product selection is phenomenal. So many beautiful, unique slabs to pick from. Deciding is the hardest part! I’m so glad I chose Umpqua Stone. My granite is unique, doesn’t look like everyone else’s. I have one more bath to remodel, and I’m definitely going with Umpqua Stone! The installation process was painless and the guys that came out were very neat and clean when they did the work. What more can I say about the professionalism, the quality of work, the craftsmanship of the work, and the overall value we received from Umpqua Stone. All of the staff answered all of my/our questions, assisted us with cost conscientious decisions that when all was said and done, left us with a beautiful counter top for our bathroom vanity. Yes, I said vanity. This was no large kitchen, nor was it being installed in a high end home. It was a simple bathroom with an odd sized vanity. We got a solid product (no pun intended) at a price I could live with, from people that really care about you, how the product look and perform in your home. Everyone at Umpqua Stone treated us like we were installing counter tops throughout our house. We are VERY happy with the end product and we will be back.
