Took in my J.D. deck to get rebuilt. 3 weeks there. Only 1 man in shop, ( everybody else quit)..was told the parts alone would be over $350 .I said, forget that. Ill come get the deck.Pape tryed to charge Me $135. JUST TO LOOK UP THE PARTS ??????THEY ARE JOHN DEERE ! THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHAT BEARNINGS & 1 BELT.WHAT THE HECK ??DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PAPE IN ROSEBURG

We had very good personal service from Papé Roseburg in general and Nathan in particular when deciding on which big Tractor to buy. We settled on a JD 4066M. The deciding factor between John Deere and Kubota was the time that Nathan took to consult with us on all the many decision considerations. We are pleased with our choice.

Update— -Shortly after writing this review I was contacted by a Representative for the company. Thank you for helping me to correct and resolve this situation. They corrected every issues I had. Customer service means a lot when you spend a little extra to buy a John Deere. Thanks for taking care of the issue. OLD REVIEW————-This is going to be my last John Deere I ever own. I bought it from the convention center after Snowmageddon about 2 years ago. The sales agent dropped it off with less then a 1/4 tank of fuel. He Promised to send me a check for fuel, a hat for my wife and I. Still to this day I have never received what was promised or a bill of sale or contract. I did not even sign any paperwork when purchased. I did not know anything about warranty or insurance as that was never explained to me. When I received the tractor there was glass all over inside it. I come to find out from a friend that he did not put down the Roll over protection and drove though the window at the convention where I bought it. There was glass all over my driveway where he unloaded it and inside the tractor. I have a new born son and dogs that play there. I have had multiple problems with my 1023E. Within the first 20 hrs the FEL right Hydraulic piston was leaking. They told me it would be ready within a week turned out to be much longer. It is hard to get a call back to find out status. Now my rockshaft case broke on right eye bracket. I remember not hitting anything or improperly using my post hole digger on 4 holes. At first they told me that it is still under warranty and bring it in. They also told me a week the most again. I had to keep calling to find the status of repair. Finally they said after a “Break Analysis” the break was due to Negligence. I asked how they Determine that and they said through pictures of other breaks. Lol. They said it Was from Excessive Bumping or hitting something from the side. I know that driving down the gravel road is not negligence. If John Deere’s tractors can’t handle a little bouncing with a post hole digger they should not be making tractors. I am a retired veteran And don’t make a lot of money. The lady that works the front is very nice. I guess they pick and choose what they want to cover.

So excited! I just purchased a New John Deere 2025R subcompact tractor with front loader bucket and 260 B backhoe with a thumb grappler attachment to pinch hold items needing moved or pulling small tree or bush root systems out of the ground.I was very fortunate to have Nathan K. as my friendly sales representative.He took all the time I needed to explain equipment options and sold me on stepping up from the lower 1023 E model unit which for a little more money the 1025 E is well worth it with its additional features and then up another notch to finally the 2025 R.Nathan also explained to me about The PowerGard extended Warranty which I also purchased.What a wonderful experience and lots of factory discounts and I love the 0 down 0 interest promotion for 84 months!Great job Nathan K. If you want something fixed that has a small motor, this place is great. People who care about their customers.

Local staff are great; however, John Deere is about as bad a product as you can purchase these days... a three-year old mower Model JDX 300 is costing over $1,000 annually just to keep it running . . .
