I called to get a price on a specific phone to purchase at the store. I was told the price then said I would be in soon to take a look and possibly purchase it. I get to the store about an hour later and the phone is almost $40 more than what I was told. They would not sell it to me at the price they quoted. They said that was the Internet price. Why didnt you say that when I told you I was coming to the store to buy it? Very poor service. I will not be back. We have been T-Mobile customers for over 10 years. Maybe its time to switch.

All employees in this store especially the manager and irritating red head need to be let go before I bring my service back to this location. I was lied to they did terrible shady business and the red head didn’t know what she was talking about the manager added a bunch of stuff to my account without my approval and not fully explaining what he was doing. I will be putting a complaint in with T-Mobile corporate for the way this store is ran.

This location took advantage of my mother twice. She is knowledge in sales, and the importance of asking specifc questions to ensure clarity. However the reps unfortunately lied, saying the phone she got would only cost a total of 32.00 a month. She clarified stating she needed to know the total monthly cost of her line on my plan, they said again just 32.00. I called to verify since that sounded to low...Turns out it was really 55.00 a month and they added a whole other line I never authorized for the phone she had that didnt even work anymore... She went to the store to pay for the phone in full and was unfortunately lied to again. They said there was no way to payoff the phone or close the extra line they opened. They then wouldnt give her a number to call for help to do that. They said she was locked in and no one would be able to help. Thankfully the reps on the phone were a huge help and got everything fixed. Unfortunately they also didnt offer any of the cheaper phones she could have had and was stuck paying way more.. Do not send your family or anyone you care about here....

Went in to look around, and I ended up getting a plan, with new Samsung S21. The staff was very polite, and knowledgeable about the products. Im very pleased with my experience at this location. I would recommend T-mobile, and this location to anybody looking to switch cellular providers or to start doing business relating to your T-mobile account.

I highly advise to never trust this store or its employees, and especially Sprint to support you when you try to address it. I have been a customer for 15+ years, never disputed anything, and I was flat out lied to about a promotion, got no support to address it and ended up paying just under $1500 for a free promotion.I added two lines to my account, and the rep, Darrell, told me that I would receive two iPhone12s that would be credited each month (i.e. Id never have to pay for them. I didnt even want new phones, but why not, we thought). I repeatedly asked to verify that I wouldnt be charged for the phones (with my wife and her mother as witnesses), and every time Darrell insisted that I wouldnt. Even worse, as I left, he said that he would throw in this tracker (its like a key finder) for free.As you can guess, the phones showed as charges on my next months bill. I went to the store, was told Darrell was out, the manager tried to look, but advised me to call Sprint because he couldnt figure it out. I did call Sprint, the initial rep was very supportive, was upset at the store, told me to never go back to that store because they obviously lied to make a sale, and assured me that because of my long-standing with Sprint that I wouldnt have to pay for these phones. However, I needed to be escalated to management and I would hear back in a few days. (This involved about 3 hours on the phone.)As you can guess, I never heard back. I assumed it was resolved. However, forward to the next month, and again, the phones showed up on the bill. This time the rep was not initially supportive, I had to argue (respectfully) for 2+ hours, ended up getting passed off to two different managers, until once again, I was told I would be escalated and would hear back. I was skeptical this time, but the agent assured me that I would hear back. Of course, I never did. (This involved about 6+ hours on the phone total).This month, the story just repeated itself. The only difference is that I did hear back when it got escalated. What was Sprints resolution? To go back to the store and try to resolve it. They said they had spoken to the store and felt that the best resolution. However, they never contacted my 3 witnesses! Sprint supported an employees word over a 15+ year customer with 3 witnesses to that employees unscrupulous business practices.I had enough. I paid the phones off, switched carriers and am now filing a complaint for unscrupulous business practices to the Oregon Dept of Justice. Guess what, though? As I was wrapping things up, (remember that free tracker being thrown in?), I was also charged for the tracker! So, in total, I paid $1498.80 for this “free” promotion guaranteed by Darrell.Unscrupulous in an understatement for that employee, the local store, and Sprint management.

I dont think i have ever been so disappointed in a business and there workers in life, as much as i am with this place. That is saying a lot too. My dad has been a faithful customer for 23 years with sprint. Yet they couldnt even fix a phone that had an internal defect because somehow the insurance was dropped on it. Low and behold they could not tell my dad why. Or even who did it. So they said he would have to pay 600.00 to fix it. The best part is, he couldnt and they said he still had to pay for it every month.( PAY FOR A PHONE THAT DOESNT WORK) I would never recommend this place.

Poor customer service! From somebody whosworked for t-mo amd sprint, I am appalled at some of the employees. On 11/30/20 I went to do a simple phone flop and when I got there two people were being helped by two employees so I stepped out side dye to covid regulations. And then when somebody walked out i was turned down and the door was locked. Mean while a customer was still inside with another employee and it was 6:15ish. I know for a fact t-mobile make you stay open for customers and that you have to keep your doors unlocked when customers are INSIDE still. Definitely would never recommend going here. Thankfully there is another store in town that can help me now. But wow. Sucks their employees have no basic customer service skills.

This is the best place to go, if you want to be lied to. We went in to upgrade my wife’s phone and transfer my line over to hers Brianna helped us...she bundled us up in a package told us it would not increase our bill at all. Well after our first 1000 dollar bill We went down there they told us they would fix it but all they was really doing was Stalling this out till after the 30 days. Long story short now we have to send everything back to corporate they open investigation into the store do not go here.

Worst Customer Experience Of My Life. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DONT BE TRICKED BY THE SALES PEOPLE.I tried to sign up for sprint a couple months ago. The girl at the store supposedly ordered my wife an iphone and i got an S10 and we got some phones for the kids. The girl said she would call us when the iphone came in and we could come back and pick it up and switch our phone numbers over to our new phones at that point. WE NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AT SPRINT. EVER. But of course we started getting bills from sprint, which i refuse to pay because i have yet to actually use a sprint product. We never made a single call from any of the phones, we never got my wifes phone, we never heard from anyone at the sprint store so Im done with sprint. Now they sent me to collections and Im dealing with corporate Sprint who told me to return the phones to the store I bought them at. I went into the store to return the phones and Ashton was very rude and wouldnt take the phones. He threatened to leave the bag of phones out front of the store because he wasnt allowed to take them. SO RUDE. I took pictures of Ashton and the bag of phones on his desk to document I left them in his care so if Sprint Corporate never gets them Ashton will have to deal with it NOT ME. I could go on about when I called Sprint customer service to try to cancel but Id be writing a novel. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT.

The team at this location makes you feel like your family! Always helpful, no matter how busy. We got set up with 5 lines and I made $750 just for switching to them! The manager even drove up to Eugune to get me the phones I needed the same day! Great customer service.

Now they will not answer my calls. Only gave 1 star since unable to give 0.3 months latter and it is even worst than before DO NOT visit this store you will be very sorry. This store is completely corrupt. All the employees lie and give empty promises. They say one thing and do another. They spend hours fixing a simply problem. Ive gone to another carrier because Sprint adds random taxes/fees/surcharges. I was charged for damages on my phone that I returned after they denied me to get it fixed before I left the company. I have called every number possible for Customers service, financing, tech support, and sprint chat and they always hung up or left the chat. Over the past two weeks I have talked with over 30 people just to finish closing my account. When I went into the store I couldnt even pay my remaining bill (of random taxes and charges) just so I can get away from sprint because they closed my account and I am not found in the system. The sales associate suggested that I just forget about the remaining, but if I do I will be sent to collections. What person in their right mind would suggest that a customer gets sent to collections. Over all I wouldnt suggest this carrier or the store location in general.

We had the BEST customer service experience yesterday while we were here at the Sprint store in Roseburg, OR! I will admit, we were there for awhile (they were very busy) but the young men behind the counter made us feel like that was not the case! Our customer service person was Mathew! He was Fantastic! Very informative and helpful and explained everything in detail. We were switching carriers and were trying to figure out how it all worked and I was able to understand very clearly by the time he was done explaining. The deal he was able to get us will save us hundreds of dollars in the near future and we are very grateful! I highly recommend you go and check them out! :)

This sprint store is the WORST. The manger is a joke. I have never met someone so rude and unprofessional. Ended my contract with them months ago mainly because of him. Paid all my fees. And yet I’m still getting billed for a phone and service I don’t have. The only good thing about this store is Ashton. He was extremely nice and helpful, and still tried to make things right after the manger screwed up.

Stay clear of this store. Do not let them make any changes to your account at all. It will take you hours to get it fixed with Sprint corporate to the point you will want and may change carriers. They will make promises and then not keep there word and when you push them they still will not live up to what they told you they would do.

This store is only interested in selling phones. Terrible customer service. Employees were talking openly about how much commission they would make in front of customers. Called Sprint customer service to figure out how to un-mess up everything they did and I logged a complaint with Sprint Corporate because the employees at this store lied to me - and I have it in writing. Sprint Corporate will not honor quotes by 3rd party stores. Stay away. My nightmare with them isnt over.

I highly recommend going to this store, The people and the service are top of the line. You get full service with a smile and very pashtionate employees eager to answer any and all questions. They will help dissolve any sort of doubt you may have with either service or device. 10 out of 10. I personally will always recommend going to Collin S, the store manager of the store. He is my go to guy. I’m a pretty techy guy and I’ve got to say Collin is very knowledgeable and is always super helpful when I come into the store and he always has a smile on his face. He always goes above and beyond, He helps with any questions or concerns I might have as well as helps me with my struggle of deciding whether or not to choose between something. Collin is one of the best sprint employees I have ever come across and he will always be my Go To guy

Are they good listeners? Yes. Do they provide answers to tech issues? No. Do they atleast make an effort to help out or find answers to your questions? No. Do they know where to find answers? No.They try to get you out the door as soon as possible with the least amount of effort.Thats all from one experience, however, I wasnt there to buy anything so they didnt really have any motivation to help.

Sprint service is disappointing. I was told Id be able to receive reception while in the woods and camping. I cant even get service while in the middle of town. Any videos I watch stall every few seconds and I can never just enjoy a show without several interruptions. I have had my service and My phone only 3 months. My phone began having issues as soon as my 30 day warentee was ended and I couldnt do anything about it. First thing to go was my speaker phone. Which I prefer due to the fact that I dont like putting the phone next to my face while I talk on it.

Im not sure if this store actually makes sales, or provides customer service.Went in to switch lines, they gave us a quote and I was told to go veryify at my current provider that I was able to.I left a first time, to come back to give them the okay.Were told a complete buy out was do able, I mentioned a free tv promotion and they stated it wasnt going on but online showed it clearly was and I showed them and they said oh I guess it is, Sketchy if you ask me.Then a phone that we wanted had to be direct shipped, and the sales rep and I quote didnt take into account that the current phone would be shut off for the 3 days or so. How would you not consider that??? (This is untrue we found out on our 3rd visit in store)So we left, called and asked if we could get new numbers and needed to verify the tv promotion.They guaranteed and we came back, dude said no down payment, nothing out of pocket today.Minutes later hes quoting a 600 dollar down payment that he again didnt take into consideration and a buy out wouldnt work because of tablets from my current carrier... What???3 other people were in when we were and they all left unhappy. It was strange, but I feel this location just wants to get you out of there. Very incompetent on the training provided to their workers...

After being lied to in multiple way and multiple times we confronted them just to be talked rude too.. Ryan is a great actor but is a very rude and disrespectful person, fake good customer service and horrible real customer service. Sprint as a whole is a decent company but the store in roseburg I would never recommend to anyone... If you want to look at phones in person then go look but its way better if you actually call or oder online from sprints main website. They even usually waive the activation fee... The phones cost less online too... Just seriously dont buy directly from the store...

This place is a joke!The manager here pursuaded me into changing my grandfathered in plan to a pay monthly thing rather than a contract, by lying to me and telling me they would no longer be doing contracts at all.Upped my plan by $50 a month for LESS data and then screwed up the change where I ended up getting charged for two plans rather than just the new one. Never did get it fully corrected.They dont help with questions at the store, theyre only there to sell you new phones.
