My wife had previously put a couch on hold to buy a different day (needed help moving it). It was supposed to be a gift for me after returning home from my second deployment in two years but that never happened, the manager in the furniture department apparently thought it was a prank and that my wife wasn’t old enough to buy a couch and sold it out from under her the day she was going to pick it up. Needless to say that we won’t be back, ended up having to buy my own couch when I got home and got a great deal at rifes off of Harvard.

Love shopping Big Lots. Good prices and products. Most important is that the clerks/customer service people are really nice here!

Ive just recently discovered them for furniture. I wasnt really aware they had decent furniture and house furnishings. I bought some beautiful drapes and a futon cushion there for a fraction of what other stores were asking. And the selection for drapes was so much better! Other stores were just hideous.

Wasnt able to find what I was looking for but staff helped to the best of their abilities

Great selection of products. Alot of different products to choose from. Friendly staff. One concern is if you see something you want get it now because when you come back in a day to a week they might not have it. Just advice to be given.

Funny to click the link to photos of big lots and see other stores like Walmart, RUE21 and sherms thunderbird to just say a few there more stores photos of other stores building then actually BIG LOTS!! LOLthere confused on who they are??

Some of the stuff is cheaper than a regular store,but most of the products are the same as other stores,and some products are more expensive.

Mostly great experiences at this location. Only one issue but it wasnt bad enough to rate lower or make us stop visiting this store in fact my husband, oldest son and I spent close to an hour killing time there this morning after dropping our dog off at the vet.

Some of their holiday sales are so helpful. I got lots of hand soap for $1.50 each the big sell good ones.

Was asked if needed help as soon as I walked in. Found things I couldnt find at other stores.

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful, however the delivery time to obtain 2 recliners is unnecessarily too long at 5-10 weeks while our money is in their possession.

Went here by accident because I forgot to pack clothes and thought it was a clothing store. Despite only finding overly-patriotic shirts, I was able to get some other things that I didnt even know I needed. The shelves were fairly bare, but thats to be expected in these times of COVID and fires. The staff wasnt friendly, but they also werent mean.

Usually the lowest prices on every day items. Which is nice considering its convenient location as well and other places can be ridiculously expensive. Would always recommend, whether you need fur baby food or house decor to home necessities.

It looked like they were going out of business many shelves were empty the items I was looking for were not in stock and they were not sure when they would come in if at all. The empty shells were all throughout the store. Very sad. So workers were polite we were expected to find the cleaner and clean our own cart

This is by far not the best Big lots weve been to. But true to form they are pretty similarly set up. There current stock was lacking and staff was unresponsive to questions. It was a blah experience

Most items seemed like dollar store items only priced pretty high. A lot of the items I looked at were cheaper at Bimart. Lots of things from China.

Went in 12/11/2019 picked out some xmas decor for my tree. 30% off. When I got to the counter to pay, no discount. I was told it wasnt the brand. I point out that it is. Then Im told its not tree decor. Ornaments are tree decor. Then I show them that the receipt has the items coming up with different names. I was yelled at on top of being treated like Im stupid. It is xmas and it was way to frustrating. I will not go back there ever. You can look up my name and check for yourself.

Friendly staff, interesting selection of items and sometimes really great bargains that beat even walmart! Not many customers at times but does make it easier to shop without the crazy crowds. I like the fact that you can buy furniture that is better styles than some of the other stores that would cost you crazy amount for basically the same thing.

You can get some pretty good deals here! I like getting certain natural food items at really low prices. Just like other similar discount stores, you have to use a little caution, because some products can be expired, near expired, or non-edible; but that does not happen too often to skip out on good discounts.

This store has such a terrible management Sheri the pig eyed one is so terrible rude. Honestly I’ve never had a good experience there. The corporation biglots itself is great but the management there is TERRIBLE, I also don’t recommend buying furniture there it falls apart so easily especially the dressers.

I love big lots. Its clean and bright. Connie was very nice and very helpful.

The cashier was not very friendly or knowledgeable of their membership card or rewards system. They do not carry a variety. This store is what I can best describe as an overstock or discount warehouse. It was a disappointment after seeing ads every week that showed amazing deals.

Currently a 3, but its big cause theyre moving a couple stores over. They have a minimal selection now, but customer service was nice. Will re-rate later after move is complete.

This store in particular. Big Lots ought to change policy on marijuana in recreational states since its ok to drink beer the night before work or take pain pills. Its a gross injustice to loose your lively hood over a legal substance. Youre company expects employees to lift all that furniture all day and tell them how to manage back pain when they are off the clock. Marijuana users buy your products. Stop judging us over a plant. I will not use Big Lots anymore until they change policies and stop being judgemental on their employees. Youre doing people dirty, now I am judging YOU!!! Ill go buy my new living room suit somewhere else.

I recently relocated to Oregon and had not been in a Big Lots before. Now I go for house hold items like picture frames, pots and pans; You know, the things you need but dont always want to spend an arm and a leg to purchase. Additionally, the Big Lots in Roseburg has the friendliest staff. Hayley, without hesitation, delayed her break today so she could help me find an item. They are always smiling, happy and eager to help. In a world where customer service is obsolete, this location is an exception.
